Josh edwards is an incompetent and sorry excuse for a manager. Thanks to him my company will no longer shop at Homedepot. Taking my business to lowes

Worst store, manager named Emerald waisted my time, and makes 3 mistakes in a row and then say it's customers mistake and have another associates clean off after her. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 if few more like her work here I need to dump my Home Depot stocks.

You can’t call the store directly . You have to pass through automated machine and will not get to the right store . Useless !

Your customer service in the department labeled as "Pro Service" are not very professional. We asked to get a building priced, and called the day before. They said for us hey couldn't tell us over the phone. So we come up the next day, and we waited in line. Spoke to Orlando, he said he was to busy. We would need to wait for this other guy that comes back from lunch. So we decided to go ahead and go look around. We came back and no one was up there such as customers wise. We figured, hey they aren't busy this would be a better time to catch them. Then Orlando jumps on the phone in the middle of us talking to him and and Jeremy walks off and just stands around as if he's doing something. after us just standing there deciding no well just wait for that "other" guy. Orlando decideds to help us price the building. They didn't even once apologize on how rude they were being. They could have totally answered it in a different way in the beginning.

Mckinney Location (380) I paid for 2 storm doors to be installed & they took over a month to finish the installation. 1st visit they measured, 2nd visit the installer called & forgot a certain tool, 3rd visit installed 1st door but problems with the 2nd door so they wanted me to reschedule 4th visit installer never showed up. Complained to the Field MGR. Nothing was resolved wasted my time with that guy! 5th visit FINALLY finished.
Then they wanted to know how it went LOL
I told them that I WILL NEVER use them again.
Lowe's will be the one I go tp going foward.

We went to the tool department to rent equipment that we have rented from this location before. Usually the rental is seamless and the department reps are very helpful. Our visit this past weekend was well below standard for this location. The fellow that was working, let us know the tool we needed didn’t have working equipment in stock at that time - which was fine. We asked if the rep could check his system to see if any locations near had this particular tool. Not only would this person NOT stop eating his snack, while on the clock at the register, he flat out told us - the other stores probably don’t have the equipment and wouldn’t answer the phone if he called. We then asked, if he could tell us if the person whom rented the tool we were looking for is scheduled to return the equipment - that day, or within the 4 hour time frame. Said rep, TOLD us he doesn’t know, the customer would probably keep all day. The rep didn’t mention if the Home Depot’ rental search engine was down - he just flat out refused to look, either way. The day was too beautiful and God is too good to fuss with him. As soon as we left, I did make a call to the store manager on duty - Kelly, she did apologize for the reps lack of effort and was very understanding to my disappointment. Kelly even offered to stop what she was doing to search the database for the tool for us. I was impressed because she wanted the model and specs we were looking for before I thought to ask if she would mind searching the database! My point of contact was just to share my, then, disappointing experience.

Our interaction with the employee earned negative stars but Kelly’s professionalism, understanding, and willingness to make this right earned 10 stars. Someone please give my regards to Kelly for a job becoming of leadership and have a talk with Tool Rental about how a little effort can go a long way… especially for returning customers.

P.S. as soon as I finished speaking with Kelly, I was able to quickly get through via oh to the nearest Home Depot, they had 4 of what we were looking for.

Installer was beyond excellent. Great work.

From sales to installation, everyone was very professional and courteous. The installation went flawlessly and faster than I had expected. I am very pleased with how everything went.

The process was super easy and streamlined. The same day within a few hours I had a brand new water heater installed in my house.

I had great assistance from the Home Depot in Port st Lucie all the way to Arizona’s Home Depot crew ..when I purchased my water heater .. I wrote a review of every person that assisted me with hope your corporation will honor each person who deserved to be recognized ..

Everything went better than expected. Rodrigo went above and beyond to make sure his installation was perfect and left it exceptionally clean. Very satisfied with the whole deal.

The installers were right on time and we’re very efficient at their job. Would recommend using the Home Depot carpet installers again.

Great work done 10/10 installation. Only issue was my product (garage door opener) was not delivered directly to me but to the warehouse of the people that would install it so that caused a 2 week delay but regardless was smooth process.

We were so fortunate to have Christopher come over our home today and service our Air-conditioner which needed cleaning and adjustment after 3 years of neglect. We bought our home six months ago and wanted to check out the unit since summer here in South Florida can be brutal! He came over and got right to work, his customer service skills and talent was exceptional! We are very satisfied with his work and look forward to seeing him again since we decided to sign-up for the annual service plan. Thank you again!

Home Depot was easy to work with. Only talked to them maybe I think, once. Everyone at the fencing company was very nice on the phone and in person. A nice guy named Christopher came out to do the measurements. Unfortunately, Internet was down and we could not go over it in person. After I paid, we looked at the plan and one of the gates was left out. When I talked to Christopher, I received a bill for $100 to change the order. To add a third gate that we Talked about I had to pay $100 to change the order and Obviously pay for the 3rd gate. I was told that this $100 change fee was charged by Home Depot. This was not our fault we went over it in person yet on measurement day. I still had to pay the $100 fee that point was disappointing in Home Depot. Trying to get a exact date for the install so we could takeoff work and be home was extremely difficult. This had to do with very poor management or the owner of the fencing company. I would rarely get my questions answered and I would have to call back because my call would not be returned most of the time. I was always told that they had to call the project manager and or Owner. The project manager and or Owner could never tell the employees dates for install. They started two weeks after the first installed date The second installed date, they had to cancel and move it to the following day. For the full job, they only sent over one employee. Extremely nice competent, capable young man. It took him three days to install the fence. It’s only been five days and we are satisfied with the fence not that satisfied with that project manager and our owner. Again, we are satisfied with the fence. I don’t think we would ever use the fencing company again for another project, way too difficult.
