Want to spend money at home Depot to do a home remodeling project wanted to use the washroom and the tenants in a men's locker room didn't speak no English will it over a half hour until one of the customers went in his pants unacceptable home Depot

The people they call "PROS" in their field are NOT as knowledgeable as home depot says. And when you call them on it the so called "PRO" gets defensive and tells you that you don't know what you're talking about. Now I'm only saying this about the store on Elston. I've been to stores in Cleveland and Phoenix and their Pros actually know what they're talking about.

I bought a garage door and opener and had it installed by Home Depot's installers. It has been a nightmare. You cannot get a hold of anyone and the installer was awful. Don't make the same mistake.

They cancelled my customers order without notifying her about it. Horrible customer service. I am a contractor and I am not using home depot anymore. They have cost me to much money.

We just went to Home Depot and met Lee in the kitchen section in order countertops we can't be more grateful to Lee and his help in figuring out how we're going to handle our kitchen tops install them and what was the necessary merchandise. Lee went beyond what most people do and we are very grateful we met him today. Once again we thank you for everything it was a pleasure going to Home Depot today

Home depot never have some one to help you. Never! Ever! Lowes is starting to look more and more appealing. Waited almost 25 min for help and still no help just to get a quote on some dam countertops. Never going back

Not so customer friendly. You can never find an associate for assistance. Stood in the windows and doors department for an extensive period of time to receive a quote and end up leaving because no one ever came.

Delays, wrong delivery dates for kitchen cabinets. Can't communicate with anyone. No one knows who is responsible for the deliveries. Poor service.

Worst experience ever. Avoid at all cost. The "reliable contractor" are quick to take your money and not finish a project.

I recently purchased blinds for my home in this location. The experience was a true nightmare. From the person who measured (who did not know there product) to the installer who scheduled a installation date and NEVER showed up. I called installer and went back to home depot anew times but NO ONE CARES. I just got the run around and just let it go!!! If I ever need anything again that requires customer service I would never go there!!

Please be aware that Home Depot is engaging in false advertising.

I purchased a refrigerator from their website and paid an additional $50 for them to remove my old refrigerator. However, when they delivered the new refrigerator, they refused to take away the old one. Although the $50 was refunded, the removal service was one of the main reasons I chose to buy the refrigerator from them.

If they do not actually provide old appliance removal service, they should not advertise it. This is misleading and constitutes deceptive business practices.

Be careful using this company for home repairs! They replaced our roof after Hurricane Irma and they refuse to close out the county permits.

This is the best Home Depot in the county! Richard in the plumbing department was so extremely helpful coming up with solutions for problems I've run into while installing an underground sprinkler system. Thank God he was there. He knows his stuff!
