Mikey came out and took a look at my roof as we were getting stains on the ceiling in one of our rooms. He found some areas of concern on the ridge vent and applied sealant to them. We had a heavy rain recently and no signs of leaking now.

Very refreshing to find someone looking to solve your problem rather than just sell a new roof!!

David Sutton and team have been great to work with for my roof replacement, interior work and trim repair. They have been interfacing with my insurance for the roof which saves me a big headache. They are very responsive and just great people!

Our home was recently struck during a hail storm causing roof and water damage. I was recommended Walter Cano with Riddle Brothers Roofing and Construction to help us with the insurance claim and the repairs. Walter helped us understand our home policy terminology and what the policy covers. From filing the claim and during the repairs Walter was attentive and answer all our questions. Riddle Brothers did a great job and at all times Walter was checking with un making sure that the work was satisfactory and he always answered our questions. I would highly recommend them to friends and family.

Small part of our roof was damage and I had a really great experience with Tony Foster from Riddle Brothers. He really went above and beyond by responding all my worries even during his vacation. He was responsive, flexible, attentive, professional and arrived exactly when he said he would. He checked everything and making sure everything inside the house was not damage. Repairs done on time by his crew and he made sure everything is right. I highly recommend Riddle Brothers roofing because they did a great job!

This is the 4th time I have used Riddle Bros for a project at my home involving painting and structure-related repair work. This time, it was to replace some of the rotten boards on my fence and restain the whole fence. Their team did a phenomenal job (again!). They power washed the whole thing. Then they covered and wrapped every piece of my pool (which is lagoon shaped so not an easy feat), the brick pillars between my fence sections, my pool equipment, the sides of the house and roof near the fence lines - everything - even covered up some of my landscaping near the fence. The prior company who stained my fence didn't do anything like that. Rotten boards were replaced and aligned to match existing boards exactly. They hand painted the top of the fence boards and sprayed the rest of the fence but with such precision and decent coverage, you would have thought they had hand painted the whole thing. I knew they would do a good job based on the two prior painting/repair jobs they had done for me both inside and outside on my house but I was super impressed with their attention to detail with this, especially comparing it to the prior company who had done it before. Everything was cleaned up and put back exactly as it was and I did not find any areas of overspray or any missed spots. 5 stars. Highly recommend! Zack came over personally with his painting lead to do the estimate and then came to check on the progress the day of - as he has with every prior service they have done for me. He's readily available to answer questions quickly via text. Always a pleasure to work with them! Quality people who care about their work.

Riddle brothers really did a fantastic job on our new fence. Tony & Ramon were wonderful at keeping the communication going, listening to all of my concerns & finding solutions. Even when the weather had different plans on some build days, they went above & beyond & did some out of the box thinking to allow my pups an area for outside time & for that I’m so thankful. It’s such a beautiful sight now & I have received so many compliments. I would highly recommend them to my friends, family & anyone else needing roofing/construction these guys really do it all!

Trevor was amazing. He kept us informed every step of the way. He took care of working with our insurance. He even handled some other construction items that we needed. If we were to ever need a new rook Trevor and Riddle Brothers will be who we call.

Tony Foster with Riddle Brothers helped us through the entire claim process for hail damage on our roof. When I initially contacted him, I mentioned that my insurance company didn’t find any hail damage.Tony immediately got on the roof
and found hail damage. He took pictures, helped us appeal our insurance claim, and walked us through what to expect throughout the process. Can’t say enough about Tony with Riddle Brothers Construction. This guys really helped in all aspect of the process. He took photographs and documented everything for our insurance company. Actually spoke with my insurance company really expedited the process. His crew was punctual, quick, thorough and did an amazing job with cleanup. I would absolutely use them again in the future. Had roof damage reported twice to my insurance. Insurance denied both claims. Spoke to Tony Foster with Riddle Brothers Roofing & Construction who helped me work with the insurance company to approve my claim. Tony helped from beginning to end to see the completion of my new roof. Upgraded to a Class 3 roof which helped lower my premium cost with my insurance company. Our main point of contact was Trevor who was able and willing to explain everything to both my wife and I in great detail. This was the first roof I had to replace, and Trevor did a great job of walking my wife and I throughout the whole process with plenty of detail and transparency.

After a big hailstorm earlier this year, I had a full roof replacement recently completed by Riddle Brothers and couldn't be happier with the results. The quality of work, communication, professionalism, and support are all world class. I really appreciate the attention to detail on all aspects of the project. With my previous roof, there were actually a few technical and installation issues that I was not aware of, and Riddle Brothers identified these and explained what they will do differently to update things. Always humble and never an upsell, rather just making sure I was aware and understood any changes. One of the changes I am particularly thrilled with is the attic ventilation improvements. My existing roof had some ventilation configuration errors causing years of increased heat and humidity accumulation, and energy use in the summer. The corrections for this were simple and not a cost increase and make not just my attic, but entire home more comfortable and energy efficient long-term. Simple details like this can really make a big difference in overall project outcomes beyond just roof durability. I still haven't even found a single nail on my property after their final cleanup. Riddle Brothers helped us put on a new roof at our house in Rockwall, TX. We worked with Corey as the project manager. We were really impressed and pleased with how well everything went. They did a great job with clean up and they were quick and efficient getting our project done. We have a pool and were worried about debris getting into it but they covered it and everything was fine. Corey and the whole crew were so great to work with!
