I don't ever complain,but one worker has no regard for customer service,Joshua in the morning shift was very rude to me, he act as if I wasn't there so I had to say hello 4 times,each hello progressively louder. He just continued hitting on the other girl employee,right in front of me.
When he finally acknowledged me I asked a simple question to call for assistance,he said he didn't know how to use his 1st phone.
You need to hire employees who care about their job.

Called the store directly from their google map listing and it went to a national number instead. That number hung up on me twice and I never got my question answered. These big box stores deserve to go out of business. Insane.

Eric completed our gut master bath remodel in eleven days. It had taken us almost 4 months to obtain all the components for this project, thanks to Covid disrupting the suppliers. Lucky for us we were not alone in these problems. He stayed in touch by text, periodically checking to see how we were doing. That attention to detail was a good sign of things to come. He was neat, punctual, skilled, accurate: a true professional. The workplace was tidy at the end of each day, even the trash pile. He communicated clearly, letting us know what to expect each day and then meeting those expectations. His workmanship is amazing; we last did this type of project 25 years ago....I only wish we'd known about him then. He somehow seems to treat the project as if it's his own house. He painted the ceiling and walls before tiling the floors or installing fixtures. No paint flecks on his job.....I really appreciated that he offered that as part of his price. A strong, solid recommendation - 5 stars.

Eric is great to work with and is professional. He finished remodeling my guest bath this week and I am extremely happy. I told him what look I wanted and he offered suggestions on products and style. Especially liked this was the only job he was doing so he was focused on my project and able to complete quickly and with quality. I will definitely use him again for other projects

Very pleased with the work that Eric completed on my bathroom remodel. Appreciated the option of re-using some of the existing fixtures rather than tossing everything and starting over. Work completed nearly a week ahead of the original schedule. Would be happy to work with him again.

Eric recently completed my master bathroom remodel. I am very pleased with his work and knowledge. Eric is very responsive to texts and/or phone calls. He is hard working and very efficient about getting the work done. Highly recommend.

Eric did a great job on our project (finished basement). Our projected all included installing a full size bar area and full bathroom. He was well-organized and communicated well on every step of the process. His pricing was reasonable and his attention to detail was very good. Eric was also a good listener and wanted to ensure that we were satisfied with the work completed. He is the best contractor that we have worked with and would recommend him to others.

Best experience we have ever had with a contractor. He remodeled our Master Bathroom including extensive tile work, removal and replacement of many items. He also made upgrades to master suite and repaired a guest bathroom. Eric is amazing, great work ethic and quality workmanship

We hired Eric for a small bathroom remodel. Once we acquired all the materials and he started the project, Eric completed the job quickly & efficiently, several days earlier than we anticipated. Eric takes great pride in the quality of his work and we’re very pleased with the final outcome.

When we decided to completely redo our almost 50 year old kitchen and back hall mudroom, we solicited a few quotes. Eric's quote was very reasonable and the timeline was realistic. Just talking through what we wanted to do with him gave me confidence that he was meticulous and would do a good job. As with most projects a couple of things popped up along the way (they don't make ovens that small anymore) and Eric was very accommodating and reasonable about the changes. We solicited his opinion on several items and leaned into his expertise and experience. He did not steer us wrong. Eric requires all materials be on-site and then he will provide a starting date. Once he started he worked tirelessly 6 days a week and beat his timeline by a couple of days.
The result is fantastic. Eric used many of his tricks of the trade to turn a tired 1970s kitchen into a beautiful, modern, functional space. He did almost all of the work himself including carpentry, electrical and plumbing only outsourcing minimal painting and the installation of the countertops.
Eric communicated with us clearly throughout the project.
When we decide on the next room to modernize, Eric will be the first one I call.

Honea Construction was recommended to us by our neighbor and we are glad we chose him. He completely renovated our second bathroom upstairs and it came out amazing. He does have to come back, but through no fault of his. When we opened the vanity we found the marble top cracked in half and the sink in pieces from shipping so we are awaiting the replacement parts. The pictures I uploaded will be updated when the sink is done. We are already starting to plan for our master bathroom remodel with him.

Eric was beyond amazing! He was incredibly knowledgeable and helped us make the right decisions. While I feel that the quotes we received from other vendors, Eric's was the only one I felt was a legitimate quote. Everyone else was incredibly high for what was a pretty straight forward job. All the quotes had said 4-6 weeks to do this job, but in the end, Eric was able to complete it in 3 weeks! We are so thrilled that we have this new livable space in our basement and really never want to leave the area now! We WILL be calling Eric again for our other projects!!!

Eric is a true Profession in every way possible. He communicates with you instantly no matter the time of day. He is very truthful with you about the project and will give you his honest opinion about what is needed to accomplish it. He will put your satisfaction on top of everything so that the end result is amazing in every way. We chose Honea Construction to finish our basement and we love our new space! Eric delivered quality work and great value. He was also flexible and made a number of adjustments for us as the process progressed (including adding shiplap accent walls, incorporating a custom barn door, and adding a number of dimmer switches) which really helped us personalize the space. As a homeowner with very specific preferences when it comes to aesthetic details, we learned that it was extra important to be proactive and detailed in communicating exactly what we wanted (or didn’t want), but ultimately the project turned out great. We would use Honea Construction again and recommend Eric for any basement or home remodeling project!

He lived up to his top billing, to say the least. We couldn't be more pleased with his performance and the results. We're so pleased that we'll be contracting with Eric / Honea Construction to renovate our master bathroom.

We recently had our bathroom redone and had a great experience. Communication was open and timely throughout the entire process. Eric was super organized and worked efficiently, which really stood out. The final result looks great, and he was more than willing to take care of the small final touches we pointed out without any hesitation. One thing we really appreciated was that it seemed like once he committed to our project, he stayed focused on it—he didn’t bounce around from job to job.
