Our whole experience with The Window Source was seemless. From the initial consultation/estimate to the communication with the office when a rainy day delayed our install to the actual installation we are very happy.

Freddy and Cappy were very easy to work with. They arived on time and were professional, knowledgeable and courteous.

They even got along with our dog which is not always easy for strangers.

Looking forward to next year when we tackle phase 2 :)

I can’t say enough about the entire team at The Window Source. This was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Rich is very knowledgeable and upfront about everything when we were scoping out the job. Didn’t try to upsell or pressure anything that wasn’t needed which was big for me. The installation team was amazing! Courteous, friendly, and fast! The team was all respectful of space and was a pleasure to have in my home. The windows themselves look and perform great, and really change the look of my home for the better. The bow window swap was a lot of work, but the guys got it all done same day, it looks great, and there is already a noticeable difference in drafts and cold transfer compared to what was there before. The office team was also fantastic, friendly, and remained in communication on timelines. I would 100% recommend them to anyone, and I’m looking forward to having them back to do the remaining windows.

I needed to replace 13 windows along with a front door and two storm doors. The window source was the third company I contacted for a price. When I called for an appointment they were here within days. Anthony was amazing not wasting time looked at the windows knew what I needed gave me a price and I signed that day. The girls in the office co-ordinated the installation they went out of their way to accommodate us. They were a pleasure to work with. I was told one to two days. It took two days. The installers were amazing . They never stopped. They did their job methodically taking the time to do it right . I have had work done before but never like this. They are right on point. No excuses. No surprises. We definitely feel the difference. The house is much warmer. I would highly recommend The Window Source . They have a phenomenal team!

The windows we purchased from Window Source RI are great. No more drafty windows that don’t lock. I cannot believe how many men and trucks came to install 15 new widows. The men never stopped until the job was done. They cleaned up after themselves but were careful to put the vinyl siding back into place. We are happy.

Joe P, Cappy, Joe K. and David were amazing! They showed up on time, took out the old window and replaced it with the new one with expertise and efficiency. They were very neat and took care to not crush my plants under the window. I would definetly recommend The Window Source to anyone.

We contracted Window Source RI to replace our old, and outdated front doors. We are soooo happy we did.

Bob and crew installed new windows in our home today. They were on time, friendly, explained the installations, warranties, cleaned up, would highly recommend Window Source, Bob and crew. Due to the holidays and weather, rescheduling communication was great.

Bottom Line, could NOT have been better!! starting with the TV commercial which gave me the idea. The people You see are exactly who you deal with, from niece Aleea on the phone to Anthony who comes out to give You the estimate to Richard (owner) who does the measuring! They could NOT have been Nicer! The Install crew Headed by Joe P was Awesome, Joe was very easy to deal with and the crew of Freddy, David, Cappy and Matt could not have done a better overall job. Cappy told Me he has been installing windows longer than we have been here and we've been here 30 Years!! The crew were like Old Friends by the time they finished! With that in mind, we are already planning on them returning for an Entry Door and 10 more windows!! We could NOT have been more pleased with entire experience!

We had 5 lower-level windows and a set of sliding glass doors replaced by the Window Source. Even though the installers - Ray and Andrew - were working on a very cold day - mid-20's for the high - they still did an excellent job. They were very courteous and professional and paid a great deal of attention to detail. We can't believe that they got all of it done in one day. They kept all areas clean throughout the process and were very easy to talk to and were very respectful. I highly recommend the Window Source and those two installers.

This was our second time using window source. Last year we replaced our basement windows and felt a difference. This year (January) we did 7 windows and our front door. Bob and his crew called first thing in the morning to let me know that they were on their way. It was a crew of 4. They worked together like a well oiled machine. Everyone knew their jobs and got right to it. Prompt, curiosity and polite. Completed the install in 3 hrs. We had a small issue with the door handle. They came back the next morning to get the handle on and installed the put in the new threshold. I had a few questions. Bob took the time answer them. All of the staff is Amazing. From Wayne who came out and helped us pick windows and give us our quote . Rick the owner coming out to measure to make sure we had the correct size. Aleea in the office making the appointments, follow up and payment. And of course Bob and the boys for install. Highly recommended.

We ordered a new bathroom window, two kitchen windows and a bay window. They told us they would arrive between 8 and 9 AM, and arrived shortly after 8 AM. Each window had its own crew to do the installation and the team worked together very well and efficiently. They were like a well oiled machine and finished the total job in under four hours. They even left the area cleaner than how they found it before installation. Each crew member was very respectful and polite, and I would 100% hire them again to do future window installations should we require it in our home. I truly believe that anyone who wants to hire them for work on their own home can rest assured that they will receive wonderful service and great products.

Had Window Source replace 11 windows in our home. Installers, Bob and crew, arrived on time, were courteous and professional and completed the project in less than 2 hours. We recently used Window Source RI to replace our outdated, 4 panel crank out window. From the moment of contact through the design, measuring, ordering to install process was exceptional!!! The customer service through this family owned operation was like working with actual family (minus the headache 😂) and attention to detail was given from beginning to end. During the install, they were constantly updating me in the progress and ensuring everything I requested in our new windows was correct. Such a polite and warm team to work with. From the start conversation/quote to the end clean up, everything was top notch and will recommend Window Source RI to any and everyone looking for new/ replacement windows! This company did a great job on the our windows. The customer service is excellent and the staff is professional and respectful. We had Joe P, Freddy and Dave in our crew and they were on time and worked together seamlessly and efficiently! They didn’t even take a break- just got the job done! They cleaned everything thoroughly and you wouldn’t know they were there. Took extra time to add moulding around the windows for a neater job. The windows are great quality and look fabulous. I will recommend this company to everyone.

We got all new windows in our house today by The Window Source and I gotta say, the team showed up when they said they would and took exactly as long as they said they would and left the house in great condition (as in didn’t leave a mess behind). They were professional, kind, and clearly very experienced. Within an hour of them leaving our house feels cooler and quieter. I couldn’t be more pleased. Highly recommend. Great local company. Great local service.

1/23/2026 Bob and his crew did an excellent job installing our new windows. We had a HUGE 5-paned bay window replaced, a 4-paned bay window replaced with 3-doubled hung windows, and a 3-paned crank out window replaced with 3-double hung windows. They all look beautiful.
