Nothing labeled everyone is lazy can't buy what I need to buy

Home Depot's home services are usually pretty thorough. I appreciate that.

This is quite a great place. So much to see you can spend your Whole day just looking around. Service People are the Best.

Didn't receive break down of pricing, ???

The garden employees never disappoint. So knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Thank you to Melissa R who assisted me with picking out plants for my backyard garden.

The water heater was installed very professionally, however the cost of $2500 to install a $600 water heater was very expensive. It took one technician about 3 hours to remove old water heater and install a new one.

The salesperson in flooring was very professional and knowledgeable in helping me choose my flooring. From start to finish Home Depot team was with me all the way. Always keeping me updated and checking to make sure I got whatever I needed.

I was assisted and someone called me from Ace and I arranged to have my ac installed. I’m happy. The guys that did the work were very polite and professional.

Very poor experience. The in store experience was fine. Anna was very helpful. However the installation process was horrible. The person who came out to measure and sight plan clearly does not understand her job. None of her superiors understand their job. And the installer was incompetent. In fact the entire installation team including the managers were incompetent. Very poor experience and very disappointing from The Home Depot!

Great job, we are very pleased with the result. Our new floor looks amazing, and the installer was extremely professional. The work was done quickly, efficiently and they left the area looking spotless.

Do not do it. They installed PGT sliding doors. These guys are hard to get on the phone. Once you contract them, the chase begins. Awful follow through.

The store itself is very pleasant and I always have a good experience. The employees in the store are helpful and the service is fast. The reason I give it two stars is because they allow pushy third party Home Depot vendors to work out of this location and come to your home to try and trick into something overpriced and not necessarily needed. I will warn you not to get involved with the water system scam. It will waste three hours of your life (even though they say 30 to 60 min) another lie. Home Depot will still try to HARD sell you on a water system even when you politely decline. Like, you’re buying a USED car on a shady car lot. The home services department used to be reputable but now I wonder what has happened. Beware of Home Depot workers coming to your home trying to force, trick or scare you into a water system.

Order your carpeting there only if you have a lot of patience. The customer service is very poor. They don't return phone calls and when you go to the store, they're always on break, or lunch, or not on duty. The carpet that was supposed to be installed within 10 days took 3 weeks to even arrive. The price includes old carpet removal and furniture moving. They tried to charge me $300 more to move a wardrobe, 1 hall table, and some closet furniture. So I moved it myself. Then when they arrived they tried to charge us $200 more to move our master bed. Even though the estimator took pictures and gave us the price. We had to call the main office after the workers refused to move it and argue the point. They finally relented, but overall very bad taste over the whole episode.

Part 2. A few weeks after installation, our alarm system started shorting out. ADT determined they had probably cut the wires that are commonly run along the 2nd story floors. I notified Karen Velasquez at the store, who manages that department and they submitted a claim. The claims department called me back and said tough luck. In the installation agreement, they aren't responsible for any wiring.

Definitely not recommended for home services, in particular hurricane windows installation here in Florida. The whole process is a nightmare, with 10-12 people in the mix and no central coordination from start to finish, so when problems arise, fingers get pointed everywhere at once and no one resolves anything. My windows were not measured properly and incorrect window types delivered from factory. Complete nightmare and no accountability to get it corrected. Still struggling months later with these people to get what I already paid for actually installed correctly.
