Jared and Brian seem to be two solid guys. They got onto our roof for an inspection, fixed a few loose tiles in the process (I did not request this, and they did not even tell me that they fixed it or invoiced me for it), and told me straightforward that our roof is not sufficiently damaged for a credible insurance claim. Hope QE gets a lot of business.

Let me tell you, this was a disaster. The old roof—total disaster. We’re talking low-class, very bad. Nobody was fixing it. The other roofers? Losers. They didn’t know what they were doing. They were incompetent, believe me. I had to call in the best.

Being in real estate here for over 20 years, I’ve had experiences with just about every company. There’s no comparison with QE. They are honest about whether repairs are or aren’t needed, plus are diligent about helping the client pursue insurance coverage/ replacement if there’s been a recent storm.

Chuck Russell recently helped my sister as well and the experience couldn’t have been more first class! They kept a very neat site, cleaned up afterward without a trace.

I recently had our roof replaced by Quality Exteriors, and we couldn't be happier with the results! From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and professional. We had 3 other bids and glad we chose Quality Exteriors.

First and foremost, we have to give a huge shout-out to our salesperson, Everett. He was absolutely awesome! Everett was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely a pleasure to work with. He took the time to explain all of our options, answer our many questions, and guide us through the entire process without any pressure. His honesty and transparency made us feel completely confident in our decision to choose Quality Exteriors. He truly went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well-informed every step of the way. Luke was on site and in charge of the installation team and was kind and was available the whole day.

The installation team was just as impressive. They were prompt, efficient, and worked tirelessly to complete the full roof replacement in a single day. They were respectful of our property and did an excellent job with the cleanup, leaving our yard spotless. Southeast Restoration did an outstanding job restoring our bathroom after we experienced water damage that required the flooring to be torn out. They also repaired our downstairs ceiling, and the results are truly impressive. It looks flawless!

Throughout the entire process, their team maintained excellent communication, showing genuine care and respect for our home. They were professional, courteous, and meticulous about cleaning up after themselves. You can tell they take great pride in their work.

My experience with Southeast restoration was 10/10. Super professional, very communicative and ensured I was in the loop with the restoration process every step of the way. The level of detail at every step left me super impressed. Any delay that occurred was a result of waiting on insurance and not due to Southeast. Their messaging system is so easy to use, and they are so responsive, knowledgeable and willing to answer my 100 questions along the way. I’m so pleased with the updates in my home and I can’t recommend them enough. Special shoutout to all the individuals who helped along the way; Scott, Jeremy, Nicole, Rachel, Thomas, Dylan and everyone else I interacted with. You all made the process so easy—thank you for my beautiful new home!!!

This company was extremely unprofessional. Their crew caused significant damage and left my first floor looking like a disaster zone. Several items that were not damaged are now missing. There are many better options available, and I truly regret choosing this company. If zero stars were an option, that’s what I would give.

Bad experience from the start. Poor communication and slow responses led to me firing Southeastern Restoration. I did what one would call a CASH out with the insurance USAA. This is where Southeastern's unethical practices come in play, by literally overcharging stating they did $9500.00 worth or work. After two disputes, USAA paid them $3900.00 which is still way too much. I have been trying to get reimbursed from Southeastern Restoration for better part of 2 weeks now for poor workmanship to the ceiling restoration. In the photos you can see they did not remove the drywall to the studs like they should; they used fence post wood or the cheap wood used to make palettes to hold the dry wall sheets together resulting in the supports breaking in half and the ceiling cracking. I hired another company to fix this and need the $3713.75 to pay for this, but Southeastern Restoration is dragging their feet on paying for this. Also, note that Southeastern Restoration uses their own employees such as Thomas Maxwell to inflate their reviews with 5 stars. Such a sad business, my goal here is that someone will read my review, see the pictures and decide to go with another restoration company. It is bad enough to need to have our homes restored to begin with but to have a Vendor who is as unethical and poor as Southeastern Restoration just makes this process much worse. Would not want that for anyone, which is why I post this review again after they took it down.
