Worked with Tim Hellborn of Mission Restoration. Explained the process of filing an insurance claim. In fact, he did it for me. Made life so much easier with him at the wheel. Being intimately knowledgeable with the insurance industry, he knows the ins and outs of dealing with these companies. All in all, it was a smooth experience.

These guys are wonerful,! And the crew that handled the actual build were amazing, hard core workers . They are surgical with their work , they operate like machines . This crew really got down on this job we are very happy and relieved . Definitely recommend this company. Excellent work

We are super happy with the service provided by Mission Restoration! Our roof needed to be replaced due to hail damage and their rep, Justin Beatty, helped us through the whole process. He was here for the inspection, delivery of materials and on installation day. Our insurance claim went very smoothly because of Justin’s experience, professionalism and knowledge. The large crew that came on demo/installation day were prompt, efficient and focused. They did a great job and kept everything clean and tidy, on a very windy day! All in all, it was a very pleasant experience, thanks to Mission Restoration!

During a heavy rainstorm, my roof began leaking also causing interior damage. It was determined that a full roof replacement was necessary. Without the help of Austin and Brandon, this whole process would have been a nightmare. There were so many moving parts that were overwhelming to me and I didn't understand all of the complexities involved. They handled insurance questions and made sure I understood every thing that was happening. They were both quick to respond to my many questions.

Levi was our project Mgr on our roof replacement excellent job. We needed to have the cover on our porch replaced he gave us a bid however from that point on contact was impossible we contacted the office and were promised contact to no avail. We wrote them off due to poor customer service and had the work done by another company at half the cost. The work mission did do was a1 however the customer service was less than 1 star

Mission Restoration came and repaired my roof in a timely matter and did a great job. They sent out a crew of professional roofers and tackled the job in a day. From the dusk to dawn they worked until they finished the job. I wanna give an extra special thanks to Kasassi, he worked hard with my insurance to come to an agreement to get my whole roof replaced. Now my roof is ready for whatever mother nature wants to bring next....thanks again Mission Restoration and Kasassi from the Lopez family

Thanks to Mission Restoration, I have a beautiful roof! I waiting to review until it’s rained a few times and see if anything has happened. We haven’t had any issues 2 months later. Airen Randolph came to my house and helped connect to my insurance. The insurance sent out someone to look at the roof and Airen came as well to discuss what was covered. The insurance covered the roof replacement, with the exception of the deposit. ($1,000) The materials were delivered quickly. There was one issue with some of the materials and had to be reordered, but this was done quickly and I didn’t have to do a thing. The only annoying thing was the insurance sending me checks to give to Mission, and finding time in my schedule to make sure those were handed over in a timely manner. This was just part of the process (and my forgetfulness) and nothing Mission or Airen did wrong. On the day of the roof replacement the roofers got there VERY early. Once they show up, you will be awake because it’s a loud experience to remove the roof. There were some issues with the roof under the shingles and I had to pay for 9 sheets of plywood out of pocket. ($700) Airen arranged everything and got it taken care of quickly. My roof was completely replaced by sunset. They even took these beautiful photos with a drone. Once the roof was finished, there were a few more checks to be sent over and that was it! Thank you Airen and Mission for my roof!!

It's that time of year again where it rains and I find more leaks. I've lost track of the times I had to make a repair ticket. It's the same thing every time: they come out to repair a leak, the repair guy is horrified about what a terrible roof it is and promises to make it right, but then they just repair the one leak and go silent.

I'm outside the valley so they subcontracted this roof with a couple local randos who had no idea what they were doing and did the whole thing in one day. It goes beyond simple mistakes too. There were sections of the roof that didn't even have underlayment and they just had shingles on plywood. That isn't even an oversight. That's just plain not caring. They seem to regret subcontracting to these yahoos but won't do what needs to be done and completely replace the roof. I'm fully convinced that every time there are heavy rains I'll find more leaks for the entire life of the roof or until I have the roof reinstalled on my own dime.

Absolutely the worst service I have ever received from any company dealing with renovation or construction. Work was done on our roof and paid for. 9 months later we had a storm, we discovered a few leaks, and have now called approximately 2 dozen times and emailed a Mr. JGonzalez and have not been able to get through to anyone to come out and fix our warrantied roof.

Unfortunately, my experience with Mission Restoration was disappointing. The customer service was unresponsive and unprofessional, and I felt poorly treated as a client. I would strongly encourage others to carefully consider their options before hiring this company.

My experience with Mission Restoration was very concerning. Riley used aggressive communication and threatened to place a lien on my home, even though they were the ones who lost the check we had already sent. They had originally requested the check unendorsed, and after it was misplaced on their end, we were met with threats instead of accountability. Extremely disappointing customer service. Riley you should be ashamed of yourself.

I did not think someone knocking on my door and telling me I could get a new roof on my house and only pay my insurance deductible could be true. Turns out it is, I even have solar on my roof and Mission Restoration hired a contractor to remove and reinstall it. I was skeptical until I seen a house they did in my neighborhood and called them back. The whole process was taken care of with great care and profesionalism. Jessica made it so easy with her great communication. The whole team was great. I Love my new roof and would Highly recommend Mission restoration.

Mission Restoration really went above and beyond for our roof. We had some pretty bad damage after a big storm and Sean specifically made the entire process so simple and understandable for me. He took us from not knowing what to do next to, meeting the insurance adjuster at our home, then following up with us and them to make sure everything was covered that was damaged. They worked with our schedule to get the roof put on. They understood the delays that would occur with the insurance company checks arriving and needing to get them signed by our mortgage lender. They were patient, kind, and Sean really excelled with excellent communication and customer service. If every trade could be this excellent home repairs would be a breeze. I'm grateful to mission for giving me hope in home improvement companies again, especially post pandemic. Where other companies do the least possible and push off responsibility. Sean and Mission really held our hands and took on the responsibility of making sure we understood what was happening at all times and checking in with us and our concerns.

These guys did a fantastic job. Levi was excellent to work with. Always returned my calls and kept me up to date on our time schedules. Our roof was straight forward no big issues, but the home is out in the sticks; 14 miles off the main road. They arrived at 6 am and had the roof done by 10 am. Fast hard working 4 man crew and Levi supervising! Levi was very good with providing various options and gave me full bids on three different materials. We ordered a green shingle which took about three weeks to arrive, but that was to be expected, not a common color. No complaints whatsoever. Highly Recommend!

Highly recommend Kendrick from Mission, had a faulty roof installed from a previous contractor. Kendrick went above and beyond with us before they even did this project. They got us scheduled quickly and the work done extremely well. The job site was cleaned up after they were done. Roof looks amazing.
