Pacific Northwest Restoration company was very good about every step of the repair process. Communication was terrific and they made sure the job was done right. If anything was out of place they made sure to come back and make it right. They weren't satisfied until I was satisfied. That's rare in the industry these days.

We recently bought a home and decided to do several upgrades, including new kitchen cabinets, countertops, and flooring. After a lot of research, we chose Pacific Northwest Restoration, and we couldn’t be happier with our decision. Slavik and his team just finished demolition of my 720 square foot detached garage that burned down almost completely a few weeks ago. A huge mess was left behind physically and emotionally, but Pacific Northwest Restoration made this part of the process painless and helped me move on. Slavik responds quickly to text messages, shows up on time for estimates and the work itself. He gave me a simple, accurate and reasonable pricing estimate and didn't go over. They even finished up early. Overall, just completely impressed and would absolutely recommend. They did a great job with a difficult and messy demolition job and left the job site cleaner than I expected.

My house recently caught fire — it was my first time through something like this and I didn’t know what to do. PNW responded immediately and started work the same day.

Rich Thompson was extremely knowledgeable and patient. He explained the restoration process, the contracts, and each step in a way I could understand — he even adjusted his explanations because English is not my first language. He is very professional. He made us feel of my husband that he cared for our family, our house, our situation. He is a very positive guy. His energy was so inspiring that he made is feel calm and positive during this hard times of our life. My project manager Ivan Feltsan was so excellent. Always on time, very responsive, and highly professional. He estimated the last job would take two weeks, but his team finished in just one week. They worked so efficiently, and they’re not wasting time. It was easy and smooth to work with Ivan.
He is a leader.

Everyone acted like they really cared for the clients and their business— they care deeply about their work. I can feel their positive energy in attending all my needs. The service is very fast and they’re all very accommodating.

Great company! We had a fire happen to us almost a year ago. Sad and unfortunate, yes, but luckily we met Slavik, Valerian, and the rest of the team at Pacific Northwest Restorations to assist us with the repairs and renovations needed to move back into our home. We had smoke damage throughout the house and the damage and smell was extensive. They are extremely professional, concise in their explanations of the restoration process, and vehemently patient with us when we were unsure of something and/or made helpful suggestions to aid us with the insurance process. The duties and magic they performed on our house was exemplary as well as phenomenal. Not only was the removal process handled with great care, but their attention to detail was insane, bordering on obsessive compulsive. This is in no way a bad thing! We were looking to just simply repair our home. They were able to make it gorgeous and safe for us to live in it again. Impact Solutiond NW LLC did a great job removing my 30 year plus old cedar fence and installing a new cedar fence. It was completed in a timely manor and looks beautiful. I would definately recommend this company to anyone looking for a new fence.
