We had the unfortunate experience of discovering in the middle of the day our entire bedroom being completed submerged in water. We have never had anything like this happen to us before and had no idea what to do. We were referred to Restoration Experts by a friend who had worked with them before and called them right away.

Vitaly immediately came to our house within 30 minutes of our call, and explained to us very clearly and simply what needed to be done to save our home. He sat down with Me and My Wife and helped us open our claim with our insurance carrier, he helped us find a plumber to fix the leak that caused this damage, and he had a restoration team out to our house within the hour to start removing water and setting up fans and dehumidifiers to start drying.

Jaren and Angel were our restoration crew and everyday they called us to let us know when they would be at our house, they explained everything they would be doing each day at our house whether it was removing wet walls and materials, monitoring their equipment or cleaning.

I had a nasty roof leak in my brand new house (circa 2021), after a full roof replacement in 2023. The leak affected the master bathroom and the kid's room closet. I set on to find the company to do the cleanup (mitigation) and restoration. I did several inquiries with different water damage restoration companies, some didn't respond, some others wanted me to assess the damage and send them pictures, and couple of other contractors came out to look at the damage in person, but did not come across as professionals and were vague about the specifics of what needs to be done and tried to inflate the cost upfront without knowing what's behind the walls.
Joel from Restoration Experts was one of the first to respond to my inquiry and accommodated my schedule to visit in person and to assess the damage. He came with equipment and explained every step of the inspection, took lots of pictures and measurements, scanned for water damage and took probes. He explained the process and what needs to be done to do the demolition and cleanup of the affected areas. That same day he sent me an estimate, and we scheduled the start of the work for the next day. The promptness is the key in this kind of situation, because we needed to get to the root cause of the issue (at the time it was not clear what caused the leak).
Let me tell you that Joel and his team were the most diligent and professional team I had seen. They set up the work area with covers so no dust would escape the perimeter. There were lots of items I was worried about like my granite countertops, cabinetry and the mirrors in the bathroom that they saved while doing the demolition. Everything was carefully wrapped preserved and moved out of the way. I had to work from home that day and the team was working quickly without making any mess or undue noise. They earned my trust and for the remaining days I left the keys with them, because I needed to be absent from home. They finished everything on time as promised and left the area clean and dry, ready for the restoration to begin.
Once the walls were taken out it became evident what caused the leak and that was addressed separately.
