The company and its workers were outstanding to work with. I seen their company truck on a route to my home and decided to call them for an estimate. Their estimate was a fraction of what a major gutter company quoted me 4 years ago for the same service. Within two weeks (supply and weather delays) my gutters were installed. They covered all of my concerns during the installation. Nothing but excellent service from this company.

I had ArkLaTex Shop builders, build a 30x30 with 10’ lean. I was told from the beginning there was an 9 week wait and I would fall into line with othe customers. Dirt work was completed after first 2 weeks. 4 weeks later framing crew arrived and completed. The following week concrete work was done. The thinnest my slab was 4 1/2 “ thickest was 5 1/2” with rebar on 10 or 12” spacing, was very pleased with workmanship of crew. The following week insulation and sheet metal was installed along with finish grade around shop. It took a while to complete, but I was told this upfront so no complaints from me. Shop was completed in January, there have been no cracks in slab or leaks of any kind , June now. (also had 90 yards of dirt brought in for building). I had ArkLaTex do a turn key job for us and we are very satisfied. Thanks Joe C

We bought a shop in December 2017 it was completed in March 2017. We received a call from the dirt people saying they had to come back and complete the dirt work they never showed up or called back. This company does a good job building but they have horrible management and no communication. We were pleased with the building but was very unhappy with the length of time it took.
