It was a pleasure working with Gonzalo. Initially, we hired his friend to build a wall in our backyard, and Gonzalo collaborated seamlessly by handling the digging for the foundation and removing three trees with his equipment. Once the wall was completed, we hired Gonzalo again to level our entire backyard and haul away all the trash left from the brick wall project. Overall, he did excellent work and conducted himself with great professionalism. We would highly recommend Gonzalo to anyone looking for quality and reliable service

We couldn’t be happier with Gonzalo’s work. He came by gave me an estimate and knocked it out the park in one day. The kids are no longer rolling their ankles as Gonzalo took care of it and leveled out the backyard. He also cleared out some push in the front and level that as well looks great. Highly recommend him for any landscape or remodeling. We definitely will be using him again when we’re ready for concrete around the house.

Martin and his team are top notch. I have used several contractors in the last few years and they all had shortcomings. Martin was punctual, transparent, timely, and friendly. I will be using him again for all home related improvements.

It started off rough we had to reschedule from the weather a few times but when he was able to come and give me a quote I hired him on the spot! The friendliest reasonable and kept to his word I would recommend him 10000% totally worth the wait of rescheduling! My yard is looking sooo much better already! Give him a call you won’t regret it! I am so happy with my yard! Martin and his crew did a wonderful job. They went over and beyond making sure everything is done perfect! I would recommend them for any project, big or small! We are so grateful to have found Elite Heavy Equipment Services Corp.! After purchasing our house, we knew that it was in need of a landscaping makeover. When we stumbled upon their work, we knew we wanted to hire them for the job! Gonzalo met with us to assess our landscaping and discuss the process for updating it. We shared our budget and images of our "rockscape" vision. He worked quickly to provide us with an itemized quote that fit our budget and vision. He provided a sketch, sample rocks, and a list of plants/flowers. He explained that the plants/flowers were intentionally selected based on their location and amount of sun/shade they would receive. This confirmed their expertise in the landscaping industry. The work was completed within the time frame given, and the Elite team was communicative, flexible, and respectful during the duration of the project. We can tell they are passionate and hardworking. Installed 8ft vinyl fence. Very professional, clear communication, reasonable price. Job completed on time. He takes pride in his work and doesn't cut corners. Kept the work site clean. 100% recommend. He has also done work for a few of my neighbors and everyone is happy with his work.

They installed turf, poured concrete steps along the side of our house, and created a beautiful decorative rock border that tied everything together perfectly. From the start, Gonzalo worked closely with our budget to deliver the best possible results without exceeding it. His estimate was the most competitive we received from several landscaping companies, and he provided multiple design options so we could choose what worked best for our space. During the project, he identified a potential issue early on and clearly explained our options. He even paused the work to give us time to consider the solutions without any pressure. The entire project was completed in about two weeks. Gonzalo and his crew were consistently kind, courteous, and diligent about cleaning up at the end of each day. Our neighbor was so impressed with the work that she hired them as well, and her front and backyard turned out absolutely beautiful. Premier helped us get our place ready to rent and they were awesome! Phil was incredibly helpful and checked in with me daily through the work, answered all my questions. Very honest and transparent about what was going on. The crew were so polite and happy to share what they were doing when I went by. It looked much better than I anticipated when it was complete. Definitely will use them again for any work down the road.

Rosali at Premier Pro Construction is truly something special. When my husband and I fell in love with a fixer-upper back in February, we had a tight timeline and we needed a gigantic renovation done-- essentially, a gut remodel of a 1914 craftsman in 3 months, plus a brand new basement. All my friends and family told me this would impossible, and rolled their eyes when I said the house would be ready in June, but Rosali went above and beyond my wildest dreams to make this happen. With her budgeting skills, her vision, and her team, we were able to move into a brand new, almost-finished house on time (when just a few weeks before, all the electrical, plumbing, walls, floors, and ceilings had been torn out). Getting the job done is important of course, but Rosali is truly different-- she clearly cares SO much about the work, and she has 10/10 excellent communication with her clients. Our old house has beautiful original details that she took so much care to preserve, like a built-in cabinet which they restored, original crown molding, base trim and windows; it certainly would have been easier to demolish and start fresh, but they respected and cared for the history of the house. When things go wrong with workers, as they often do, she handles her sub-contractors with both grace and fierceness, making sure that every wrong is immediately righted. When we had a power outage on our moving day, a Saturday, she dropped everything and had an electrician out to fix it within hours. She had so many ideas for how to make my spaces more functional and beautiful, and she paid particular attention to our budget, helping to change our plan or make adjustments when we needed to save money. Her unique sense of style sets her apart from any other contractor out there! Everyone told me that a giant home renovation like this would take double the time and cost double the money, but Rosali made sure that neither of these things happened-- at every step, she was thoughtful, kind, communicative, responsive, professional, and enthusiastic. I could not have asked for a better experience, and I'll be singing her praises as I live in this beautiful house for many years to come.

Premier construction group was wonderful to work with. Their bid was extremely detailed so we knew where every dollar was going. They were easy to communicate with and available for all questions. They sent progress reports along the way so we stayed up to date. If I could give more stars I would. I will be using them again in the future

We bought our house and closed on a Friday, and Premier Pro was able to replace most of the flooring in the house before we started to move in on Tuesday. Their work is excellent and reasonably priced.

We also sold a house in Wenatchee, but could not find a contractor available in a short time frame to address inspection issues. Premier Pro came to our property and completed repairs to our 30-year old house including electrical and carpentry within a few days. Their work impressed both us and the new owners.

Rosali with Premier Pro Construction is awesome to work with and your budget, They are very professional and are helpful with suggestions on what to do with your space. The craftsmanship was awesome. My house was totally renovated from top to bottom, new roof, painting, new flooring, taking down some walls to completely redoing the kitchen with new cabinets, countertops, including the bathrooms. My house looks Amazing!
