My experience was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. Mr. Cody and his team did an amazing job with my chimney flashing, After several days of hard rain no leaks whatsoever. I'm really pleased with the work of Quality Exteriors. I highly recommend them.

From my first contact with Quality Exteriors, I was impressed. Matt came and inspected my roof and helped me to realize that a storm had come through the area that might be pertinent to insurance coverage. He then worked closely with insurance staff, maximizing the reimbursement that I was able to obtain. He sat with us to decide various options for the choice of shingles, gutters, etc. He was always very pleasant, very helpful, and very respectful of our choices. The crew was thorough and amazingly efficient, even though we have a steep pitch and a very high roof. They cleaned up well afterward. I highly recommend this company.

Amazing work! Came gave us an estimate that was very reasonable for our siding. The first contractor we talked to tried to talk us out of the siding we wanted and into something totally different. When Mr. Boggs came out he listened to what we wanted, offered a few suggestions to our vision, listened again, helped to guide us through which siding was best for us, and made our home look beautiful! I would recommend anyone to him without any hesitation.

If anyone is looking for a trustworthy and reliable roofer, I would HIGHLY recommend Bob Butler with Quality Exterior Roofing. He is quite possibly one of the nicest people you'll ever meet and he will do everything in his power to fight on your behalf. He came to all of our adjuster inspections and spoke on our behalf, as well as helped us communicate with the insurance company using his expertise. He was, and continues to be, with us every step of the way. He is nothing short of an absolute blessing. He also did a roof replacement in our neighborhood. His team had it completed in a day and it looks flawless. Please consider him if you need roof repairs or a replacement. I can promise that you won't find a better roof consultant in Shreveport or Bossier than Bob!

I originally was going to get 3 estimates for my roof replacement, but after talking to Jordan on the phone I knew I was in the right place. Never having had to do anything like this before, Jordan walked me through the process of filing a claim and what I needed to do and within a couple of weeks I had a beautiful new roof installed. The crew that showed up did an amazing job and were done quickly and efficiently with very good clean up. I would highly recommend Jordan and this company.

I called and asked them if I could get them to tarp the roof. They got back with me immediately !! I explained that weather was coming in and I needed a couple of additional hours to finish with tree removal. We literally had just gotten tree from roof when his crew showed! No questions asked just went to work removing sawdust and covering as needed! No complaining only asking if I needed anything else. Couldn’t ask for more attention and professionalism. I would always recommend them!

Quality Exteriors installed two patio covers on our home with gutters and replaced the gutters on our home that were installed incorrectly. Leaf filters were installed on all of the gutters. The frame work of the patio covers was also painted.
My wife and I are very pleased with the whole project.

Al and his company are true professionals! Out of all the contractors I’ve ever been associated with this company hands down is the best. From the first meeting there was never a doubt they take pride in working for the customer and they care !!! When you call Al and his team if you don’t get them right then just set tight because you’ll be getting a call back very shortly. I’m 100% satisfied with the company.

I would highly recommend quality exterior to anyone. I have been done wrong in the past but Tyler was amazing!! He was thorough with explaining everything and what was to be expected. He gave me a couple options that would work for me. The insurance company hassled me but I fought it to make it work. Tyler and his company did an amazing job with my roof. After reading several good reviews about Bob specifically, I decided to give him a call. As far as a good review goes, I don’t even know where to start! From the beginning of the process to completion Bob has stood by his word and been prompt, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. He walked us through our entire insurance estimate and thoroughly explained the payment process and how billing works with the insurance company. Having a background in construction, I was skeptical of having a contractor do the work on our house, rather than doing it myself. Let me say this, WOW. Roof lines are straight, everything is square and even. The laborers hand nail all of the shingles so as to prevent damage from air nailers that so often occurs during the roof installation process. Bob was up on the roof first thing in the morning with the workers to ensure all expectations were met. On top of that, he was back at lunch to check on them and again upon completion, and sent pictures along the way. He even rolls his own magnet around the property to ensure any missed nails are cleaned up. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with the job and will refer quality exteriors to any and all of our friends in need of exterior work on their home.

Great company and staff. Amazing quality and care

DO NOT USE!!!! They will come in to do half the job and send you a bill. They will NOT finish the job, they will NOT call you back. Worst customer service I have ever received.

We had our upstair water heater rupture on a Saturday evening. Allstate hired this company to come Monday. The one abatement member seemed to be diligent and work fine. Large portions of our sheetrock were removed or drilled into, baseboard and crown mouldings removed, damaged, or stapled into, and carpet sections cut or pulled away from the sub-floor. Testing was done each day in the obvious areas of damage. 2 problems arose from our interaction with this company:
1) The estimate they gave to Allstate was grossly under the amount a contractor could do the work for - DKI did not include the crown moulding that was stapled into, nor did they include the need to paint the whole ceiling, not just the spots that were discolored or the new sheet rock required.
2) Other water damage was missed and is now worse. When the member was on premises, we asked him to check in the crawl space to ensure there was not other water leakage. He refused. So, now seven weeks later, water has slowly worked its way into a moldy, mildewy mess across the upstairs landing and down into the wall and floor of our understairs closet and living room carpet. We still are dealing with Allstate because they have NEVER come up to see for themselves the damage and the repairs needed, but are ONLY going off of DKI's low, low estimate. So, we have been stuck with huge gaps in our ceiling, holes in our walls, and now ruined walls, subfloors, and mold and mildew in our house. And we have to have the claim re-re-adjusted because of the need for carpet to match upstairs and now be replaced downstairs. NEVER AGAIN using this company - OR Allstate.

Call these guys to fix a couple of problem areas and Aaron came back with a great value for us. The crew worked all day to ensure the install not only was very functional but looked great. They even had to get very creative to install a gutter and drain in an area that had been a drainage issue for many years I will definitely use them again for any gutter issues. I had my gutters cleaned and then guards put on. They came for the estimate and had material the next day ready for install. Can’t wait to see how the guards keep all our tree junk out! Quick and polite quality service!

I called Aaron based off a Facebook ad. He responded quickly, and came to my house soon after. He emailed me a quote, and we made an appointment. His crew called me in advance to let me know they were on their way. The two-man crew was polite and professional. I saw firsthand how hard they worked, and their attention to detail. They cleaned up so well that I could not tell they had been here. Afterwards, they showed me pictures of my now-clean gutters. I will definitely use them again. Money well spent!

I called Aaron to look at a water problem I was having on my second story. When it rained my soffit was getting wet causing rot as well as splash back off the patio roof onto the wall of the secondary story. He suggested a gutter to divert the water which solved both problems! Aaron was prompt to come out and give the estimate and prompt to schedule the work. The crew was professional, courtesy and did a great job cleaning up when the job was completed. I was most impressed with their desire to do a good job and please the customer. I couldn’t be happier. It even improved the overall look of the second story which was an added plus! I would definitely recommend them.
