Hi, I reached out to Eric and Rich on 10/31/25 after a water leak occurred in my mother-n-law's trailer that we were selling. Due to not finding the water turn off valve for a few hours, the place was starting to build up water on the kitchen floor where the leak was and spreading to the living room carpet. Eric and Rich secured a plumber to help us that evening who took complete control of the situation and fixed the plumbing issue within an hour. We called him our 'Plumber Angel'!
I am so thankful for Rich and his team. The trailer sold within a couple of weeks with no issues.😀

I had my kitchen rehabbed after minor fire. I wasn't in Washinton so I relied on my son and Olig to keep me informed of progress and problems. There were very few problems. I was informed via emails and texts as to the progress with pictures. I am so pleased with my rehabbed kitchen.

About a year ago, we had catastrophic damage to our home after a windstorm brought several trees down through the roof. Pacific Northwest Restoration showed up the same day tarp up everything to mitigate damage putting up a perimeter fence and tarping up the house late into the night. They were incredibly supportive during what otherwise would have been an overwhelming and emotional time.

From that very first day, they reassured us that everything would be handled, and they meant it. They guided us through every step, worked directly with our insurance company to make sure repairs were done right, and were impressively thorough throughout the rebuild.

Our project manager, Ivan, was exceptional. With a project of that scale, there were naturally a few unexpected things along the way, but every time something came up, Ivan went above and beyond to make sure we were completely happy no matter the time of day.

If we ever needed restoration services again, we wouldn’t hesitate to call them. I genuinely believe they’re the best at what they do in the Pacific Northwest.

We are so thankful we went with PNW in our days of chaos after a house fire. The care put into going through the contents of our home was amazing. Larissa and Val have been our project managers and are both awesome. So knowledgeable, personable and helpful throughout. Everyone that came into our home from PNW was great really. The guys that did the siding.. great. Victor and Russell completed many projects here and are awesome. Literally every person on the team that came into our home did a great job and was kind and knowledgeable on top of that. Lastly was Nadiya. She is the sweetest! Super thorough. She did a great job here as well. I’m sure we are missing a few folks.. countertop guy, handyman all the PNW crew. Hopefully we don’t ever need all this again but we will definitely recommend PNW to anyone that would need. Thank you!!!

We had a windstorm in November that release a Micro-Bomb , similar to a small tornado that one of our very tall Pine tree and snap it near the ground , the wind push the large tree on the house causing g it to Split in half, Pacific Norwest responded very quickly and cut the tree off of the house and tarp the hole on roof to prevent further damage to the house,later that night and early that morning they removed the rest of the tree off the house and yard.....this Professionalism prevented further damage, and their team that went inside to catalog the damage items and evaluation of the inside damage is second to none in a Professional Attitude very Pleasant and Caring hearts made this unfortunate event much easier for my family and I to deal with, we were kept informed throughout the whole time their involvement through this ordeal, I Highly recommend them, we were blessed to have them on our team!🙏💯💯💯💯💯💯👍👍👍

Our garage burnt to the ground, and the front of our house. The garage was a complete loss. Slovak and his team did a beautiful job, bringing it back to better than what it was.

Mr. Owen Gaupe and Mr. Brian came to clean my brother’s home after a massive home remodel spanning 3 floors. Both men were engaging and excellent communicators. They were meticulous cleaners. I appreciated their work ethic and attention to detail. Mr. Owen noticed a toilet leak on the top floor and immediately brought it to my brother’s attention for follow up.
Once they were finished cleaning they offered to help move some furniture & heavy boxes. I will happily forward their names to all my friends & family in the Seattle area. thank you.

Very hard workers. Kept us informed to all that was happening. Did what needed to be done and more. Salvis was very helpful and has a good eye with design.

We had such a great experience working with Pacific Northwest Restoration. We had never navigated making an insurance claim when we had a leak in our kitchen and they were so helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. Initially we had another company come out and were NOT impressed. When we reached out for a second opinion, Chad came out immediately and we were so thankful for his prompt, caring response. From the beginning of the process he made us feel reassured and well-taken care of. He explained the process and gave us all our options. So we felt really good about dealing with the bad situation we were in. Riley in estimating caught so many things in the repair that we would have never thought of that needed to be included. Plus, she was so quick to respond any time we had a question. What a difference to have professionals working on our behalf rather than trying to navigate it on our own!

Better then I could expect. Very professional and made a difficult situation tolerable with skilled craftsman that walked us through the process and took care of the insurance companies needs. After the tree fell on the house I was unsure what could be done. They rebuilt it and it turned out wonderfully. Totally rebuilt better then ever. Moving back in was terrific 👍

If I could give 10 stars, I would! We had 40+ year old brick that needed to go and were trying to demo it ourselves to save a penny. After days of trying to DIY it, tears, broken nails and injuries, we decided to call Pacific Northwest Restoration. The next day 6 giant men that looked like Vikings showed up and took care of it within hours. They were early, efficient, protected the surrounding area and hauled everything off. My biggest regret is that I didn’t call them sooner. Don’t be like me. Save yourself the stress, mess and broken nails. Call them for your next demo project.

So far my experience working with Slavik’s team at PNW Restoration has been amazing! They coordinated temporary housing, cleaned smoke-damaged belongings, and worked with adjusters proactively, anticipating needs that I did not even know I had because of being in a state of shock from the fire. Vacating my home after this tragedy has been such a difficult and gut wrenching experience, and I cannot thank them enough for coming to my rescue! The quality of care that they offer is unmatched in the restoration industry due to the fact that all work is completed in-house rather than through multiple subcontractors, which streamlines the process to prevent confusion. Also, they are paid for their services directly from your insurance—so there is no cost out of pocket! It sounds like a miracle because it is one!

Pacific Northwest Restoration was amazing to work with after we had water damage from the flooding in our area. Pacific Northwest Restoration is a company with heart! They came by to check on my property and offered to help us discard construction debris that were an eye sore. I’ve personally worked with several of the managing employees and the owner Slavik Petrus. Each time my experience has been nothing short of professional. This industry is known for unprofessional tactics which I’ve seen from others —but my experience with PNW has been nothing but professional to-date. I would not hesitate to call them again.
