These guys were on time, efficient and very courteous. The lifetime guarantee is the icing on the cake. Reasonable prices and quality workmanship. I'm very pleased.

Great builders good people that work for the company that comes out to build your building. Quick work there in and out quick so you can have your shop ready. I've got a couple of friends that has had a building built and they love how quick and good they are and also said the building is very very nice.

We contracted with Ark La Tex Barns mid August and were told to expect our new barn "sometime" near November 14. Dirt work was done in October. No one called from the company when November 14 came and went. Have been calling weekly ever since and get very few answers. Mostly the runaround. Told the barn would then start December 5 and then December 14. Here we are January 7 and still no barn. No one from the company calls us and when I call (am told for last three weeks) they are waiting on our trusses. Still waiting...and am very disappointed the company has very poor construction management. I am sure the barn will be nice, just not sure when we will ever get one. Caution if you want them to build your barn. They are polite when I call, however.

We tried to use this company to build a metal shop for us. We got a bid and signed a contract (finally) but could never reach our salesman. Spoke with someone in the office and it was the same thing. Very poor communication. Apparently our bid was wrong and they said they were waiting on permits and pad to be built, even though we had already given this to the salesman. Several months went by before we finally decided to get someone else to build our shop.

My Ark La Tex shop is almost ten years old and this building has been absolutely maintenance free. A week ago I had a limb fall and damage the side of my shop. I called and the next day they had someone out to look at the damage. Steve, a representative from Ark La Tex Builders help me make my building good as new! I was surprised that the quality of the finish they use it is so excellent! The new piece is the same color as the rest of the building, no fading can be noticed. Great company with great customer service, and I would recommend them.

The initial customer service was great. However when the crew showed up for concrete they messed up my father in law driveway. The next crew for framing showed up and they were drunk and disrespectful. I informed the supervisor. The next time the crew came out again he was apologetic for his behavior. After the building was complete I notified them that there were areas where sunlight was shining through the roof and they needed to grade the dirt down so the water would run down away from under the building.
2 weeks after building was complete I still haven't had anyone come out and remedy the issues.
The person contacting indicating he is coming out but never shows up and never communicates until I reach out and ask questions. So the man finally showed up and stated he would replace the panel that was dented and will check to see if the grading was in the contract. Mentioned to him it was complimentary due to inconvenience we had to deal with.

Another man showed up about 3 weeks later to replace a panel that was dented and a bolt that was making it leak. Stated that he does not work on grading around the building.

Now I am waiting for the grading once it dries up. Hopefully I am not waiting too long.

So 6 months later no grading and no call back. It's all good I know better for next time!!!

I would definitely recommend Ark La Tex to anyone in the market for a pole barn style building. The whole process from start to finish was super smooth and they were very professional and showed up on time.

Robert Stevens was great to work with. He walked us through the entire process and explained everything we needed to know and/or have done. He was great at helping us decide on colors and options too. He was very responsive every time we had a question for him between the contract signing and the job completion.

Once we got our dirt pad done, they showed up within days to frame the 24x36 building. Frame was done 5/12/22. Concrete was poured 5/16/22. Metal "skin" was put on 5/23/22. Eleven days total and it is complete. The quality and workmanship on it are top-notch too.

I have used this company for two different builds. The first was a shop and we loved it. Then we had a pavilion built. The concrete cracked on two of the posts. They came fixed one and would never return my call on the other. So now the whole corner is falling off. Never again!

We used Arklatex Builders for a 30x40 shop. The workers are very courteous, and fast! They did an excellant job and we will use them again for any future projects. I will defimately recommend this business!! Great work!

In a world of no service and shoddy work, these people are the exception. I highly encourage anyone needing a building to go see these guys. Excellent finished product and excellent service after the sale. Very competitive prices as well, can't say enough good about them.

Great to work with during the design and build process. Worth the 15 week wait from order to build. Our structure was completed in one day and looks just like we wanted. Reasonable prices.

I had a 20X40 foot shop built and they did a great job. Despite unexpected delays related to weather, the Ark-La-Tex builders were always courteous and adaptive. They were quick to fix a small manufacturing defect in one of the sidewall panels and the shop is water tight. I highly recommend them to build your next shop.

These guys are AMAZING!!! Took excellent care of completing our demo work and hauling off the debris at an amazing price. Definitely will use them again!!
