I wasn’t sure what to do about my roof after hail damage. Quon Davis stepped in and made the process simple and quick. I am pleased with his professionalism and the quality of work.

The young man Carlos was very nice and helpful at showing me how everything would be done the guys did a very good job on roof and painting the inside of the ceiling. I would definitely recommend him and his crew to anyone that need their roof done.

About two months ago, a roofer named Clayton with Southern Roofing & Renovation knocked on my door and inquired about my roof. I told him the same thing I told the other 5 roof guys who have been by in the past year; that State Farm doesn't say it's bad enough right now. I explained a LOT more than that during our 30 minute conversation, but that's in a nutshell.

Fast forward over 2 months & I still can't get an answer out of this company as to if they have a claim or not. Insurance says there's no claims from Southern Roofing, and Southern Roofing blames it on everything under the sun from lack of communication from Clayton (according to the office people), who then blames it on the office staff, & then tell me State Farm doesn't accept zip files, etc etc. I've literally heard every excuse on the planet other than what is actually going on. Keep in mind I have been super polite & respectful during this entire ordeal, that is, until now.

When I do need a roof, I will not be using this company. I will never use this company after my experiences. My bottom line advice? Any of these door to door roof people come knocking on your door.... Do yourself a big favor & don't even answer the door. Every one of them are the same.

Great service, great product, professional, and quick installation. They got the job done and was very good with clean up too! Patrick did a great job dealing with insurance and had great communication through the whole process!

When speaking with Caleb I was able to converse and identify the best service and rates that were affordable for my family. They were able to get to work fast and even finished before the expected date. Will be referring this group of talented and professional men to any and everyone in the market for a new roof!

They have gone above and beyond by walking us through each and every step, and even being there in direct communication with our insurance company. All this while taking many opportunities to save us money for coming out of pocket our deductible and non recoverable depreciation! If you want someone who is going to be on your side, I can’t recommend them enough!!

Caleb Brown assisted us in every step from inspection of the roof to dealing with our insurance company. He kept us up to date on everything. Also, the roofers did a great job and cleaned the area after they finished their work. I would definitely recommend this company.

When hail damage mandated I shop for a new roof, I contacted Southern RNR. I'd worked with them on a large condo project and knew they would do it right! Jake Hunstable became my point of contact. He kept me updated and kept the project on schedule. They worked a LONG and HOT day, finished, cleared up everything and were gone that evening. Jake came by to check the work and pick up the unused supplies.
I would use them again in a minute! THE BEST! And I LOVE the new architectural shingles! Thank You!

When we need a new roof it will definitely be from Southern Roofing and Renovations! Our neighborhood recently experienced hail during a thunderstorm and we wanted our roof inspected for damage. Carlos came yesterday and I can’t say enough about his professionalism, courtesy, and honesty. Carlos took his time thoroughly inspecting our roof and informed us our roof was in good shape. Carlos stated our roof did not need replacing at this time. Thank you Carlos for your honesty and integrity.

This was the best and easiest company I have ever dealt with! They fought for us when they knew we needed a new roof and we finally got a brand new roof! They were respectful, kind, and quick! I would recommend them with all my heart!
