Terrible work and terrible to work with. July hail brought door-to-door ambulance-chaser type salesman "project managers" to our door. They submitted an inflated insurance claim only to cover messy shingle replacement and gutter work on our very simple 8-year-old cookie cutter home: $21k in total! ROC has had to come out twice already and still working with us in DECEMBER to get all work done correctly after confirming no less than five separate issues in our complaint. Prescott area residents: THIS IS NOT A LOCAL COMPANY - they only have a local office (billing etc. out of Mesa). The attached pictures are not before shots - they are AFTER they cut and run. Do your homework - I regret not doing mine!

I love love love this company! My driveway had a huge crack from an old tree. They pulled up the old one, made sure the tree roots would not be a problem anymore and poured a brand new driveway for me. TJ was a super nice guy over the phone and in person. He got the job done super fast and worked with my budget to get what I needed done. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for concrete.

TJ and his crew did an amazing job on our back patio. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome, and have referred several people who are just as satisfied. Pro Form Custom Concrete beat every other quote we received from other companies by a large price margin. Additionally, TJ demonstrated excellent customer service with a personal touch, was never late to the job and his contract was very clear and concise. Sent a request out for some concrete work I needed done and TJ, owner of Pro Form Custom Concrete, was the only one who replied in a timely manner and actually showed up for an appointment we had set. He put me on his schedule and he and his guys started work. His crew was efficient, polite, and respectful of our property. They finished their work in a timely manner, cleaned up the area, and the result was fabulous. We now have an extension to the side of our driveway with a curb, and the concrete continues into the backyard to also extended our patio. TJ also mentioned adding drive-over boxes at the end of the driveway where the utilities boxes were located to prevent damage in case someone did drive or park over them. TJ was reasonably priced too. I would highly recommend TJ of Pro Form Custom Concrete and his crew. They are professionals and will get the job done to your satisfaction.

New roof installation. Very pleased with the results. Would recommend this company. My initial contact for this project was John L. He was very enthusiastic, knowledgeable and accommodating. Before and during the roof installation process the company was diligently answering all communications, phone and email. The project started on schedule and took two and a half business days to complete. If I had any recommendation for them, it would be to reduce the completion time, but this was not a big deal because never was my roof left exposed during this process. They completed the work in sections. The crew arrived on time and was very professional. A dumpster was placed in my driveway and tarp was placed all around the work area to catch debris. After the job was completed, there were no signs of any debris left around the property, everything was clean. There were no signs of property damage either. I was very pleased with the final results. I inspected the roof searching for misaligned or overhanging shingles, but couldn’t find any issue, which is great. The roof looks fantastic. There were severe rains a couple of days ago, and I did a thorough inspection of my attic scanning for leaks, but none was found. Their prices were higher than some other contractors in my area, but none of the other contractors seemed to generate the same level of trust and confidence that I got from Segelman Shaw. I will hire them for any future roof commission.

Extremely professional and easy to work with. The Owner was helpful in my only guiding us on what worked and didn't work but he goes the extra mile to make sure you understand the process. The works were top notch and very friendly.

Very professional and great quality of work. Roof still looks great after more than five years. I use the gutter service which keeps me off ladders and safe, while at the same time inspecting and maintaining debris free.

Would appreciate if when we called your receptionist lady didn’t lie my wife has called multiple times asking for you to reach out for weeks about our home insurance claim and every time we are told oh I’ll have the guy reach out today and he never does based off other reviews I would say it’s best for you to work with anyone else
