From the beginning, Tony made the process incredibly smooth—even meeting directly with my insurance adjuster to help ensure everything damaged by the storm was properly documented and covered. That took a lot of stress off my plate. He communicated throughout the project and worked efficiently to get the roof done within the promised timeline. The crew was quick and respectful of the fact that I work from home and did a great job with cleanup afterward. The new roof and gutters look beautiful, and I feel confident in the workmanship. What an absolutely amazing contractor! He goes WAY above and beyond to make sure EVERYTHING is taken care of (plus some). We have had to fight a lot with insurance and he has been so patient and kind to work with. I started a fight with Breast Cancer in the middle of the roof replacement and then 2 weeks later my house had a sewage backup. Walter is now helping me get my house fixed up. I feel so relaxed knowing he has my best interest at heart and will fix my house up to be amazing while I recuperate!

You absolutely can NOT go wrong hiring Riddle Brothers and asking for Walter!! He truly has a heart of gold and is the epitome of what customer service should be! The product is EQUALLY as awesome. I can't believe how much the new roof improved the look of my house.

He helped me make sure that the roof color would look amazing with my brick. I am sure it will increase the value of my house. As a single mom, it is amazing to find a contractor that won't take advantage of you and take short cuts. He will get the job done and make sure the job is done absolutely right!

The crew was equally as amazing...SUPER fast and cleaned up everything! They started the roof that morning and were done by 3pm! They found some decking that needed replacing and took care of that as well.

Tony Foster was the person in charge of my repair. He always went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care. The communication between us and Tony Foster was seamless. I would definitely recommend Tony and Riddle Brothers.

After several storms last year I reached out to their company after many others told me they were coming and didn’t. David came to inspect my roof asap and to my surprise he said everything looked good. I will call them in the future when I need work done. Trust is the most important thing to have when working with people.

PROS:
1. Any major repair job is usually a high-stress environment for homeowners. Not this time! Chris PePellegrini made this job one of the smoothest we (the homeowners) have ever experienced. Chris handled everything:
- dealt with our insurance company
- was present when the insurance adjustor inspected our roof
- ordered/received/coordinated supplies
- rode herd on the installation crew
- climbed on the roof throughout the job performing quality control
- showed up for every facet of the installation
- even followed-up with his magnetic nail-picker-upper up and down our alley, driveway, and curbside for cleanup afterwards. Wow!

2. Along the way, our satellite dish broke...in half. No problem. A satellite guy showed up the next day with a new dish, installed it on the roof, and calibrated it. No cost to us whatsoever.

3. The company waited patiently for our insurance company to make final payment. Even though it took almost two months, Riddle Brothers never bugged us for payments except for an ocassional inquiry to see if we'd heard from the insurance. We really appreciated the company's patience and never made us feel as if we were trying to be difficult. Thanks for that!

CONS:
1. We'd asked for at least one member to be English-speaking. There was one; however, he was not always on-site. Although I speak Spanish, my wife doesn't; hence our request. Having said that, he eventually showed up and he, too, was very receptive to our concerns and requests.

2. A few nails poked through our finished western cedar ceiling in our patio. We don't know why that happened but they stopped as soon as I frantically asked them to stop. They snipped the protruding nails from underneath. In the end, you can't really make out the nails that poked through, but we know they're there. Still, we're okay with the results and consider this just a minor problem. The important thing is so far, no leaks.

FINAL THOUGHTS:
Absolutely would refer Riddle Brothers to family and friends! The quality work, cleanup, and willingness to be receptive to our concerns, requests and barrage of questions are what we as homeowners need for a positive experience and peace of mind. Chris and Riddle Brothers did that for us.

Mr. David Sutton gave me great service when I inquired about both roof work and some independent gutter problems. He was incredibly knowledgeable on both issues. He was not overly pushy and he came across as being interested in the problems and not only trying to make a sale. On a scale of 10 I would rate him a 10. Would recommend him to anyone

Zack's team replaced our roof, repaired a leaking window and the water damage that came with it in 2019. He met with Insurance Agent and went over all the repairs to expedite the claim. Work was done when he said it would be and they did a great job. Since then I had a faulty vent turbine. Zack took care of it. Highly recommend Riddle Brothers Roofing & Construction!

My house was struck during a bad storm back in May and I am so thankful that my neighbor referred me to WALTER CANO to assist me in getting my property repaired. I called Walter right away and he came promptly! I am so glad I hired him to be my contractor! He helped me out a lot. He dealt with USAA for me and everything else in between so I didn’t have to. Walter and his team exceeded my expectations! He gave me 💯 % attention, care, support and transparency. This is what makes him an excellent contractor. His team replaced my new roof, fixed my fence to make it look all new again, chopped down my 80ft tree in the backyard and did extra repairs that he noticed that needed work. Walter is professional, precise and knowledgeable but he goes above and beyond to make sure that I am a satisfied customer.

Tony was unbelievably easy to work with! In a time full of AI and chatbots, it was refreshing to have a knowledgeable and honest job well done from him and his team. We had only had bad experiences with roofers, until someone referred Tony Foster from Riddle Brothers. He exceeded every single expectation, and man did he set the bar high. Tony provides what can only be described as a “white glove” experience. He sat with us for as long as we needed to ensure we knew what to expect and answer every question (and I’m someone who has lots of questions and wants to know everything). He thereafter managed our insurance so we didn’t have to stress or fight them about anything. Furthermore, he was there in person, every….step…of….the….way. He watched over and managed the entire project. He very much made us feel like family. He would explain what the roofers were doing and was available 24/7. A short section of our 14-year-old fence (including our gate) was rotting away, and the gate - just barely attached to the hinge - was finally completely torn off the hinge by our lawn crew as they tried to open it. I saw a post on our neighborhood's Facebook page where Tony Foster of Riddle Brothers gave out his contact information for folks asking about roof and fence repair. I reached out due to all of the positive reviews and recommendations from neighbors, and Tony was immediately responsive. He came out within a couple of days with Ramon (his fence pro). We very quickly got a quote for a replacement of that section of fence, and the fence was put up a couple of days after that by Ramon and his crew. The fence looks better and feels sturdier than the older builder-grade section did. It was a quick and easy process. Tony was highly communicative throughout the whole project. I will call him again for future roofing and fencing needs.

Great job by Tony Foster and his crew!! The recent storms this year caused our fence to be beyond repair. While they took care of our gate, they also restored the finish on our cedar fixtures and our front door!! Very pleased with all their work!

I first met Tony Foster when we had a severe hail storm years ago. He has consulted on our roof several times over the years and was always honest when the roof was still in good condition and not needing replacement. Late last year the time finally came to have the roof replaced and due to the comfort and trust we'd built with Tony, we didn't hesitate in moving forward with the project. The roof, garage doors, gutters, shutters, windows, and screens were all replaced by the Riddle Brothers just a month before we purchased our home. They made sure we, as the new homeowners, had all of their contact information and have been incredibly responsive to any questions we've had since. Brian was so helpful! He fought with my insurance and corrected them on a few measurements they were off on and helped to make sure everything damaged was included in the claim. His team did great work even in the heat of the summer to get all of my repairs done! He took my concerns seriously and explained the process and materials several times to me.
