Made my first online order for curbside pick, had a bathroom project with quite a few things. The order was prepared super quick, by the time placed the order and got out of my neighborhood the order was processed.

When I got there, a store employee by the name of Amanda made her way to my SUV just as I had pulled into my spot. She loaded everything in to my car and even moved a cart blocking my neighboring spot for someone who was trying to park. Super prompt, super helpful, and the utmost professionalism.

After spending thousands of dollars for countertops, carpet, backsplash, vinyl siding............they sold me a cracked kitchen sink........I had to return it............they gave me credit for the returned sink...........but forgot to charge me for the new sink that the crew had to bring from another store. The manager Gail hounded me about coming in to have the $199 sink charged to my Home Depot account. She even threatened to cancel the installation of my backsplash that was scheduled for the next day. Needless to say........I did go in and pay for the sink. Very unprofessional.............considering I have been a loyal customer for years.

I had a great experience using Home Depot’s curbside pickup service. RIKKI, the attendant who assisted me, was absolutely amazing—friendly, efficient, and went above and beyond! Not only was the service prompt and all items delivered in perfect condition, but RIKKI even brought out some water for my dog who was waiting in the car with me. That small but thoughtful gesture really made my day. It’s rare to see that kind of kindness and attention to detail. Service with a smile, and genuine kindness. Thank you, RIKKI!

I think it just a scam to get information. They advertise that they can connect you to handyman in your area and send you a quote in minutes but all you get is an excuse of not having anyone that can do the job.
