We had a total roof decking replacement including shingles. They quoted a very reasonable price which was 3/4 the total of the first quote we received for the same work and materials. They had knowledge and great suggestions on materials and even roof color. Additionally they were able to reframe our existing skylights on our back deck which other companies refused or quoted outrageous prices to complete. The crew was on time and worked very quickly. It surprised me how quickly the work was completed. They also cleaned up the exterior very well and protected our flower beds which was nice. We are very happy and happily referring WT Anderson for anyone needing roof work completed. Thank you!!

W.T.Andierson Corporation is first rate. My phone call was answered on the second ring. I was treated with understanding and courtesy by their receptionist/ scheduler.. It was very easy to schedule a technician to come and assess the problem. If I wanted to have an estimate on a new roof, my technician Hector Miranda was very willing to do exactly that. Hector called me prior to his appointed time to let me know he was in transit. He arrived on time , listened to the problem we had, and went right to work to follow up on solving the issue. It was taken care of in no time. He took pictures of the condition of our roof so that we could see what our options would be in the future. There was no pressure sale to any of this repair visit. This company is top notch. If I could give Hector ten stars , I would. Hector was very professional, honest, knowledgeable, and informative for my husband and myself to make a wise decision.

Wt Anderson’s quality comes through its highly skilled dedicated work force. Hector Miranda ,Project Manager made the it all happen. He insured all materials and installers were in place and on time. A new roof is a big deal for me and he was responsive to every question and concern i had. I admire his concern for the safety and performance of his people. A customer orientated company. I was so impressed with gutter and trim work a few years ago, i did not seek other bids for this job,

We are so thankful that we chose W.T. Anderson to replace our siding and gutters. From our first meeting with David R. we were extremely impressed with how professional he is and the level of detail during his estimate of the job. He made several recommendations that improved the end result. We were not pressured to make any decisions immediately and the quote was well within our expectations and budget based on the research I did. We met with 3 other companies that were way overpriced. We were even more impressed with the team that worked on our home. Nestor, Juan and Daniel showed pride in their work and they worked long and hard each day to get the job done. They did not cut corners and kept us informed of every detail that needed to be fixed. David R. returned on the first day of the job to check in with the crew and us. We also had regular visits from 2 different project managers to ensure that everything was going well and to deliver additional supplies that were necessary. Both managers, Jazmine E. and Hêctor M. were very professional and willing to provide any support needed to us and the crew. The gutter crew was also very professional and courteous. They asked about our expectations and worked with us to find the best solution for drainage. Each step of the project was smooth and efficient and the office staff guided us through the whole process. I recommend W.T. Anderson to everyone and I will call them when I ready for a new roof.

TL;DR: Actual Roofers themselves did a fine job, the price and scope of work left a lot to be desired compared to other roofers.

They redid my roof. Sadly, I didn't research as much as I maybe should've. They bid about $3000 higher than 2 other quotes i had received (one of which was also a GAF certified roofer offering the same certifications). After I signed, then they would not price match for some lame reason or even consider lowering the cost or including doing drip edge flashing which the other company offered to do at the lower price.

Come to find out as well, they did not recommend it or consider installing drip edge flashing when I didn't have any at all on the roof which i wasn't aware of. When the roof was off i could definitely see some fascia rotting and damage, so I get to do that myself now instead of when it's easiest or correct to do with the roof off....

The actual roof itself seems to have been done well, which for the price it better have been. but I can't help but feel I overpaid and was underdelivered...

Highly recommend WT Anderson. The office and installers were all professional, easy to communicate with and kept to the agreed upon schedule and quote. Nestor and Juan worked well together, were respectful of our yard and family and did a great job from demo to clean up. It’s hard to find a contractor that does the job well and shows up when they say they are.

Workers were here at 7:00am all 3 days, they were professional, polite , hard workers, removed all shingles and all the old plywood with all new plywood. New shingles look great. Jasmine (project manager) show all 3 days.

WT Anderson was awesome. After getting several other quotes and people coming out to estimate what needed to be done they were the most reasonable .
Very thorough in explaining what they would do. They got the job done in a matter of days. David and Jasmine took great care of me and I appreciate them so much. I would highly recommend them to anyone and will be using them again for any home repairs I need in the future....

I have built over 300 homes over the past 35 years. During that time I have used many different roofing companies. About 10 years ago I started using WT Anderson and have never looked back. Not only are they the best roofing company I have ever used, they are one of my best contractors. They show up on time, back up their work, and don't leave a mess. I even referred them to my sister-in-law who was also very pleased with the price and the quality of work. I would highly recommend WT Anderson. You won't regret it!

I had both roofing and siding installed on our 36 year-old home. After receiving 5 bids from various roofing & siding companies, W.T. Anderson had the best proposal on high quality materials & labor. I was given a date 3 weeks in advance of when the installation would start and how long it would take to complete. W.T. Anderson showed up on the dates provided and completed the work in the time frame quoted.
Both installation crews were top notched. They were courteous and very professional workmen. They cleaned up the work area daily and left our residence spotless when finished. The final product looks outstanding and I couldn't be more pleased.

WT Anderson is an outstanding company. I initially reached out looking for a roofing quote in late 2022. They provided an on-site assessment of my property and patiently went over options that I could choose from and provided a quote. I elected not to proceed at that time. This last fall, I recognized I really needed to get the roof on my home replaced. WT Anderson sent someone back to my house and we proceeded with the roof replacement. They did an outstanding job on the roof. I was confident in their work, and I subsequently had new siding installed on the front of my home with a new large front window, as well as trim wrap, new soffits, and new gutters. I am very pleased with their work.

WT Anderson did two jobs for me and did a fantastic job. The main job was a roof replacement which they knocked out within a day. The workers came out right before Thanksgiving and did great. It's a great company. They keep you posted and let you know if there are any delays. Always keep you in the loop. Also the initial sales person was very well spoken and explained everything in detail. Happy with their work. Definitely a company to work with. Pictures show before and after.

I am VERY surprised at the level of customer service I received today. Hector is the best project manager I have ever dealt with on any project I had done in my home. He kept me informed from the beginning of the project until the end, sending me pictures and text messages to keep me in the loop while I was working. He took time to explain the process to me and made me feel really comfortable with it. Thank you Hector!!! I will be telling all of my friends about your amazing customer service. Even the workers are nice and friendly.

W.T. Anderson replaced roof shingles on my porch, and cedar shake siding above the porch. Everything about this project was first class. The Estimator, Mr. Richardson, was knowledgeable and helpful. Jasmine, the project coordinator made sure everything went smoothly. The installers, Adolfo, Omar, & Wilmer were professional, efficient, and extremely courteous. The materials used were all excellent quality. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend W.T. Anderson to my friends.

I did not hesitate to give 5 stars for this review! From the initial estimate the team at WT Anderson has been amazing. We had our roof replaced, fascia wrapped, and are currently waiting for the gutters at the end of the week. They have been open and honest through what can be a stressful process with not knowing what they are going to find one they start pulling off the old material. We did have damaged plywood and fascia boards which we were expecting based off the condition before we started. No hidden cost that surprised us like you normally hear about. Highly recommend!

We had the team replace our roof, soffits, fascia, and gutters. They were FANTASTIC!!! Every step of the way there was clear, prompt communication with everyone involved from the office staff to the onsite project manager. No matter who was at the house, they were on time, professional, and polite. No one tried to up sell us on anything but took the time to clearly explain the options and differences. When it came time for the install, crews showed up first thing in the morning. They worked safely and methodically all day, making sure they protected the landscaping and HVAC units. The crews cleaned up throughout the day as well as the end of each day. They paid attention to details to make sure everything was right. Jazmine, our project manager, really made this a top tier experience. She always made sure to check in along the way to share progress, concerns the crews found, and the plan to remedy. These conversations always included pictures to make sure we truly understood both the existing problems and how they were solved. We even had a situation where the driver dropping off the dumpster ran over our grass and a few sprinkler heads. Jazmine made sure we took pictures and video of everything along with testing it to see what the real damage was. Fortunately nothing was broken and it was easy to reset. But she was ready to get it fixed had there been an issue.

I would recommend this company to anyone redoing their roof and/or roofline

After researching local contractors for roof and gutter replacement, I called WT Anderson for an estimate. Jonathan arrived on the scheduled date, inspected the roof, and identified several issues. He gave an estimate to replace it as well as the gutters and existing guards.He answered all my questions and provided a great package covering all the materials to be used. After getting other estimates I decided on WT and I’m happy I did. Their office was very responsive and professional. After an unfortunate rain delay the crew arrived on the second promised day. They prepped the yard and landscaping to avoid damage and got to work. Hector the Project Mgr came to check on the progress and followed up at completion to insure everything was satisfactory (even sent photos). They completed the roof earlier than expected by working late to avoid another rain delay. They did a great job cleaning up after. Marci made sure the gutter crew came quickly to accommodate my request for an expedited date.
Everything went smoothly and all of their personnel were professional and helpful. I highly recommend WT Anderson and will continue to use them for any future needs.
