They were wonderful to work with. They replaced our roof for our house in July and just did our detached garage yesterday. We had to replace the whole roof and the estimate was spot on. Very easy company to work with. They even color matched our vents.

I regret that I recommend this roofer to my son for an active leak repair. He was told by the company estimator/ project manager that the existing roof was fairly new, in good shape and could be repaired. Following an initial failed repair attempt, the project manager stated that he was bewildered by the continued leaking but had his crew make a second “Repair” at an additional cost, rudely telling my son that he was giving him a great deal. Unfortunately $3600 later, following a period of mitigation, months of aggravation and more rain, the roof continues to leak in the same locations as well as others. Completely dissatisfied by the workmanship as well as the perceived ineptitude and condescending behavior of the project manager my son has decided, against my advice, to accept the monetary loss. He will hire another company to replace the entire roof.

WT Anderson did an excellent job on our roof replacement! Their staff are extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and easy to work with. The crew showed up on time and performed the work flawlessly! We are very happy with the results and will be using them for our other projects including Siding, Trim, Gutters and Windows!

Professional operation. Estimator showed on time, did a thorough check of attic and roof, landscape, generator and A/C for potential issues. Discussed replacing sheathing, rain diverters, pipe collars, drip caps and venting systems. Detailed estimate 30 minutes following the inspection, with shingle and underlayment material samples provided at that time. .
Large, complicated, mostly steep (45 degrees) roof plus a boat lift hip roof. Same 6 person crew worked 0715-1830 each day. Self-sufficient operation. Good clean-up each night. Project manager visited daily. Minimal shrub damage due to crew diligence. Careful boat lift roof methodology resulted in zero debris / materials entering the water. Excellent final trash and lawnscape cleanup. No hesitation to use them again. Pics are faded, old roof before, material delivery during tear off, and finished product.

Where to start:
Called about a month and some change out to get an estimate ( it was free) the sales guy was very knowledgeable and friendly.

The price was very competitive to the 4 other estimates. What sold me was the presentation and display of information and actually hands on materials to see what's I liked. Gave me a price and I agreed, even knocked off a few extra hundred bucks because I was having some financial problems. I was very thankful.

Quoted to have install done Feb. 15&16 the called the 14th and said rain was coming so the cancelled the 15th, BUT sent extra crew to knock the job out on the 16th as agreed to ( although FINISH date is NOT guaranteed for obvious reason) ( DONT BE THAT GUY)

Feb 16th come and they are on site and ready to go at 7am on the dot. The Spanish guys that came out were so friendly and courteous it was outstanding. They worked their butts off with no questions, appeared to know exactly what they were doing and dam I've never seen someone shoot nails so fast. ( sounded like a machine gun popping off rounds) they had this huge magnet roller to get all the nails up so nobody would step on a left behind one ( haven't seen any still ) so hopefully they got all the nails JOB WELL DONE GUYS

ONLY GRIPE: was that my gutter drain was damaged/ broken

The roofing crew were a great bunch of guys, hard working. They kept me informed about everything they did and the new roofing materials used. No more tar paper. Tom Anderson was the only person that actually walked on and looked at the roof. A company you can count on.

WT Anderson is a wonderful company. They do quality work and they don’t overcharge you. Whenever I have called for help, I have gotten response. A couple of times Mr. Anderson himself called me. How often does that happen with a company?

They do quality work, at a reasonable price, in a sufficient time frame.

I also appreciate the young ladies working in the office. They make sure the information gets to who it needs to get to so the job is done.

I am very satisfied with the roof W T Anderson installed on our house. Their service is also wonderful. They responded so quickly. When Hector arrived, he addressed the situation with his expertise and skill. I have no regrets with our Anderson roof. I will be calling them in the future regarding my windows.

I called WT because of their outstanding reputation for being on-time, on budget and clean up. The reviews on here are mostly accurate. They scheduled two weeks out and were on time. Their estimate was within a few hundred of the correct amount, approved ahead of time for the overage and most of all, when Hector called to let me know he was almost done, he sent pictures to me out of town so I could see the roof. Loved that he did that for me. They removed an old chimney, old dish satellites, and all loose cables, installed 3 tab architectural, and turned an old 3-tab mess into a beautiful roof.

Recently, after their previous, stellar work replacing our entire roof, including gutters and guards, we realized that they might be able to help us with the newly- built two story barn, as we needed to add gutters and guards to them as well.

WT Anderson recently installed siding and gutters on our home. They also came by to answer questions we had about our roof. I highly recommend this company. Everyone was very knowledgeable and helpful. Our house looks wonderful! The crews were fast, friendly and neat. Supervisors stopped by several times to check on progress. We were told multiple times to call if we had any questions or concerns. It was a pleasure to work with WT Anderson!

I uploaded some before and after pictures, im sure you will able to tell which are which! We did have a small hiccup when the crew came out for the gutter installation when the company didn't realize i sent over a signed contract for the gutter replacement AND all new facia and soffets (which needs to be done before the gutters and by a different crew) but they were quick to remedy the situation and get us scheduled the next week for everything to be completed. Soffets, trim, fascia and all that good stuff was done in 2 days but when the gutter crew was supposed to be there the day after, no one ever showed. Being that it was a friday i waited until monday to call and was informed that the crew got held up at a job/were backed up because of all the rain weve been getting and got scheduled for the following thursday. (However they should have been the ones to call me) When thursday came around the gutter crew did show up and they had everything done in a few hours. Communication wasnt the greatest but they did a great job on the work and i am super happy with how everything looks! I still give them 5 stars because as i said i am very pleased with the way everything turned out!! Also their price was way better than what the 3 other quotes i got from gutter companies was so that was a huge plus! I have a roof project coming up that i am going to also get quotes from WT Anderson!

I had a large limb hit my roof and snap a roof truss. The roof was old enough to justify a new roof. Their crew came promptly and worked until dark. They repaired the roof truss despite issues with their normal framer. They moved plants and outdoor furniture where needed and did a great job cleaning up. This is the second roof they have done for and I will use them again if the occasion arises.

We had gutters and downspouts replaced on our large house and leaf guards added in the front where we have large trees. WT Anderson was one of three quotes that we received. They were not the lowest quote (but in the ballpark with other quotes). Most importantly, WT Anderson inspired my confidence. I am willing to pay extra for that confidence and quality. All aspects of the job, from the quote to scheduling and engaging with office to their installer's work was superb. Six inch gutters and associated downspouts in dark bronze color were installed and it looks just great. Installers made sure to use correct extra-long screws for downspouts on stucco (they delayed the downspout install by a day until they had the proper screws). In our first significant rainfall since installation, the gutters performed well - as expected. I will certainly call WT Anderson for any additional work or repairs. We are satisfied! Thank you WTA.

This is not the first and will not be the last project we work with WT Anderson on. While this has been the biggest project so far, vinyl siding replacement (2,400 sq ft 2 story house) it was just as easy as past smaller projects. I first used WT Anderson seven years ago to install gutters and since then they have helped with roofing and now our siding project, the work has always been impeccable.
With the siding replacement being a much larger and more noticeable project, we probably drove the team a bit crazier with our initial indecisiveness (color,, size, style etc). This led to lots of back and forth several trips out for Tom and many estimates before we even came to an agreement to move forward, the entire time the team was responsive. The responsiveness in the planning was great as I feel many times in the planning phase a contractor is elusive and difficult to get answers from, but not in this case.
Once we decided on a color and moved forward with the contract things went smoothly compared to other contractors I have dealt with in the past. There are the usual hiccups with supply delivery’s and what not, but once WT Andersons crew got started, they got right to work, the plan was start at 8 each day weather permitting, I believe we only had weather impact one day. The crews would typically work until about 5 and they cleaned the yard up each day storying materials, picking up the yards of debris, checking for nails. Even though my yard was a construction site I was pleased with how they still left it in good shape at the end of the day. Two weeks had been allotted for the project, we got started one day late and it finished three days ahead.
Workmanship: It is great, they did not rush to just get the siding thrown up on the house they took the time to layout the siding as best as possible, trimming, caulking everything done with care. They take pride in their workmanship. I live in a home that was initially built in 1942 so they found some areas that had damage and needed repair, as was called out in the contract they repaired it so the siding would lay correctly. They did not skip over a section that needed to be repaired to get done with the job and move on to the next they did the right thing; they made the repair. The repairs in our contract had a set out price for materials that would be billed out in the end, it was not excessive it was quite fair.
If you have not picked up, I am extremely satisfied with my job, and I will work with WT Anderson again. The house looks great!

Trust Me you do not want to use w t Anderson all of the good reviews I can't believe. Actually I made complaint to BBB months ago and I don't see it any where I initially required about w t Anderson to BBB which I always read reviews. I bought a new roof and 5 inch gutters with leaf guard and after the very first Rain I emailed the company because during the rain and after the rain there is a waterfall at the front of the house and an even worst water fall at the back door I use to be able to sit out side at the front door doing a rain not any more; the company has been out on Seven repair occasions and believe me it only makes it worst. I told the company to come out on a dry day and use my water hose to see my concerns. Why didn't the company think to do that??? The supervisor came out SAW my concerns apologize to me and took pic and set up another repair date and said that he would send a bag of dirt to fill up the hole that was caused from the water fall. I'm trying to keep my property up and they took my cash to tear it down. Being that they have been out SEVEN times adjusting the same screws and now they are rusting and rust running down the down sprout. I can't imagine all the holes. They replied to BBB to do 6 inch gutters and take off the leaf guards. What a joke all the trees I have on and near my property You can see the water fall and at the back and the front look down at he can by the chair. they keep sending the same crew every time to do the repair the same crew that installed. Either the crew or product unacceptability.

WT Anderson completed a roof replacement for me this week and I am very pleased with the company. Everyone involved has been completely professional, from the first call through the estimate, scheduling, the actual replacement and the clean-up afterwards. I was kept aware of what was happening throughout the process, so no surprises. The workers were very careful to protect the plants around the house, the work was done quickly and the new roof really improves the appearance of the house. Was WT Anderson the cheapest? No. But, the value was exceptional - quality products, expert installation, excellent guarantees, and trustworthy people. I recommend this company.
