Failed to show up for my prepaid front door install. Failed to help me with rescheduling of install so I hired Lowes for my new front door. The store management simply does not care about their customers. Thank you Lowes!!! Love the new front door.

My experience has been horrible the last couple times I've been in this store. The customer service is the worst I have had to deal with from any store. I tried to give them one more chance with a kitchen remodel I'm planning to do. But they never showed up at my house after rescheduling 3 times. In sorry but when I scheduled they promised they would not be like a cable repair and if they told a time they would be there at that time. My appointment was for 3 pm, they called and told me they can't so asked if I can change to 12pm I said yes. 1230 comes and they call and say they can't make it till 230pm. Well now my day is ruined

It was just an annual inspection to make sure there wasn’t anything needing attention ( there wasn’t) and the tech was prompt and professional, quick too! Overall- good experience.

The men that came did an outstanding job!
They were very polite and professional.
They were able to finish removing carpet and replacing it within 3.15 hours. I truly appreciate them!

John in the carpet sales department was knowledgeable and fun. He got us together with USIG who had some talented installers come do the job. It looks great and we are about to go see John again for more carpet…. Strong work Home Depot…. Thank you

Only help i received..asked 4 times..was from a man named t j...6 others gathered in circle speaking spanish..i askedfor info and youguessed it...nohabla..sure they did but im 63 yroldwhite man..guess im the enemy or they only help spanish speakers...this stuff is gettin old real quick..suggestion..put up a sign stating we only want spanish speakers..make it easy to drive past..with my american greenbacks..sad..we have to fix this or suffer ..

My fiancé and I came here for a quote to purchase and install wood floors, and after 45 minutes and 4 different associates, not a single one of our questions were answered. It was as if every associate we encountered had never even heard of installing flooring before. They wasted our time and weren't even apologetic about it. We decided that there was no way we were going to spend our money here and plan to take our business elsewhere.

Was pressured by our HOA to pressure wash our driveway.

Rented a pressure washer for $80 for 4 hrs. Maybe it’s a high-demand item; I had to drive 25 mins to pick it up.

Pro tip 1: Home Depot website shows which locations have a machine available for rent, but call the store to see if it’s available sooner than the time shown on site. It told me the earliest availability is at 4pm but I called Lesago at this location before 11am and he confirmed it’s available for pick up. This meant we could actually see while we washed (gets dark around 5 on these days). Thank you, Lesago!

Pro tip 2: The washer is the size of a small lawnmower. It will require seats to be pulled forward. If you have a sedan, it may or may not fit.

Pro tip 3: Carry a gas can if you have one with you and buy 1.5-2.5 gallons of gas on your way to pick up the rental. You have to return it with the gas full. If you don’t have a gas can, you’ll just have to fill it while it’s loaded on your vehicle so keep that in mind when you load it for return.

Spent all of the remaining 3 hrs of the rental on pressure washing our driveway and sidewalk. I have to say, it looks much better now! The machine worked well. And Lesago was great! Thanks, Home Depot.

Pro services are useless. All they do is take your contact and share it with the same kind of generic "companies" (more like call centers) that swarm up your phone when you search the web.

This Home Depot is terrible store, no customer service, no buddy cares!! Awful place!! Never ever buy anything from this store. They screwed up my complete order for Windows blind. They screwed up my order for tile. Many things. Even if they give you for free, do not buy from this store.
