I was there for two and a half hours that was with assistance for about 45 minutes was not able to find what I was looking for stay there another 45 minutes looking for the part and actually found it I had asked to supervisor for at least a 10% discount because I was there for so long I was denied so after being there over three hours I still paid full price next time I'll take my business elsewhere at least Lowe's would have give me a 10% discount

This location has no cashiers; they force customers to self-checkout with no other options. If you don't like it, tough.

Personally, I don't want to touch a device that has been touched by thousands of dirty hands and never cleaned, so I hate shopping here. Unfortunately, it's a monopoly, and certain items can't be found elsewhere. So, I'm forced to accept it and shop at this store in order to purchase those items. It's frustrating to see cashiers standing around playing on their phones instead of assisting customers.

They truly don't care about the customers at all.

I hold a call for 25mins and a lady picked up it said” hold on! Hold on “ and hang up the phone. I want to know my order status which supposed delivered last week. No one call you no one gave you the information. They care about nothing!!!

Great store it has all plus the staff on point

Waited 45 minutes for help asked multiple people to call for some one to cut my plywood had 3 employees in refrigerator section not help me. They were to buisey complaining about there co workers. Manager claims they had trainings on " cutting pressure treated plywood will give us CANCER. " they refused to cut 6 sheets. How lazy can someone be. So for everyone out thier if buying plywood go to lowes they have no problem helping their customers. Also you shouldn't carry or shelf products that can give your employees or customers cancer.

Must agree with other reviews here. I didn't know I had good until I went to other HD. Read my review from one in Jamboree and El Camino real. They treated me like petty thief who comes to store to steal ONE SCREW that was missing from the box.

Orange(K) store has great people, Return & customer service makes important impression on customer cuz anyone can SELL you something but taking care of you when there's an issue is the customer service.

I remember lady named Caroline who I ran into couple times during past month at return counter, she's very understanding, helpful and understands that I came to HD with parts in my hand because something went wrong during installation. She understood that I'd be frustrated and want nothing more than get the new part, go home and finish my project and that's exactly what she did.

I've been going here almost everyday in past two months doing all sorts of upgrades in the house. Highly recommended!!! They will try their best to help you!!!

Awful, I couldn't get to Lowe's and I was reminded why I made the switch in the first place. Prices are higher and service was awful.

Most of the employee's are nice. They were nice yesterday, the ones that helped me. Certain ones helpful to point me in the right direction! Good store to shop in!

This place is too big, too busy, way too understaffed, and everyone at the store is rude except for Ken.

Always have what we go for plus some. Makes home improvement easy, and we don't break the bank.

Home depot hardly carries in the store that I need right now. instead of you should have at least a few items

I didn't use Home Services, I was trying to buy a check valve. Once again, they didn't have what I needed and I had to go to Lowes.

I've called three times trying to see if Home Depot can do the job I want, and I've never been able to speak to a live person. They have a terrible automated system and the only way to get their installation and repair services is if you go in store... I guess... I ordered on line.

This is the only place I can get all the plants I need in spring for my garden. Lots of variety, healthy, great growers and at good prices too.

Things are easy to find, the service is always helpful and professional. And with all the virus issues were dealing with these days they are staying on top of the situation with both others health and time managing in mind. Thank you guys for everything you do.
