They did a great job on my bathroom remodel (including new tile floor)! In addition to the quality of workmanship, the things I appreciated most were that they were always available to me, responded to texts promptly, and sent a supervisor out to see the project every time a small stage was completed. Everyone I met at Premier Pro was, professional, friendly, and helpful. I recommend them highly.

I cannot recommend Slavik and his team highly enough and would not hesitate to work with them again. We did a thorough search & interview process for selecting a contractor after experiencing a major house fire and Slavik / PNW Restoration was our choice - very glad we made that choice! Tasks and completions happen when they say they are going to happen. They have a great command of all resources required - from demo to carpentry to drywall to tiling to cabinets to electrical to plumbing to HVAC to painting to finish work - they integrate and orchestrate all the vertical resources required to complete the effort. Slavik and his PMs like Ivan are exceptionally RESPONSIVE - questions, inquiries, etc. are answered and resolved very quickly. I am beyond grateful to this company. They helped me alot fixing my house after a fire. If you have anything happen and need help I highly recommend pnw! So many great people work here. Very professional and they follow through with everything. I've been in construction my whole life it's not often you run into a company doing everything the right way. I had multiple issues with framing and the way they made sure everything was done correctly even though it would take longer. The attention to detail runs through every employee they have. Top notch restoration. I write this sitting in my house after they fixed every square inch. Throughly impressed.

I had a MAJOR fire taking the house down to the studs and requiring the replacement of all the attic tresses. PNW was great start to finish. Every person I worked with there was confident, knowledgeable and very willing to do whatever needed to get done. Additionally PNW worked very closely with my interior designer to make sure it all came together as envisioned.

Slavs Kozub, our project manager, was great to work with and did a good job keeping us informed and making sure work was done to our satisfaction.

Pacific Northwest Restoration came out after my parents’ roof was damaged in a windstorm.
They handled everything from the inspection to negotiating directly with the insurance company. Even though the visible damage wasn’t too extensive, they were able to get the entire roof replacement fully approved and paid for through insurance. The process was stress-free, professional, and efficient from start to finish!

Owen Guape of Pacific Northwest Restoration came out after our neighbors house burnt down. My neighbor had no insurance, they had no hope of getting any payment. Owen stayed with our neighbor and helped him regardless of payment, and continued to help for days.This business is a small business with a huge heart. Thank you all

Owen and your company are amazing. Our neighbor had a fire that gutted his house. He had no home insurance and no one knows if he has any money behind him. This did not stop Owen from being of great assistance to him and a great human being. He made sure the Red Cross came by late evening and gave him voucher for a stay in a hotel for a couple of nights. He also gave him a ride and made sure he had food. He actually loaned him his own boots to wear. He checked on him the next day and the day after and is still in touch. He went back to the hotel for a few more days. Owen told the Red Cross that he was still there and they went by late in the eveing. Owen also had warm food sent to his room. Pacific Northwest Restoration chose and amazing employee who has a heart and went way out of his way to make sure Al was taken care of. The neighbors helped too even though he has not always been the nicest neighbor since he has mental illness from a war injury.

Oleg and his crews just finished some work to spruce up a house that I am selling. The price was very competitive, the end result looks great, and Oleg went well out of his way to meet my requests and was very easy to work with.

PNWRestoration company was easy to work with. The mitigation team of David, Rich, and crew were terrific. They went to great lengths to keep the dust down and always cleaned up before leaving. The supervisor, Ivan, checked almost every day on the progress. My home was put back together in a timely manner. Even the owner Slavik came by to see how the restoration was coming along. Thanks to this company, my home is fixed and looks great.

Had my mobile home demoed 2 days ago. Worked with Slavic on my projects. Phone calls were returned promptly with answers. He came to my location and answered any questions that I had. This company was the one to visit the work site for the estimate. Work started on time and completed to my satisfaction. There was a large work crew to get the work done.
