I went there this morning and I used their app found the item I wanted and the price tag was 49.95 went to ring it up and it was 79.95 and I showed the app to them and they said it was a special online not in store and I was blown away by the horrible service I received and will never be going back to that location

Horrible Service. Spent over $2000 on doors and installation and I was never notified my order was finally ready. So when I did finally call in to check the order I was on hold for 40 minutes just to schedule the install, which I ended up just hanging up because NO ONE PICKED UP.

Janice from Pro services has a very rude behavior , she has to have more tolerance with the customer I don’t like the way she treated me and the customer that was before me , very bad

Had to return an item. VERY BASIC procedure. Doesn’t require too many brain cells from the rep….. HOWEVER, SHERRY didn’t make it a pleasant experience. No “hello”, no “thank you” ….. spoke to me like I was a bug to wave away.——Attn Home Depot: let’s NOT forget WHY you’re in business: the customers. This lady needs coaching OR maybe it’s just the culture at this location.

They do not honor their advertised prices

Easy to notice from the road. Decent selection of items and clean store.
My only complaint is the long wait every time i have to speak to a rep in the store. This is mainly for the flooring. They need more staff when there are people waiting. The existing flooring people make sure you are always acknowledged and update you often. They could have a bigger selection of laminate and other flooring materials.

Downgrading my rating from a 4 to 1
My experience with their service has been nothing but frustrating. I ordered carpet and laminate installation from this home depot. After spending hours talking to the estimation department, they bungled my carpet order length and left me 3 steps short on the stairs. The 'expedition' time to fix it was a week. By this time, i had also ordered a laminate installation. I was told it would take 7-10 business days for the materials to arrive (being special order). This was 10 business days back . I have an estimate for friday now. Very disappointing experience with these guys. False promises and totally totally disappointing. Never ever using home depot for installation services again.

I like home Depot cause they have enough employees working there. So there is always someone around to help you.
