Hector was so kind and amazing to work with!! We have been having issues with humidity and mold/mildew in our system. We are newbies to Florida and even though our home is relatively new, there was a lot happening in our system.

He arrived on time, and went above and beyond for my family. He was thorough and courteous as he took the time to educate me one our issues and why our issue was a bit out of control. He wasted no time getting to the root of the problem and getting it fixed. We had other technicians from other companies this week trying to take advantage of our situation, and it was such a relief to finally find someone with his many years of expertise willing to just simply help! Excellent business practices, and I would recommend to anyone looking for affordable, honest, and professional HVAC/Electric needs!

I've been following Air Quality's FB page for awhile now because of the in detail cleaning process of the A/C units. It's hard for me to trust company's because of being ripped off in the past so like most, I have my guard up. I was really impressed with this company because in his videos he would show his process of work and make repairs to save the homeowner tons of money instead of being lazy with just ordering new parts. I gave them a call because my A/C was struggling and Sedrick was out within an hour. He found the problem right away and explained everything thoroughly. Sedrick was awesome for going up and beyond for calling around to make sure my A/C was still under warranty and then working with me to save me some money which was very much appreciated. I signed up for their membership because it just makes sense with two maintenance a year and unlimited service calls if ever there's another problem. I could go on about how great this company has been to me but no one wants to read a book. Let's just say I highly recommend these guys and I've dealt with several A/C companies here in Port St Lucie and as long as there's trust between us, I'm forever a loyal customer.

I googled HVAC companies in and around WPB and AQAC came up good ratings. Sedrick R arrived at my house and instead of performing an unnecessary service on my two units, he informed me that my units are beyond servicing. Sedrick R is very knowledgeable and professional. AQAC will be receiving our future buisness and I will definitely recommend them to family and friends.

I got the super clean done. Fred was personable and explained everything to me. Was honest and didn’t try to sell me unnecessary things. He did a great job and I would highly recommend him and this company!

Fred came by to do a super clean on my AC unit and I have to say, I absolutely recommend these guys. I have had AC maintenance in the past and they just check functionality and minor cleaning. Fred took apart the unit and did a deep clean removing a large layer of crud that was probably detrimental to my AC efficiency. He also made some recommendations and things to watch out for based on things that he saw but absolutely no pressure. I will definitely use these guys again!

Great service and so amazing to use a veteran owned company. Fred was our technician and we couldn't be more satisfied with his professionalism and kindness. He went above and beyond to inform us what he was doing and when He was finished our home smelt and felt better. From start to finish these guys did a beyond fantastic job. Shawn is amazing! He arrived promptly explained the work in detail and went right to it! The heat was impressive today however he did not skip a beat! Kept us up to date on safety upgrades, he certainly is a master of his craft! I was thoroughly impressed!

I recently had a Rheem 3-ton 15.2 SEER unit installed by Air Quality, A/C & Electric Inc., and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From start to finish, their communication was excellent—they kept me updated via email and text and were very responsive to any questions I had.

The crew of four arrived on time and completed the installation in about two hours, working efficiently and professionally. They did a great job, ensuring everything was set up properly and cleaned up afterward. The unit itself looks great and runs very quietly, making a noticeable improvement in comfort.

Jesse was great...I've seen the company on YouTube for a little bit and decided to give them a call to and get my parents A/C maintenance. It was definitely worth it. It's hard to see what actually behind the AC cover since no one ever goes there but the pictures speak for themselves.

The local store expert picked out the wrong trim for the backsplash, so we had to drive back and return it. The contractor left grout on the backsplash and 1 receptical cover doesn't fit over the tile hole that was cut.

The carpet was flawed with three lines running throughout the whole carpet. This is bad quality check before sending out product installation. I am so traumatized by this because we were on strict timeline for selling of my property. I had already waited a month for the first installment appointment and now I have to wait another two weeks. I believe that there needs to be some sort of compensation for the loss of my agreement with your company.

The technician who came out to check my HVAC was very nice and informative. Was able to answer any questions I had.
