I know the store is busy but the dirty cluttered and over stuff aisles are frustrating and not user friendly. The staff is not the best and the pro desk is a joke. No follow through and poor communication.

Very frustrating ordering online from the SW store. They keep canceling my order saying they don't have the item but when I look for the item myself its always there. It makes my house remodel job a lot more difficult. They are often days behind and don't fill orders near as fast as the other stores in town..

I had been stranded at The Orleans for a couple of days. Started losing my ass at the table so I walked here to pick up some random things I needed back home and just get a sense of normality while on vacation. It's just a Home Depot, but the parking lot doesn't seem very safe. You should be fine...

20190630 Worst shopping experience of my life. 2 pm hot & sunny, I begin perspiring in the short walk from my truck to the entrance. Home Depot had a fair price on something my elderly parents need but is difficult for them to get based on weight & size & HD is a third the distance from their house versus the nearest grocery. I see my parents only a few days a year as I work and live in another state and am more than happy to help them in any way during my visits. Also, sadly, now that they are old, MANY retailers give them poor rude service, I can only imagine if they had come instead of me, they would have been happy just to get home and would have never mentioned this rude employee. I enter the middle (between the Decatur entrance & outdoor entrance) get a cart & walk to the front entrance on the main aisle until i spot the display by Register 2. I get 7 55 pound boxes - push my the 385 pound load thru lumber looking for Dowel rods My cart is difficult to steer - Dowels will wait. I go to Reg 3 & 4 no line but both have a customer. Reg 3 has over 25 items but I should wait, Reg 4 has only ONE item but the worker is taking as long as humanly possible, 2 feet away I see or hear no reason. Both customers pay cash, reg 4 finishes 5 seconds before reg 3 again, she checked one item while reg 3 checked over 20 in the same time...."good afternoon i have 42 bottles" the first thing she says is whats at the bottom of your cart? "2 boxes of whats in the top" she said NO there is something under that box. I should have said, then pull it out and look, her tone was accusative and rude considering I'm a customer...I saw no difference in the way the two boxes sat & doubted anything but a sheet of paper could be under the box. I pull them out there's an OLD empty partly crushed gum container, I suggest it must have been stuck to the bottom of the box, the thing was about the size of a roll of quarters. she gave me a very dirty look and suggested I pay at Register 2 the aisle was very crowded and difficult to maneuver but there were no customers at that moment. The checker was friendly and helpful I took the product to my parents and returned to Hope Depot and found their section of gum, A package was 1 dollar. This lady insinuated I was trying to steal a ONE dollar pack of gum "covering the attempt by spending close to $100 dollars" She didn't apologize for finding an OLD empty package that clearly was trash that no one would purposely try to secret from a retailer, I'm sure she felt vindicated by the fact something was under the box, I;m sure she thought I stole something, as she sent me to reg 2, None of this registered until I found the gum display, it had been a very long hot several days for me. I decided to return in the morning and speak with the store manager, I can only hope this lady gets retraining or a job outside of customer service. her current physical condition likely precludes law enforcement, she is very overweight. Security camera monitor, if there is such employment.

I'm not a thief, I earn a very comfortable income for which I am thankful. I am sick of going to retailers in good faith despite so many other choices including online and home delivery and receiving unacceptable levels of customer service. A life time ago I was in customer service, I was a CSR & always strove to help customers meet or succeed there expectations as If I was the customer. I tried to give each the same level of attention and service based solely on the golden rule do on to others...

This lady treated me worse than a lump of coal, if coal was animated extremely hated disgusting and a lower class than a man who beats his wife drinks to excess with no job. But even if I was any of those things, I was a paying customer in a store she represents.

Went to Home Depot a week ago to get a quote on blinds, get the windows measured, and have someone install. I went there first, looked at what blinds I wanted, then called them to set an appointment. The next day someone was there to measure. I had to pay $50.00 deposit just for someone to come out and measure which isn't bad because it comes out of the final price of install. After the measurement took place, it took half a week for someone to get back to me, then when they did... This happened. They told me the measurements finally came in to the department, and I would have to drive up there to pay for the blinds I wanted. I told them I would be there first thing in the morning. I went the next day with a check and paid. I was told I had to come back in a couple hours and get the blinds after they were custom cut. This was the only speedy part of this process. As soon as I got back to the office, not ten minutes later they called and told me the blinds were ready for pickup. Great! I drove back to the store. When I get there the employee told me she would let the installer know, and there was an amazing chance that the blinds would be installed the same day. This was now 4 days ago. The employee said if not today than the next day in the morning. So I waited... I waited till the next day..... Then yesterday, I decided to call, they said oh the guy that does the install doesn't pick up his phone after 4:00pm, We have left him like 6 notes now though, so sorry. I promise he will call first thing tomorrow to set the appointment. It''s not 9:22am and I still haven't received a phone call. YAAAAAAY. Looks like I have to call again. I mean. it's not like i paid or anything. Which is another thing. On the phone yesterday talking to the employee, I had to tell him over and over the blinds are paid for and at my place of work ready for install. He told me he didn't see that in his records....sorry about that.

Zen lived up to its name when renovating three bathrooms in our house. We found the entire team — designer, project manager, and the hands-on tradespeople — to be thoughtful, detail oriented, and a pleasure to work with. When construction started they were consistently focused until it was complete. The final rooms are beautiful. No detail was too small for their attention. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing experience with Zen Renovations for our recent kitchen remodel. From start to finish, they were responsive, organized, and incredibly professional. The project stayed on schedule and on budget — something we told ourselves not to expect — and every crew member who came into our home was friendly, respectful, and clearly an expert at their craft.

The quality of the work exceeded our expectations. The attention to detail and care throughout the process really showed in the final result.

We especially loved working with our designer, Romi. She listened carefully to what we wanted, brought thoughtful ideas to the table, and made the entire design process feel collaborative and exciting. We couldn’t be happier with how our kitchen turned out and would highly recommend this team to anyone considering a remodel!

I was looking for a soothing “zen” feeling main bathroom renovation and happily found Zen Renovations. The designer Heidi was great to work with and helped me make the right choices. All the workers were dedicated and skilled, really wanted everything to be just right. The end result is a unique space that suits me. I would work with them again.

Zen Renovations did a lovely job transforming our primary bed/bath into a wonderful retreat. The design team came up with a plan beyond our imagination. The builders kept the noise/dust largely contained to the work zone, so we were able to stay in the house fairly comfortably. I was happily surprised how smooth construction went. Will only be hiring Zen for any future work.

Used Zen Renovations for a recent kitchen and half bath remodel. We have had a lot of remodelers in and out of our house over the years. From a master bathroom build, to a living room remodel. Zen Renovations have by far been the best and easiest to work with. The quality of their craftsmanship is amazing, and from design to project management to construction everyone was wonderful to work with. Even when things didn't go exactly as planned, they were accommodating and quick to fix without even having to ask. I would recommend Zen to anyone who was looking for a design build firm!

Walked in with my wife and met the owner, he wasn't interested in our questions, seemed like he cared about big projects only. Wasn't pleasant at all but the place was nice.

When my husband called to inquire about an estimate for a deck and patio. The Zen Renovation representative asked what is the dollar amount of our budget . We told him 15k, and he said the he would not entertain that amount. Talk about a slap in the face!

I could not be more thrilled with Zen Renovations - they redid my entire exterior and rebuilt the dilapidated front porch - it is gorgeous! Zen is great to work with - accommodated my many preferences and requests, top notch team and craftsmanship! Thank you 🙏

We had a great experience with Zen Renovations. They remodeled our bathroom and handled some unexpected challenges due to our older home. The bathroom is gorgeous and the quality of the work is evident. I would recommend them without reservation.

Kevin and the team at Zen truly delivered. They were careful listeners and consummate professionals. All craftsmanship was of the highest quality. They understood, preserved, and enhanced the historic charm of our craftsman Sears kit bungalow in Takoma Park, MD.

I highly recommend Zen Renovations!! Before I found them, I tried other firms - I had a modest job and most others wouldn't take mine on - what a slap in the face! Then I found Zen and they really came through. It was such a good experience, I keep bringing more and more projects to them and I'm telling all my friends to use them. Zen does pro work at bargain rates.

Great quality work and customer service during a. bathroom remodel. Communication was excellent - no surprises. They delivered everything on time and in budget. The work area was spotless at the end of each day. We worked from home during the bath remodel without any inconvenience or interruption. I recommend Keven and all the people at Zen highly.

Wonderful experience with Zen - they delivered a beautiful kitchen/primary bath renovation exactly on the timeline estimated. We really enjoyed working with the whole team.

The Zen Renovations team did a full ground floor remodel of our house, which included expanding the kitchen to an open model concept and entirely replacing the existing cabinetry, appliances, and tile; replacing hardwood floors; replacing windows; replacing doors; and putting in new lighting. They worked with us throughout the design process, provided realistic inputs and talked us out of some limiting decisions. They built, and were forthright about, a timeline that accounted for significant supply chain issues beyond their control, and were communicative throughout the entire project. Their team, from project managers to craftsmen, were professional and attentive and met the standards they set for themselves from the start. We’re extremely satisfied with the results, and look forward to working with them again in the future.
