Installers did a great job and the carpet looks great

I took the time to share my details with the Home Depot and was told I would hear back from a service provider and never heard anything.

Communication between Home Depot. Sub contractor, and customer could have been better. But the sub contractor was on time and did a nice job.

José did an excellent job installing our new water heater. Same day service. But the price was horrible. Water heater less than $900 + all the parts needed, about $1200. Toal repair cost $3,200. 😞

The installation was professional and seemed very effective. However, I was disappointed that the price ended up being double what we were told to expect and triple what independent contractors estimated. Although they did do some upgrades for code. Overall, I’m happy.

The guys that did our carpet were very efficient and fast. I have noticed a little bit of peeling from the sides on the walls but not enough for it to be an issue. Setting up the appointment was great but they were late without any communication. I feel it was a little rushed for as late as the installation was.

Artistic Turf Installations is a top notch company to work with! Cari and Robert were so helpful and knowledgeable - they made this experience fantastic! The installation was done timely and looks incredible! I cannot say enough positive things about them and our experience!

Very knowledgeable experts were dispatched to my home and identified potential long-term issues with my heating and cooling system.

We asked for a bid from their window replacement service to replace one sliding glass door and two windows. The guy who came out was nice, quick, and seemed to know what he was doing. He immediately provided his estimate - which seemed outrageously high given what I had previously researched about these costs. The next day I had a reputable local company that specializes in window replacement provide a bid for the same work. The windows they specified were of a slightly higher quality than the Home Depot windows. The cost was 1/3rd of the Home Deport bid!! Unbelievable. Mark and Co also bid on doing the whole house - which meant three more windows. Their bid for the whole house was 1/2 of the Home Deport bid for only three windows. Needless to say Home Depot will not be getting my business - and buyers beware!

Popped in here with my wife for a couple of things yesterday. Needed an attachment for garden hose which we couldn’t find, so asked for help. Unfortunately, the young gentleman we asked was on his first day at the store but he immediately got someone else to help. We showed a picture of what we needed to the lady that came to help and she knew instantly what it was called and where to locate it!!
I’m sorry I cannot remember her name but if Home Depot reads these, she would be a loss to the company if she left.

First they got the measurements wrong, then the door size, then they tried to request the city let them use the wrong size door instead of using the right one. Horrible experience all around, especially with the services manager.
