Billy came out and spent 5 hours fixing a leak that really was not their responsibility! Could not ask for better service or communication! I would highly recommend them!

Riley and his crew were awesome. We called them right before Irma and they responded really well coming to our house in Northeast Tallahassee. They came out and fixed a leak in our roof and cleaned our roof of debris. No leaks or damage after the storm! Very trustworthy and fairly priced. Highly recommended for anyone in Crawfordville or Tallahassee.

Versatile Roofing replaced our roof in 2020. Owner Riley Miller inspected our roof and gave us a great price. The company was patient with us when we couldn't decide on a color. They even brought out sample tiles. The work crew were all pleasant and competent. I highly recommend Versatile Roofing.

Came out for an emergency repair on a Saturday at 4:30pm. No other roofing company was open. Rain was really coming into the house from the wood burning stove pipe. It took less then 30 minutes and cost only $150. He originally wanted $250 but agreed to do it for $150. If I'd write him a good review on here. He was able to fix it with a dry towel and some calking. One roofer told me the calking job was very messy and would not last very long. While he was here he also inspected the rest of my roof and let me know that the vent and vent pipes were put in wrong and needed replaced and gave me an estimate of around $500 to fix those. How nice was that? I was so thankful to have peace of mind that the rain wouldn't come into the house from that horrible leak. Thank you for the great job guys! UPDATE: I had city a inspector out here to look at the vent pipes and vent on the roof he said there was nothing wrong with the way it was installed and met all standards and also the guy from Logan's Roofing out here and he said there was nothing wrong with them.

Exceptional roofing company. I had several bids for a new roof. Riley came in at the best price. The crew was amazing. They were punctual, professional, paid attention to detail, and left the job site spotless. I recently noticed that the gutter installers damaged a piece of ridge cap on the roof. I called Riley and he sent someone out to fix it right away and at no charge. I highly recommend this company. My mom plans on using them in the next few months for her roof as well.

Let me brag on Rick a minute: there is NOTHING he can’t do or fix when it comes to restoration, remodeling and construction. You won’t want to call on anyone else once he’s done work for you, because it will be clearly outlined, accurate, priced fairly and finished so fast you’ll wonder what all those other guys were up to!🤔 You know—the ones who drag their feet, are purposefully unclear, don’t show up when they say, are touchy and irritable so you can’t ask questions or communicate without a game of charades, then pop you with a massive bill you didn’t agree to for crappy and often incomplete work? Yeah, when I worked with Rick as a designer, we cleaned up a lot of those ugly, costly messes, so I know what people go through. Well Rick enjoys what he does and it shows in his attitude and fun personality, as well as the finely finished details. So, what seemed like a big problem can take on a sense of practical ease when you have Rick over to handle it. Like I said, you won’t have to go through the stress and hassle of finding someone reliable and trustworthy each time you need something done. Once he does a job for you, he will be “your guy” when you say “I have a guy” to your friends and family. 😁

Fayetteville NC BMS CAT is a great restoration company. My home had water damage due to a cracked water line. The damage area included both upstairs bathrooms, downstairs bathroom, laundry room, closet and flooring in the den. My insurance contacted BMS CAT and they were at my home within 1 hour. The operations manager Carlos Davila showed up and did an outstanding damage assessment inspection. Moisture readings, photo's of the damage areas. Carlos informed me of the details and what would take place next. The next day Carlos showed up with the Water Mitigation team, Lead Anthony, Chrissy, Denise, Destiny and Mert, came in assess the damaged areas and split up in two teams. The Ladies were upstairs the Men were downstairs. Both teams removed toilets vanities, plumbing lines, drywall, the flooring was stripped down to the subfloor. In the Den they put up a plastic barrier to protect the undamaged area and furniture. I was blown away of the attention to detail in removing lower dry wall sections and flooring. Once removal was complete they brought in the heavy equipment, dehumidifier and air movers and placed them in the precise location to dry out the affected area completely. My wife and I were truly in awe of how polite, and profession this team is. I will definitely recommend BMS CAT for their services. The best in Fayetteville North Carolina.
