I recently had the pleasure of working with Carlos from Southern Roofing and Renovations after a strong storm tore off several shingles from my roof. Im not as young as I used to be, so getting multiple bids was a bit overwhelming. Carlos was very patient, respectful, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He was upfront about the fact that they weren't the cheapest option, but he promised the value would be worth it -- and he was right!

At my age, ive dealt with a lot of contractors over the years, and I know how things can go. i was a bit skeptical, but Carlos and his team delivered on every word. My insurnace company initially denied my claim, but with their help, I had a full approval within three weeks. Its rare to find people who follow through like that. Im very glad i trusted them and would definitely recommend Southern Roofing and Renovations to others in my situation

I live in a suburb and was getting door to door sales people every week. I put up a no soliciting sign on my door, that has reduced 90%. Companies like this don't request the wishes of potential customers and shove business cards in the same door with the sign. Smart move, that sure going to make me want to use your business. Mr. Caleb has been exceptionally diligent and responsible throughout the entire process of negotiating with the insurance company. His communication has been excellent, and the team he worked with did an outstanding job replacing my roof. I am extremely satisfied with my decision to work with them. The extent of the damage was substantial, and the insurance company initially seemed reluctant to acknowledge it. However, Mr. Caleb's efforts ensured that the insurance company couldn't avoid their responsibility. I highly recommend this company !

Just had our new roof installed today. Looks great! We dealt with Caleb Salisbury. He was easy to work with and the crew did a great job and cleaned everything up when they finished. The whole process went smoothly from start to finish. Would definitely recommend this company.

This past week I just got a new metal roof from Southern Roofing & Renovations and am completely satisfied. Not only does it look great, it is well-insulated and quiet. I didn't even know it was
raining this Saturday until I passed by a window and heard the rain outside. And the project manager Luke Smith was fantastic to work with. He guided the processes from start to finish, kept me informed of the progress and managed all my expectations. I would give him a 10 out of 5 if I could. At the start he gave me quotes for their Supreme and Architectural shingles and then one for a metal roof when I asked about it. It turns out the metal roof was only about double the cost of the Architectural shingles and would last more than twice as long (and was a lot less than what someone else had estimated a few years ago), so that was the one I went with and do not regret it. It looks great and that is one thing I won't have to worry about again.

So glad Southern Roofing was recommended to me! I had tried two other roofing companies to replace our roof in NLR- both never got back to me.
Carlos of Southern Roofing met with me, texted, or called every step of the way. They even repainted the ceiling from the water damage. Beautiful job with great cleanup. Very flexible to work with my schedule. I will call Carlos again when our family has roofing needs.

Carlos Juarez with Southern Roofing went above and beyond for me and my family during a very stressful time. He was timely, responsible, communicative, and so kind! He worked until after dark to get the job done when someone else would have left it for another day. Since doing the job, he has continued to respond if I’ve needed documentation, and he even volunteered to come meet with my insurance adjuster! I cannot say enough great things about this guy! I would hire him in a second for any job!

Very professional team; installation as promised. Great communication. Our insurance agent was equally impressed! Claim was to replace existing roof, turbines and gutter covers. Cleanup was exceptional! Would highly recommend Southern Roofing.
