Al (Boogie) is in a class of his own with his business. He runs a very professional business. at my own personal place I had wind damage done to my house. He sent a crew out with the insurance inspector to make sure the insurance inspector did not screw me over. They are a one stop shop for making sure that you are taken care of through the pains of navigating your insurance agency. I know of about three or four exterior siding jobs that he has done in my area and about 15 different roofs that he has done in my area and they are all top notch. Everybody brags about the quality of work that you get with this company.

I have used Quality Exteriors on two different houses. We were very satisfied with their work on both properties. They showed up when they said they would and finished the jobs in a timely manner. Their crew was always professional and courteous. My daughter also used them. I highly recommend Quality Exteriors Roofing.

The sales representative was clear, thorough and very helpful in getting my 20 year old roof replaced. I've used Quality Exteriors on two different occasions to replace my roof. In the first instance, I was impressed by the integrity shown by its representative (Matt Rinaudo) because although his assessment differed with another roofing company, it echoed the assessment of my insurance company. Six years later when my roof experienced extensive hail damage, Matt was the first call I made. In this instance, he served as an interface between the insurance company and myself; providing them with inspection photos and additional information to resolve any reconciliation differences. He also coordinated internally with the other Quality Exterior work crews to ensure all work was performed in a timely manner.

We remodeled our 107 year old farmhouse. In the 2 year remodel Quality Exteriors was our favorite contractor and favorite spend on the home. Quality Exteriors installed vinyl siding on our home as well as added shutters & built out our existing columns. David who installed our siding was an absolute jewel and we felt as though he & owner Al became part of the family. When I say you will never regret one dime you spend with Quality Exteriors I mean it from the bottom of my heart! They are true perfectionist.

Very fast, reliable and trustworthy. I had damage to my roof and skylight from a wind storm blowing my patio cover onto my roof. They were very quick to respond to get the skylight and fireplace covered to keep from having damage inside my home. I will always call Quality Exterior and highly recommend them.

Quality Exteriors replaced the roofs on two houses that I own and also on my mother’s house. In addition, they repaired one of the new roofs after it was damaged by a severe storm. Quality Exteriors, Jordan Legg, was very helpful in dealing with my insurance company on repair work following a tornado that came through the neighborhood. He helped with all aspects of the insurance process, going above and beyond to make sure my insurance claim was accepted. Jordan was very professional and committed to quality customer service. We recently had the roof replaced on our home and a second house that we own. Quality Exterior staff was great. Mr. Boggs invited us to his office to meet his staff prior to them ever coming to our home to work.
The men that did our roof work was very nice and polite. They worked hard and cleaned up each day before leaving the premises. We are so pleased with the quality of work and the kind, friendly and professional way we were treated that we have contracted with them to do siding and replace windows for us. I can't say how grateful we are to have honest Christian people do work for us. These people are simply the best!!! They rate 10 and more on my rating scale. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Quality Exteriors Roofing just installed my mom’s new roof and it looks great! The awesome crew started at 6;00 am and was cleaned up and finished 10:30 am. The clean up was amazing!!! The crew cleaned gutters at no charge.

Very good professional. I liked that they had 30+ years of experience in the business and were locally owned and operated. They met with my adjuster and made that process seamless. I highly recommended them to anyone looking for a new roof, help with the claims process, or even a repair.

My roof has leaked since they installed it. They did not install any flashing, seal seams, and did not replace any of my damaged vents. They took money from my insurance and refuse to come fix their mistakes. It has been a consistent battle trying to get them to come out. They do not respond to phone calls or address problems.

Quality Exteriors got us more money from our insurance company than we ever could have done! They replaced our roof, put up all new siding all around the house, installed a ceiling for our porch, and left the place absolutely clean. It looks like a new house. We have had neighbors that I didn’t even know we had stop and admire the place. We are delighted with the quality and professionalism of everyone involved. Quality Exterior is the very best roofing company that I have ever had used! They were extremely fast, professional and did and amazing job! They were here when they said, earlier and got the job done quickly and correctly! I wouldn’t recommend another roofing company! Quality Exteriors is the very best around! Thanks a million Quality Exteriors Roofing! Al did an amazing job working with me and my insurance company to replace the roof after the last hail storm. The roof was finished in ONE day and looks fantastic. The cleanup was great. They spent extra time removing the nails, because my grandchildren play in the yard and they didn't want them to step on a nail. All the debris was removed and looked better than it did before the job was started.
Everyone was very polite and professional.
