I am very happy and satisfied with United Better Homes. From the very first phone call to everyone I met and those that worked on my house were wonderful, pleasant, professional and they always returned my phone calls immediately. I never had to chase after them, they would call me before I had to call them. Any issues or concerns were promptly resolved.

They replaced the vinyl siding on my whole house, replaced my bluestone front steps, replaced gutters and installed gutter guards, an awning, and installed a new front door and storm door. They did a great job; I am very happy with the outcome; my house looks beautiful.

I highly recommend United Better Homes and would hire them again in a heartbeat.

United Better Homes did my roof last week, the crew was on time, clean and professional. I was impressed how fast they finish the job and my new roof looked amazing. Eddie the owner made it super easy process for me. He took the time to explain all my options with great communications skills. Always text me to let me know what is coming and who will be showing up with accurate estimates both on pricing and timing. He also took the time to made a drone video footage when the roofing job was done to show me how it looks from the sky. It was very cool and innovative. I will be replacing all my doors with UB homes next. 5 star service!

We had a fantastic experience with United Better Homes. Their estimate was very reasonable and they took their time to answer any and all questions. Ed made a thorough evaluation of the work to be done on our roof and the job was completed in one day. I can’t say enough about the workers who did the job. I went with United Better Homes for Solar Panel installation and so glad I did. This company truly cares about it’s customers. I was working with a different solar company and felt like I was just a number. United Better Homes made me feel like a VIP. Every person through the whole process was incredibly nice. Shout out to Solar Steve! He took care of everything for me. He is such an awesome guy! When you need him he responds in seconds. If anyone is thinking about going solar, I would do yourself a favor and have solar Steve help you!

We had solar panels installed by United Better Homes last summer and it has been the best decision! Derek worked with us all the way through the process and his communication was excellent. There were some delays due to the utility and city inspectors, but the team from United Better Homes kept everything moving. We are so happy with our panels and are getting more power than they predicted. Especially as electricity costs go up, I'm so thankful we've already taken care of this.

We are extremely pleased with the services we received from United Better Homes. Every single employee we worked with was polite, courteous, respectful, on time or earlier. We had our roof and 7 skylights replaced, solar panels and battery backup installed as well as a new bow window. All the work was completed on time and every bit of debris was cleaned up when they were done - they even cleaned up inside the house where some dust and debris fell in while the skylights were being removed. We would definitely use UBH again and highly recommend them. 👍

United Better Homes did a terrific job estimating and installing solar panels on my house. They made the process easy to understand and completed the work quickly and cleanly. Afterward I had a couple minor punch-list items that they fixed right away. Best part: they contacted me recently—nearly a year after installation—about signing up for the new federal renewable energy credits. Talk about ongoing customer service!

I am a new home owner. I wanted to install a solar energy system and was researching ways to go about having solar installed. My fiancé is a Firefighter / Paramedic and a lieutenant at her station recommended United Homes as he had a system installed by United. My experience with everyone from United I have to say hands down has been incredible from everyone involved. The professionalism, the transparency and personal attention I received throughout the entire process from start to finish has been above and beyond what I would have expected. I would definitely recommend United Homes to anyone who may have needs for a contractor.

I used United Better Homes to install solar panels on my roof. Great crew. Very Professional. Their attention to details is really top notch. One of the last panels was not fit properly, they ended up redoing the entire array of panels to make sure all are fit well nicely. They also finished their job on time. One of the planned day had a bad weather, so they had to finished early. But the next time, they came back with additional crews so that they can finish things up on time. I'm very impressed.

One tiny thing that can use some improvement is that I would like to get some constant updates throughout the process. The process to get permits and inspections from the town and from utility company can be tedious. I'm glad that UBH is going through all those hoops, but being able to know where things are and whether I can apply some pressure on things would be useful.

Overall, I'm very satisfied with the product. Highly recommended.

I am so thankful for the opportunity to have met with Jesse and Ben to discuss the possibility of converting my home to Solar. They were not only extremely knowledgeable, but it was clear that they truly wanted to help me and care deeply about what they do for their customers. I have had a great experience working with everyone from United Better Home, from my initial meeting with Joe, the sales person, to the final inspections and activation of my solar panels. Everyone on the team was respectful, helpful, and responsive. I felt that they actually cared about me as a customer. Most contractors are terrible at communicating and returning calls, but this is not the case with UBH. I got quick responses to all my questions and concerns. They took the time to explain everything to me, no matter how many times I asked, and they were good at following up with local building officials and the utility company to keep things moving along. I would highly recommend UBH to anyone looking to get solar panels installed.

I had a great experience with my rooftop solar installation with United Better Homes. I was reticent to speak with the salesmen who came to my door, but they were professional and courteous. From my meeting with the salesman, David, when he explained all of the costs and benefits associated with solar panels, to the installation, everything went smoothly. The day before my installation, there was a huge windstorm that blew shingles off of my roof and United repaired that damage at no cost to me- even thought they had nothing to do with the storm! I have enjoyed watching the energy production on my app and trust that United Better Homes is there to support me. I couldn't recommend them more!

Team was quick and very professional. Dave Hickey was phenomenal to work with. Really went to great lengths to explain all our options and what would work best for us. In addition to working with the town and insurance company to make sure everything went smoothly. Dave was literally a phone call away when needed or to answer any questions. Construction was completed in 1 day. Complete roof and solar install which was amazing.

We were first introduced to United Better Homes by representative Eddie Roman (son). He has been always polite, courteous & friendly. When we met Ed Roman (father) we understood where his son got it from!! The office staff were all professional & complete with all the scheduling. The roofing team were punctual, polite & meticulous on their cleanup. Following roofing the solar crew were no different. We look forward to our next project with United Better Homes.

Am still waiting for them and everbrite to fix the contract to the right system. 6 months still waiting. My neighbor was going to go solar and after the mess he changed his mind. I wish I did the same i would not recommend then to anybody

We have had a wonderful experience with United Better Homes. They installed our solar panels last year, which has worked out beautifully. We have had no issues with the equipment and are enjoying our big cost savings. This week, I noticed an issue with a leak in our roof into the garage, so I contacted UBH. They came in less than 24 hours, even though the weather was terrible, and found the source of the problem. They fixed it right away for a very affordable price. The team is courteous and enjoyable to work with- I will definitely call UBH if I have issues in the future. Thanks!

Had large front window installed by their team, couldn’t be happier! They arrived when they said they would, very courteous and professional. Did an excellent job, and cleaned up when finished. The quality of the product and the craftmanship of the installation was perfect! I would highly recommend their services.

United Better Home team was really amazing! They replaced my roof same day in 100 degree weather. The salesman/foreman Eddie was knowledgeable, punctual and attentive to details.

The crew was great too, they were like machines, worked nonstop, until the job was finished. The team even replaced the shed and cleaned up all the old roof, like they were never there.

if you are looking for a company to replace your roof , windows , siding or adding solar to you home these guys are phenomenal. I originally called to have solar installed and then decided that since the house was older I should replace the windows Eddie and Steve were great , took measurements and explained everything to us . Well when they came to replace the windows we had a huge problem our original contractor never flashed the windows correctly, so after 29 years of water getting behind the windows we learned that basically the house had never been wrapped and due to this the sides of the house were literally rotted away under the siding. The window crew called and Eddie and Steve came right out and looked at the damage calmed us down and with in a week had the materials to basically rebuild our house . These guys were not only efficient but treated us like we were family. We have the solar going in next week and I can say that these guys have gone above and beyond an I don’t normally recommend companies but this time I have too one word phenomenal
