Nelson did an incredible job with my roof repair! It was an extremely easy and quick project for his crew and they were very respectful! I highly recommend them for any roofing job.

I attempted to get an estimate for a roof repair and it took over a week to get the estimate. This is poor customer service. By the time I received the estimate, a few days later it rained. 😒
I am updating this review, because I finally received the estimate. Really good price, but it takes a long time to get the estimate and even longer to schedule the repair, and since it is raining now, this took too long for my benefit. I had to go with another roofer that was able to give me an estimate within 2 days and repaired my roof Friday before it started raining on Saturday.

Nelson and crew came to our rescue when we had an unexpected roof leak during a storm. As soon it was safe, Nelson and his team put up a stopgap fix to protect our interior. Once the storms passed and Nelson quickly scheduled a more permanent fix. His professionalism and fair pricing made him my choice for future work...like when we had an issue with birds making a hole in the soffit. Nelson, once again, made the time to come by and fix it (after I evicted the birds). No more leaks and no more extra bird tenants. I recommend him for working on your home.

10/10 Highly recommend, great Communication, fair pricing! This issues we were having with our roof were fixed in a timely manner and done properly! Even recommended a rain guard at the front door ( there is no gutters on front of our home ) we didn’t know that they even had that as an option! We will definitely use Matrix for all future projects!

I can’t overstate the quality of workmanship and the time they spent to get my house right. I will be using them for everything. We thought we'd have to wait a week for work to start. Nelson was finished in less in two days. We thought we'd have to pay immediately. Nelson gave us time to get our finances in order to pay.

I’m very thankful for Nelson! He fit my house in when he was busy and did a thorough job. I had a tricky leak and hopefully that has been sealed. I also had many nails working their way out so those needed to be sealed. The needed a whole roof inspection and he did that for me. He is professional and brought the right equipment to get it done! He clearly takes pride in his work and has a great work ethic. Thank you so much!

Nelson did an amazing job on my roof. The home warranty found him since they did not have anyone at the time to repair my roof so they found him and he did amazing job really took his time and I was really impressed by the quality of the work.
