Bad service waiting 40 minutes for someone to help me nobody came to help me so I asked Castemer to help me. And the place not busy bad bad bad service

Went to HD to get Impact/Hurricane proof windows installed in my home thinking it would be cheaper or competitive because of their buying power. WRONG! They were TWICE the price as the local guy. Was really shocked to discover this. Anyone looking to get Impact windows don't go through HD, much better deals around town.

We needed ply wood. First guy had no idea what it was. 10 min later we got a guy. Cut it. Great. Not one piece even. . reminder. Your in South Florida now. Not GA. Not Maine.

This place is probably the worst home Depot I've seen. It's dirty, the employee's are rude, and God forbid someone needs help. I ask for an item on a shelf I can't reach and they said they will be right back. I waited for about 30 minutes before I found one of their ladders and did it myself. Which is a safety violation for most companies. The support beams on the shelves were bent and there was broken goass in the store. People bring there dogs and children there. There seems to be no management in that store.

This is what this store have to offer, a cardboard with a the word 'broken'. This has been the case for weeks if not for a couple months now... This broken piece of equipment summarize everything for this store!!!
They have lost the general sense of customer service... That ancient service of finding in other stores what they have out stock is gone at least for the new employees!

Maybe it's because of the pandemia, but in general it has become an ordeal to communicate with them or simply find help!

Really bad service! No one knows anything, asked to talk to manager, and manager is nowhere to be found, 3 people waiting to talk to the manager and he or she never showed up, I had to leave after a long wait!

HD was friendly, resourceful (they texted me when I missed their call) and timely!

IN the Black Friday .I paid and rent a car but the service give the car keys to a Black guys who Not working for the HOME DEPO!
And the Home dEpo call me for ask where the car Friday night ! This Black Friday ,The home DEPO wasn’t give me car key and the home DEpO didn’t tell me the black guy no working for home dEPO when I paid for the rent !
It’s funny job. Unbelievable !
