Everyone at Mission Restoration was very professional and efficient. Ashley came by and did an inspection and spoke with my insurance company. Then Cam and Landon came and helped make a plan for removing the mold from my wall! Everyone was so kind and professional. They also completely cleaned up and vacuumed at the end. This was a very stress free process and I truly appreciate their quality work! I will write another review for the install team when the work is completed! I recommend Mission Restoration without any hesitation.

Had Adam work on my house 1 year ago. Asked him to fix the leak in my roof. After the last rain storm roof was still leaking in the same spot. Spent over 3,000 dollars. So I called him up again. He refuses to call me back or schedule a time to look at his miss diagnosis. So I called a different roofing company they concluded that the work Adam did was insufficient. So the new roofing company is going to redo all the work I had mission restoration and Adam do. What a waste of time effort and money. Never use Mission restoration for anything. They rip you off then refuse to fix there mistakes. If I could give them a negative star rating I would. Hope someone rips you off like you did me !!!!!

Amazing! Had some hail damage and damage from a tree during the recent storm. Tyler and his crew came and inspected everything the next day, signed off on it, and had a new roof in a week, covered by insurance! They were a blessing to us.

Despite the challenges our weather caused, the Mission Restoration team lead by Project Manager, Kevin, did a wonderful job. From walking the roof with the insurance adjuster to final clean up and even some touch up painting. Done just in time for another round of rain and snow. Highly recommend.

Mr. Garcia shows to posses vast experience in his field. He explained damages that accrued during inclement weather and the claims process. Mr. Garcia also met with the adjuster as well. They seem to concur with their findings.

Mission was right on time. They handled the paperwork and setting up everything for my roof repair. The work started at 7:30 am and was complete by 11:30 am. The workers cleaned up all the mess with a blower. Nice work Jack!

We had major hail damage in July and Mission Restoration did our roof. We just got everything wrapped up up with new gutters yesterday. All the workers did a great job. We had Bobby Hodge coordinate the project. He kept us informed all the way through. Gutters were installed yesterday, he came around 8 am, by 1pm we were buttoned up. All workers cleaned up the area, and did great job

My 91 year old grandmother was solicited by this company to have her roof replaced. From the very beginning she told them that she couldn’t pay anything out of pocket and they agreed. Now they are calling and trying to bully her into a payment plan for the remaining amount, for them to replace the roof. This is not ok.

We are very pleased with Mission Restoration. Pearce Baker is the man. He explained the process when filing a claim. He also kept in continued contact and answered all our questions (even those some may have thought were silly). They took all the proactive measures to protecting the surround area (including vegetation).
Pearce worked with both field and office insurance adjusters. Our new roof looks amazing. Thank you Mission Restoration, Pearce Baker is a huge asset to you company.

Our recent experience with Mission Restoration for replacing our roof in Prescott was excellent! From the initial estimate to the job scheduling and completion to working with our insurance company they made the entire process smooth and efficient. Chris was our project manager and he did a great job communicating every step in the process and Eboney was outstanding working with the insurance company. Job was done on schedule and looks great. We would definitely recommend Mission Restoration!

Negative five-Star Review — Homeowners Beware: Predatory and Dishonest Business Practices!

I am sharing my experience with Mission Restoration, LLC to warn other homeowners, particularly those unfamiliar with roofing industry terms and insurance claims. My roof rebuild—originally contracted on 8/9/24—not completed until 5/27/25, and only after nearly 10 months of frustration, threats, manipulation, and dishonesty.

From the beginning, the project was riddled with issues:

*The initial contract was incorrect (an RCV contract instead of the ACV coverage I had), and listeded no dollar amount. The estimate was $14,682, and insurance paid $10,800 by mid December 2024.

*The “estimated completion date” of 11/9/24 was completely ignored. By mid-December, no physical work had been done except for placing a tarp, even though Mission demanded and received $10,800 in checks, which I mistakenly signed over, trusting their process.

*The contractor, Stapleton, used outdated measurements from 2013 and included fraudulent charges in the estimate—such as billing for a roof that was demoed in 2020 and claiming 147 feet of gutter work on a home that only has 36 feet of gutters. Stapleton also made uninvited advances to secure my business and distract me. No thank you.

*When insurance denied those inflated claims, Mission expected me to cover the shortfall of $3882, pressuring me to finance the difference—an offer I declined. $1K of that amount is my deductible.

*Despite clear breaches of contract, Mission refused to refund my money and continued to hold it hostage; instead using intimidation tactics and threats, including threatening to place a mechanic’s lien on my property.

After raising multiple complaints—including to their office administrator, Herbert, and later to Senior Project Manager Carter on 2/28/25 —I was met with excuses, gaslighting, and manipulative tactics. Carter promised discounts to regain my trust, but manipulated the figures again, reducing the promised discount of $2882 (for pain & suffering), to $1906 and adding gutter and trim work of $975.70, for a sum of $2882. Insurance adjuster directed Carter to refund $975.70, and I was to utilize the funds to pay down the deductible. Mission is still falsely claiming I owe $1K, to date.

By early 2025, I was very angry, annoyed, disappointed and eager for a resolution, since a personal reference audited the estimate and exposed fraud! I requested a cancellation of contract several times, Legal consultations, insurance outreach, and even a Cease and Desist letter failed to make Mission do the right thing. Carter continued to strong arm me. Ultimately, under pressure and with no viable alternative, I reluctantly signed a new “cash” contract on 4/26/25, despite having no confidence in the company or its integrity.

Mission Restoration preyed on this trusting Female homeowner— unfamiliar with roofing terms and the insurance process. I now realize I am not the only victim; many other reviews reflect similar patterns of dishonesty, pressure tactics, and unprofessionalism. FACT; Mission will only warranty the work for two years

Do better Mission; Owners and investors do you know what your staff will do to secure a contract? Homeowners, do your research and proceed with extreme caution before doing business with this company. Personally, this Female Homeowner does not respond well to threats, aggressiveness, being taken advantage of, manipulation, fraud, breach of contracts, uninvited advances. If you are currently dealing with them, I highly recommend seeking legal counsel immediately.
