From the beginning of estimates and finding the right material until the actual actions such as drywall repair, painting, wood flooring and final trimming/ painting, the team led by Kris, Rj, Danny, Jesse, Ana was right on on all tasks. LMS Landscapes and Fence Service did a wonderful job replacing 2 gates and approximately 100 ft of fencing. We purchased a home in august, and the fencing was not that great. When a wind storm took down about 50 ft of it, we decided to just redo the entire side, and replace the 2 front gates. The team showed up early and was ready to work. They replaced the fence posts, concrete, and fencing over 2 days, and hauled away and cleaned up the area. Kudos to them for doing this in January, with temps never above 39 degrees! They worked hard, fast, and got the job done well. Recommend them, without reservation.

More praise for Luis and his crew! They did an absolutely fantastic job installing a block wall, paver path, fence with double-gate, planting soil, and geotextile/landscaping rock. Their pricing is extremely reasonable and the bid I received from Luis was the most detailed out of multiple contractors that I consulted. Luis was a pleasure to work with, was extremely accommodating, punctual & responsive, and worked with me to ensure that I got exactly what I wanted. I will absolutely be hiring him for future projects, and I recommend using LMS for your project!

Luis and his team replaced 415' of an old, rotten fence with a new, fully framed cedar fence. The old fence was dismantled and disposed of properly. The new fence is straight, clean, and looks beautiful! I would highly recommend LMS Landscapes and Fence Services if you are looking for a fence contractor. You won't be sorry!

Luis and his team are absolutely incredible. They recently completed our retaining wall and fence. This retaining wall leveled our entire lot and raised our fence about 4’ allowing us to have privacy and fully enjoy our backyard.

The finished product absolutely exceeded our expectations! It turned out so perfect.

The team was very courteous and professional. Luis communicated with us daily, telling us his intentions and receiving our feedback to complete the best plan for the job. At the end of each work day the crew would clean up after themselves, leaving no mess behind.

Out of all the contractors I’ve met with, Luis was the most professional, thorough, responsive, and honest of them all. Not once did he try to add more than needed to my plan, nor try to sway me to deviate from our vision for our backyard. His estimates are on point and so easy to understand and even came with an image layout mapping out the project.

LMS installed a new pathway, steps w/ retaining wall and a patio extension in our backyard leading to our mother-in-law suite. They did an amazing job considering our backyard is sloped. They also replaced our aging fence and gate.

We have used LMS on 2 projects and could not be happier - the end products were better than our expectations - we had front fence, driveway and retaining wall done - fair price on budget and schedule. Luis and his crew are amazing craftsmen. They built our beautiful 300ft fence spanning our varied and complex rockeries and property lines masterfully and quickly.
