Cristian helped me choose the right tub style and explained the differences in materials, and John handled the installation with real attention to detail. If you're looking for high-end bathroom remodeling in Arlington, don't waste your time with the big box companies. We live over in Euless, right by the Texas Star Golf Course, and it took us forever to find someone who actually understood the technical requirements for a residential steamer. Unlike other Arlington contractors who never call back or seem confused by the plumbing needs of a steam unit, Cristian from Southern Home Remodeling was an absolute pro.

He walked us through the entire specialized waterproofing membrane process to ensure our studs would stay dry, which was my biggest concern. The installation of the frameless glass enclosure was precise—it has to be perfect to keep that steam in, and the fit and finish are flawless. They even helped us pick a stone tile that wouldn't get too slippery when wet.

It’s rare to find a team that handles both the heavy-duty construction and the aesthetic details so well. The communication was great throughout, which is a miracle in the DFW contracting world. I’ve attached a few photos of the steam shower and the control panel so you can see the quality of Cristian's work.

The people here don't seem to have as much knowledge and desire to help the DIY'er. Coupled with the fact that they offer a limited veteran's discount that no matter how many times I've signed up on line, they refuse to assist with getting it working, I only come here when I'm looking for something specific that I haven't found elsewhere.

This is a great service .The home services rep. Will find someone to do the job from beginning to end and if you have a homedepot card you can put the entire bill on the card . we had a water heater put in a couple of months ago and we used this service . and we will use it again.

Horrible experience. Too many subcontractors involved. Home Depot from start to finish ruined my floor install experience.

Joseph and his team with Pro-Fence were amazing. They replaced our entire backyard fence, over 190 ft and helped me coordinate sections with my neighbors. The experience was excellent craftsmanship and all pre-stained planks with sturdy steel posts. A few minor issues were all treated quickly with an expert attention to detail. We are very satisfied and would highly recommend to anyone wanting a fence replacement that will hold up for ages.

You all were so organized, loved the texts and updates, we knew exactly when and what to expect. Installer was so professional and did a great job. We were very happy and very impressed.

The store has so much theft that they have no idea what stock that have of anything. The place is a mess don’t waist your time.

The store overall has a lot of items in stock. The only downfall is that half of their stuff is rude and unprofessional and are not willing to go the extra mile to help the customers.

Good Christmas Tree service

This is not the store location! This is Home Depot [home services] corporate office. Don’t try calling if you want to connect to the store itself unless you have the patience to go through an awful automated system.

The team in store seems helpful enough when you can find someone. I would never use the installation services again though ... Horrible service communication and accountability in that department.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Never again!! Put in a order to get shingles delivered to our house for the roof, quoted $1020 firm.. Then it was $1100 at check out.. Lady told us it would be at our house on a Wednesday, Wednesday comes and it's a no show... Gave them a call, said they'd call us when the delivery arrives at the store.. Called the next day to double check and someone else told us that the warehouse never even got the order so now we're waiting another week.. Told us soonest it'll be at our house is "Tuesday" so we'll see!! Our roof currently has no shingles so hopefully it doesn't rain... Also the lady at the store that took our order had us repeat our info about 10 times... Was barely paying attention.. Never going back after this.

I have been going to this Home Depot so many times this year for house projects that I lost count. The staff is very friendly, they do not hesitate to help or find someone who can help whenever I have questions. Prices are competitive and they have a good return policy. All in all I definitely recommend this Home Depot!

The door is good quality and the installers were professional and friendly. The door delivery was delayed by months. The installation was very expensive. The installers did an adequate job but left important details unfinished, details they were well aware of when they came out to measure. We unfortunately had to hire someone else to do detail work, more money and hassle on top of an already overpriced service. I would not use the installation service again.
