I just wanted something basic that extended my outdoor living. I was thrilled with the results. More beautiful than I imagined and very well built.

I give Carolina Contractors five stars based on their professional hard and soft skills. We asked them to reconfigure cabinet space, convert a doorway, and add additional wooden shelving to pantry that matches existing shelves.
On the hard skills: clearly knowledgeable (asked the right questions), made proper measurements and worked in a smart way, and executed the plan according to our wishes. They also were careful to clean up at the end of each shift. Soft skills: friendly, timely, and responsive communications; flexible enough to work around household conflicts, and dealt with our dog running around while they worked. Thank you, George from Carolina Contractors! Have already started a new project with them, this one outdoors.

Carolina Contractors did a great job on repairing the siding around my house! George was very thorough and detailed and did a fantastic job! I will definitely be reaching back out to them for future projects.

Jim and George are honest and conscientious people. They both are responsive to the customer needs. Estimate was given in a timely fashion and work completed according to schedule. Very pleased with the finished product. Would highly recommend this company.

Phenomenal group to work with and top notch quality! I was 3 weeks in with another contractor and forced to part ways but C3 showed up and corrected the things that were done wrong and improved the entire deck design. I’m gonna save my pennies just so I can find another project for them to do! And yes, I don’t think there is anything they can’t do!

I hired Courtney to replace my rotten 4x4 posts that support my screen porch. She is courteous & detailed orientated. She clearly explained what all was involved in replacing the posts. She cleaned up the job site well. I would have no problems hiring her again.

Courtney and her crew built a new deck adjacent to our existing screened porch, as well as re-built (to code) our existing front porch. I cannot say enough good things about Courtney! She was professional, and flexible - offering design ideas that were unique and beautiful, while staying within our budget. I am extremely pleased with the completed projects - her attention to detail, and care in what she does, make her a true craftswoman. I would absolutely recommend Courtney to anyone, and would not hesitate to use her company again in the future!

I hired Courtney to demo my porch railings and stairs. She rebuilt the stairs, making them wider than they originally were which made them look so much better as they now line up with my sidewalk. I was so happy that I kept adding more things for her to do and she was very accommodating and fulfilled every request with expert craftsmanship. I highly recommend her for any deck/porch/railing job you may have. She was a joy to work with.

C3 construction did a fantastic job with repairing a support post on my deck as well as replacing rotted wood around my front entry door. Courtney was resourceful and offered a unique solution that other potential contractors did not offer. We recently decided to replace our deck. It was over 35 years old and had gotten quite decrepit.

Size-wise it was an above average deck project, well over 500 sq ft on the top plus three staircases. Courtney listened to our input about what we liked and what we didn’t, and what we wanted where and why, such as working around a mature overhanging tree and adding a fourth very wide staircase so we could set long herb planters on the sunny end of them while still being able to use the stairs.

She made suggestions about the design, color, various features, etc. before coming up with a plan. She was very responsive to our input, and was open to tweaking things if requested as the construction progressed. She incorporated color contrasts and flourishes that I love, and added some extras, such as rebuilding my old potting bench and our rain barrel stand.

From the demolition of the old deck, to construction, to small repairs where the old deck connected to the house, and to clean-up, Courtney and her crew did a fantastic job.

We LOVE LOVE LOVE our new deck and would definitely recommend her to anyone.

My husband and I worked with Courtney, owner of C3 Construction recently on a deck remodeling project where we changed the footprint of an existing deck while adding a patio at the same time (with another contractor).
