Needed some repairs done and they were fantastic! Quality work and very professional.. apparently they are under new management and he's definitely committed to A+ results. Will use again in the future, if needed, and would recommend to anyone!

Scammers. Offered a free estimate then tried to charge $194 for an "inspection" when I received the estimate. Will tell everyone I know to avoid this company.

I used this company for damages on my home and I was very impressed with the friendliness of the staff and the management team. There was great communication the entire time, from start to finish. They work very quickly and effectively. I'd highly recommend them to anyone!!

Highland Construction, BMS CAT, actually owes me money. I left a review on the other locations Google review and encourage everyone to read ALL the horrible reviews. They cashed my deductible check BEFORE they even had their estimates into to USAA. I decided not to use them, asked for the money back and was told they used the money for emergency tarping. They invoiced USAA AND took my money! The best thing is, they used MY tarp!!!! Charged me almost $700! I didn't go with this company for my roof because they DEMANDED half up front for the roof, almost $20,000. Now I'm just trying to get $300 back. It's not much, but it's the principal. It's not about service or work, it's just about money. The good Google reviews on the other site were posted by people who work there.

Worked with Greg McCall for restoration on a newly purchased "as is" property. Mr. McCall and his team were dedicated to assisting with meeting my needs in a timely, organized, affordable fashion! When you go through something as tragic as a house fire, you're hoping you will be dealing with professionals who will get you back into your home as soon as possible. I had some bad experiences from the onset, but then I switched over to BMS-CAT Team Fayetteville, and things started moving sooo rapidly! I have heard horror stories about people having to wait a year or more to have their home reconstructed after a fire or flood. That is not the case with BMS-CAT in Fayetteville! They are sooo responsive, and work tirelessly to get you and your family back into your home. Greg McCall & Mark Guthrie turned our situation around 360 degrees!! Every time I think of how dedicated they were to us and restoring our family home, I want to cry, and I cannot thank them enough!!!! Every single member on their team became my best friend! They worked weekends and late hours so that we could get back into our home before Thanksgiving, and it was the best Thanksgiving EVER!! Why should you wait a year or more to get back into your home? BMS-CAT will get you back into your home sooner than any other restoration team, trust me! And they do it with the utmost professionalism and kindness. I cannot sing their praises enough! All I can say is this...at a very tough time in our lives, BMS-CAT and their team of experts gave us back our home, even better than it was before, and we are forever grateful.

While I ended up choosing to not do the skylight installation, if I were going to do it, I would’ve picked these guys. They are incredible. I had a great experience talking to them and the receptionist, Falon, was so helpful and pleasant. Highly recommend them!

They have on their website roof repair/replacement. The guy comes to inspect my roof and says they can't help me because they don't repair that type of roofing... Well sir can we rip that crap off and just do a new roof or is that just it...
I gave them 2 star because their customer service was impeccable 👌🏾, but as far as roofing..ask them if they fix your kind before wasting your time.

Kaleb and crew showed up at 3 different locations to inspect the roofs and help with tree removal after the tornadoes in Bentonville. They said they were from Ft Smith helping people out. Amazing! They were angels!

I highly recommend Bradley Burchfield, Project Manager at SRAR. Bradley came to my home after a hail storm that severely damaged my home and property. Bradley came up to me while I was outside trying to figure out what I was going to do. He didn’t have a cheesy sales pitch, he didn’t make promises he know he couldn’t keep, he simply said, “Hi, I’m Bradley. How can I help?”

I told Bradley about everything. He got me an estimate. He went over damages. He offered to meet with the adjusters when they came. He showed up early. He’s went above and beyond for me and my family. He’s answered every phone call, text message and email. He’s punctual, professional and doesn’t stop working you. He puts your needs first. He’s exceeded all my expectations. His attention to detail and ability to see things that others miss is second to none.

My roof was 20 years old I had several contractors show up to bid my roof job. Joe Reschman with SR&R was the only company that showed up looking Profesional. Clean apearance with a company shirt, on time the same day I called! My project stayed within budget not a penny over. SR&R has the fastest construct crew I've ever encountered. Over 3000 feet torn down replaced and cleaned up all in 5 hours of work. My yard was left with no signs they were ever here. With 1 exception I now have a Beautiful SOLID roof!!

The repairs were well done. However, there was a distinct lack of communications. Promises were made but not kept. The company is unreliable with anything except the work performed and the aggressive manner they use to get paid before the work is complete.

DO NO USE THIS COMPANY. Although every direct conversation I had with them was pleasant with promises made, there was no action taken on those promises. The frustration I have undergone in the several months of trying to get them to respond to my calls and texts is not worth the good work they are capable of. This is unfortunate as the company could be steller performers. Yet, after I paid them for the roofing work, they treated me as poorly as I have ever been treated as a customer.

If the company did not want my business, it is a simple thing to tell me that. To make a promise and fail to follow through is not good business practice. Yet, it seems to be Southern's business model.

There was additional work that needed done related to the roof damage. They stated they would work with my insurance company to file for the work needed. They never did. They promised over and over that they would. They failed to followup with either insurance or to provide me with an estimate. Further, I wanted them to do some reno work for which they provided an estimate. This was to be done with the interior water damage. I can't even get them to talk to me about this work.
