I'm writing this review for my mom, as well as myself. Four years ago, we had our roof replaced by WT Anderson and was impressed with the professionalism of their staff, from the sales rep, Hector, to the actual workers. We were pleased to recommend a reputable company to my mom, (who is elderly) to handle a stressful situation & make her feel at ease. Again, Hector, as well as Jasmine, Lisa, Angie and everyone else we spoke to were phenomenal! They were transparent & kept us informed of additional issues and costs that arose. I'm glad there are still reputable companies out there. We will definitely recommend WT Anderson to anyone who needs roof replacement or other services

WT Anderson straight-up delivered on my whole exterior overhaul: siding, gutters, roof, and every inch of trim. Pricing was honest, no surprises, and their team's been nothing but upfront and kind from quote to cleanup. The quality products they used have increased my home's comfort, look, and value. Solid crew, solid work—would use 'em again in a heartbeat.

I recently had my 40+ year old siding, trim, soffits and gutters replaced. Of all the contractors I contacted for interviews and free estimates, I was most impressed with WTA’s representative, David Richardson. His no pressure and thorough presentation answered all my questions. He provided a folder detailing options, colors and lots of other information.

Several days later, after I had narrowed my choices and decided what I wanted, I received a detailed proposal. WTA also offers a Senior and a Military Discount. Later we agreed on price and a start date. I signed a detailed Contract laying out everything we agreed on.

From the beginning everything went smoothly. The installation crew, headed by Dennis, was a real pleasure to work with. They were punctual, efficient, respectful and very professional. Clean up at the end of the day was never neglected. Their workmanship was superb. I cannot say enough about this crew. I had some rotten wood under two of my exterior doors Dennis took great effort repairing this area in a professional manner. Lucas and Jasmine came by periodically to check on the site and to answer any questions I might have. Lisa and the office staff were quick to respond every time I called with a question.

Every interaction I had with WTA from beginning to finish was a pleasant experience.
WTA should be very proud of their entire crew/staff. I highly recommend WTA if you are in need of services they offer.

Great customer service and expert work - a "shout out" to the WT Anderson Roofing & Siding Co! They did high quality work and operated in a very safe manner, and were fastidious about cleaning the jobsite every night. Prior to the recent winter storm, they cleaned up and locked down late into Friday night to ensure no storm damage!

WT Anderson recently completed a roofing job for us and we couldn’t be happier with the quality of their work and service experience. Hector did a great job setting expectations for us and Pedro communicated with us throughout the installation. They were timely and courteous. Once the job was completed, they double-checked all seams and cleaned up leftover building materials promptly. They’re a great company with excellent ownership and I will be recommending WT Anderson to everyone.

Bottom line up front, you will not find a better home exterior class A contractor in Hampton Roads period. We received 5 estimates for our siding, fascia, soffit, and gutter replacement and W.T Anderson stood out amongst the rest for their value, honesty, and professionalism. Save yourself time and money and make W. T. Anderson your first and only estimate.

W. T. Anderson was a class act from my initial interaction with their estimator Jonathon, to our visit to their showroom where Marcie helped us find our final design. Marcie was very kind and patient because we were ALL over the place with our design and she was a big help in giving us some design ideas. While Marcie was helping us on the computer, the owner’s wife, Mae, offered us drinks and my kiddos a snack. She even dropped what she was doing to hunt a sample of siding they didn’t have in their showroom from a storehouse of their’s down the road! Simply put, they all were very kind and professional.

Once we got the design finalized and we signed the contract, they provided a very detailed email that stated the exact start date and the no later than date the project would be finished and they delivered on both dates. Their installation crew led by Dennis was very professional, punctual, kind, and efficient. They did a thorough cleanup of their work area each day and upon project conclusion you would have never known they were there with how well they cleaned up after themselves. Their installation project manager Jasmine was attentive and informative and always kept us informed of the project progress from start to finish.

In closing, I’ve hired many contractors throughout my life for various projects, but I’ve never been as impressed as I am with W. T. Anderson. Literally, every interaction I had with this company from start to finish has been phenomenal. Their workmanship speaks for itself as demonstrated in the attached before and after photos.

I had W.T. Anderson install new vinyl siding, new gutters / downspouts, and a new roof and I couldn't be happier with the finished product! WT Anderson Roofing & Siding is a Class Act Roofing Contractor. I looked them up on the BBB site, and I was pleased with what I read about them, I then contacted them to set up an in-person meeting for a free estimate. Mr. Hector Miranda, Project Manager, reached out to me and we established a meeting at my home. He introduced himself, told me a little about himself, the company, and all that they offer. Mr. Miranda then took his ladder off his truck and climbed up on the roof to take measurements and pictures. I also showed him the inside of my home while it was undergoing repairs from a fire that happened a year ago (we're renting a home until the house repairs are completed). He recommended some repair work and a complete roof replacement. He then took his time to explain the process, the various options, & features. He was very knowledgeable and thorough while walking me through the steps and provided me with a folder filled with colorful pages detailing all the option packages available for me and my wife to review and decide. After a few days, Mr. Miranda provided me with an invoice proposal. In addition, WT Anderson is Veteran and Active Duty Military friendly. Mr. Miranda is also a Navy Vet so he totally gets it. They offer a Military Discount as well as an additional rebate if we choose the GAF Warranty. It just so happens I am a Navy Vet, so it worked out well. My wife agreed with the proposal and we agreed on a date to start the work. It only took 2 days and they were done. Mr. Miranda reached out to me to call him anytime if I had questions or concerns. I stopped by my home the other day and checked out their handy work. I took some pictures and showed them to my wife. They did a superb job.
I recommend WT Anderson. They're fair, compassionate, and they deliver.

Chuck and his team are phenomenal! I was experiencing an issue with a neighbor and needed a fence installed immediately. Chuck could sense the urgency and took my safety seriously. He got me an immediate quote and had the fence installed the very next day. The kindness and care from Chuck was above and beyond. I highly recommend this company.

Fast professional work!

I tied working with a different company and they couldn’t figure out how to fix my fence, they took a whole week and made no progress.

I called Chuck at 757 Fence and he came out a few hours later and fixed my fence the next day. He did a great job! It looks great.

757 Fence and Deck recently completed a fencing job at my house. I was given a very reasonable quote and within a week the fence was done. After speaking with the owner, Chuck, I let him know how particular I was and that I was not going to accept anything less than perfect.

There were a few speed bumps along the way - the crew knicked my Verizon line, as well as the control wires for my backyard sprinklers. This happens, understandably, with construction. Additionally, there were a few details about the install I was concerned about. All this could have easily been brushed off or downplayed. But, this is where they EARNED their 5 stars.

From the get-go, Chuck was upfront and available. Never once, did he not respond to a text or call. On the day of install, as soon as I noticed that my Ring cameras were down, I let him know. He texted me minutes later saying that he had created a ticket with Verizon to have it investigated/repaired. We walked the job the day after and I pointed out my concerns. He apologized profusely and later that evening, the crew was back out to fix everything. This was on a Saturday. As for my sprinkler system, he had his irrigation professional out today and all is well. Each time Chuck was on-site to ensure that I was happy and nothing else fell through the cracks.

Those mistakes could have easily defined this experience, but the way they were handled absolutely impressed me. 757 Fence and Deck stands by what they promise; I now have a great looking and sturdy fence. Overall, I am extremely satisfied and will recommend them to anyone who needs this type of work performed.
