Working with thr A&S team was a seamless experience, marked by excellent communication and attention to detail. Their professionalism and craftsmanship resulted in a beautifully constructed deck that exceeded my expections.

Sandra and her husband were quick to respond, talked me through my repair process, and educated me on why my roof was leaking and how to prevent future issues. Great quality work and super easy to work with! Highly recommend!

I hired A&S Construction of Louisville to do a siding job and provided a hefty deposit. Neither I, or they, could source the materials, so the job was not completed. They refused to return my deposit citing the language in the contract I signed. I then asked if they could apply the deposit to a different project, which they agreed to do, but quoted me an exorbitant price. I left messages for the owners, but did not receive a return phone call. Can you imagine paying $2,500 to have shelves built in your garage? Not pretty shelves either, just run of the mill. And the quote did not include attaching them to the wall. Shameful. I do not recommend them.

Big shout out A&S Construction of Louisville. We had a new roof put on our house and it looks beautiful couldn't be more pleased Their professional, super friendly, after the job cleaned up just like it was when they arrived. A&S roofing was a joy to work with. Sandra fought relentlessly with the insurance company to get this done. Their crew did a high level job and went above and beyond by painting all our exhaust stacks black to match our new roof. I highly recommend them for all your exterior needs!

I cannot say enough good things about the work done for me by A&S Construction. They framed in the old concrete walls in my basement, ripped up 50 year old carpet and installed LVP throughout, gave me a GORGEOUS custom bathroom, and made my basement BEAUTIFUL. They did quick work, with high quality, and were professional, mindful, and kind throughout.

Seriously, the bathroom used to be a showerhead with a concrete floor, and the toilet was a literal hole in the floor where former owners had demoed but not actually started the renovation. It was completely unusable space. The main room in the basement had been concrete block walls and 50-year-old carpet with a door framed into place instead of a wall, between the room and the garage. It was dim, dirty, and I would actively avoid spending time in my basement and pretended the space just didn't exist, most of the time.

After the work from A&S, we moved our master bedroom downstairs and I am SO happy that we did, because I am happy every time I wake up and get to be in a large room with a beautiful, functional bathroom. Speaking of the bathroom, they worked with me on design and were able to put in two shower heads with a diverter, so I can wash my large dogs in the shower more easily, since one is getting older and struggling a little with mobility and the other hates the tub upstairs. I really appreciate A&S's flexibility and willingness to work with me on making my vision come to life.

Aside from just A&S's work quality, their people were amazing, and I'd love to specifically call out the Project Manager, Carly. She was incredible at communicating with me on terms I could understand as someone not in the industry, and she was phenomenal at giving timely, appropriate updates, and working with me through my schedule. Their partners in plumbing and electrical were wonderful and kind as well, and the plumber regularly came out with a lower price than initially estimated, which is always a pleasant surprise. I'm planning to use A&S for as much future work as possible, and am so grateful for these kind, quick, fair humans who did such astounding work on my house.

From start to finish, they were extremely professional and knowledgeable, the work was done within the timeframe they estimated and the workers were even out there working in the snow. We are extremely pleased with our new Trex deck.

I had a wonderful experience with A & S Construction. Aubriella was great to work with, she communicated with me every step of the way and I'm happy with everything that was done. Even after the work was done she communicated right back with me when I had questions about some things! Great company and great person

The good news is that I now have a beautiful Trex deck. The less good news is how long it took to start the project. I signed our contract at the end of July and work was completed in early January.

That said, once the work started, all aspects of the project were done well. Subcontractors Tim and Dave braved weeks of wacky weather and produced great results. Project Manager Ryan McGarry was proactive and effective.

So, if not for the initial delay, and the lack of communication during it, I would enthusiastically rate them with 5 stars.

We asked our Facebook friends for a roofer recommendation. Jace Wilson recommended A&S Construction for replacement of my roof on my house, garage & replaced the skylight. The staff were very pleasant and polite. The crew that came out was professional and made sure everything was correct. Moved all items they needed, covered everything with tarps. They put everything back and cleaned any mess made. The roof and skylight look great. Following day the owner came by and checked on all work done. I would highly recommend them.

Everyone at A&S Construction was wonderful to work with. Avery was very responsive and attentive. He went above and beyond to make sure my project was completed perfectly. Ray and his crew were also very wonderful. Ray made sure to ask questions to ensure the job was being done to my satisfaction and even offered suggestions when I wasn’t sure. They took extra steps to make sure everything was safe and sturdy. They cleaned up the yard everyday after working and were very friendly. I would definitely recommend A&S Construction and will be calling them about future projects.

A & S Construction did a great job with our deck and covered freestanding”porch” . They were easy to communicate with and finished the job on time! We particularly appreciate Rey Fernandez. Rey really knows his stuff and is dedicated to producing a beautiful and sound finished project. He pays attention to all the details. His crew were really hardworking and got things done amazingly fast. Rey was so easygoing and great to work with and made sure my vision for the privacy wall was exactly the way I wanted it. We would highly recommend A& S Construction!

SHOULD HAVE SUED THEM!

Hired these two guys several years ago to build stairs off a deck. Lumber was already provided. They still wanted a deposit and I asked why. We went back and forth and we agreed once the post and work was started I would pay half. Which I did. Little did I know a few days later the footings on the post were loose after the braces were removed. Once I recognize this I brought it to their attention their solution was to just pour concrete around what was already there in the first 3 or 4 inches of soil. Which is not ever going to work. They had already started framing up the steps. Their subcontractor called me, very rudely, and started complaining that he didn't have enough material. The contract stated anything else needed was to be supplied. Upon meeting the contractor at the jobsite, I could tell right away he had no clue what he was doing. Boards were crooked, not secure, aweful craftsmanship. His framing square was aluminum and had a bend in it. No wonder nothing was straight. I told him to leave because he started getting mouthy and nasty... The owners came to look at the job and admitted it was incorrect but didn't have anyone else to fix it. They never offer to return my money or to at least reimburse me for the Lumber they had ruined... Oh and they never pulled permits.

The subcontractor left the framing square. I will attach photo later.

We needed our deck replaced, expanded and covered. We decided to hire A & S Construction because of their timely responses, professionalism and the detailed estimate of the project. This company was fantastic to work with. They always listened to any concerns we had and immediately addressed them.
They communicated with us regularly on the progress of our deck and kept us informed who was showing up when and what they were going to do.Trying to build a deck during this winter weather was not an easy task; A & S did not try to rush the project and always made sure conditions were safe for their employees/contractors. We are very excited with how our deck turned out and can't wait to enjoy it for years to come. We plan on using them again for future projects. Thanks A & S!

Everyone at A&S Construction were a pleasure to work with. Beginning with Darin with a quote, Avery as Project Manager, Alan/Kyle/Gage as installers, Chance/Joe/Elijah with various duties and with Travis as Team Lead, everyone was so professional and knowledgeable. They all took that extra step to make sure we understood the process and were pleased with it. We would not hesitate to recommend A&S Construction - as a matter of fact, we already have! Abriella at ASC did a great job in keeping in close contact with us through the project to let us know when work would be done and who would be arriving each day through text and phone calls. Very quick response by all to our questions and concerns. Once work started, contractors were on site until finished, with no concerns on our end that they may go off to work on other projects (which was the kind of horror story we heard from others about about other contractors than ASC).

Quality of work very high and willing to address unplanned issues with advice and work additions as we progressed. We were not left hanging and will definitely recommend ACS to others.

We had such a great experience working with this team on our Trex deck! From start to finish, they were professional, communicative, and incredibly detail-oriented. We have just had the absolute best experience with A&S Construction. Our very large 33 year old deck needed to be torn off and replaced. A&S did a wonderful job in helping us design a new deck/outdoor space. This has been the most positive experience.
