Constraction reviews across the US

Steve and his crew have been great to work with. They have worked on several of my customers homes and all have been happy. Recently they completed a project at my own home. They did a rock wall and walkway. The results were perfect. I'm picky on details and things being straight and level and they hit all the targets. They are always easy to work with and are all nice guys. I can't recommend them enough. I will continue to use and recommend them.

This is the third time we have had Under One Roof complete a project for us and as usual we are very happy! We were in need of a new front walkway and large retaining wall. Steve was able to fit us in between projects so we wouldn't spend all winter unable to access our front door. We wanted the front yard landscaping to match the new pool patio they put in two summers ago and to create a retaining wall that matched our existing field rock wall. The guys did an amazing job we couldn't be happier! The rock wall was no easy task to complete and they did an excellent job, the walkway and steps to our front porch are beautiful and very well done, shoveling this winter has been so much easier with a smooth walkway!
Thank you again and we won't hesitate to reach out for future projects.

I had Steve and the crew put a patio out back and it came out awesome. They did a great job from beginning to end and even dealt with my kids asking questions and dogs barking at them. August and Mike were professional and did great work. I've already hired them back to extend a walkway and will call them for all the upcoming projects. Great group of guys that do great work

Under One Roof recently replaced our disintegrating garage roof with a metal one, and we couldn't be happier with the results. The team was amazing! They came in, did their thing, and left without a trace (except for the new roof, of course). Their professionalism exceeded all expectations. We are very happy with Under One Roof Construction and look forward to working with them on further projects.

Steve and company did an excellent job on our 2 story addition. It was a very complex project involving tying in old and new construction with a lot of structural elements. Steve and his crews are responsive and easy to work with. We couldn't be happier with the results!

I’ve been working with Steve and his crew for 2 years now on multiple projects. They just wrapped up some grading, drainage, irrigation and wood chipping. They are one of the most professional and hard working crews I’ve ever seen. I would highly recommend them for both interior and exterior projects. I’ve had some bad experiences with contractors in the past and I would go with this team over and over again.

Steve and his team added fill to our newly cleared front yard and built up shoulders to support the driveway. The work was efficient and well done - our yard looks better than I could have imagined. Steve had previously built the retaining wall and platform for our shed in the front yard as well - its held up very well. I highly recommend Under One Roof Construction!

I was robbed of cash a bottle of perfume I called them but they didn't call me back i am on disability so I don't have a lot of money. I need money back. If I don't get it back I will go further

I have never given a negative review about a company before. I pride myself on giving five star reviews to everyone. However, this needs to be known so others are not involved in getting sued... North-south builders is not an honest companya they involve themselves in fictitious lawsuits. Be very weary before hiring this company to do anything for you.

I can't speak to the quality of the work or service, but the person driving the white Chevy Silverado associated with this business drives aggressively and irresponsibly. It's concerning behavior, especially for someone representing a company on the road.

Who's driving the Silverado? Very reckless driver. I was taking a right at a light. He was taking a left, for him. Almost hit the back of my car, passed me unsafely and flipped me off. Very upsetting. Not smart to do with a company vehicle.

This driver, cut off multiple drivers while honking and flipped us off so he could cut into the turn lane. Probably shouldn’t do this when your company is all over your vehicle.
