We had a second story deck removed and completely rebuilt. We are thrilled with our new deck. Everyone was personable and easy to work with.

Was very impressed with everyone we worked with on this deck replacement with composite decking. Very efficient, on time, worked well with out idea for deck. Would highly recommend to anyone. Workers were on time, friendly, and maintained our property, cleaned area when finished each day. Very pleased with our new deck.

Want to follow up on what responsible company, its been over year and half and they came out without question re some loose facia on deck and fixed immediately, gentlemen they sent out was so helpful and fixed problem. Just want people know what a respectable company and employees they have.

We've used Deck and Fence Renewal Systems for many years to reseal our deck and do minor repairs and have always been happy. Complete rebuild of existing composite massive deck-attached to house and they also did a refinish and repair of an aging wood deck off the back of the house. Jen the owner personally came out and and estimated two decks for me! Her estimate for my complete rework of a deck in Tennessee came in much more conservative than several Knoxville area deck builders. In fact she used higher grade materials and did lighting as well and was still under the other estimates. She has done another property for me in NKY as well that turned out amazing. High integrity and she stands behind her companies work and always goes above and beyond to make it right for the customer!

So dissatisfied. I hired this company the first time I had my fence cleaned and stained and it was wonderful. This time it is horrible. Long story short they pressured washed my fence and forgot about me. They sent me an invoice wanting me to pay for services that weren't even done yet. 6 weeks after the washing of my fence 2 guys show up not to clean the fence again, cause it could of used it but to stain it. They did and it looks awful. It was supposed to be a pecan color, way darker than the gray I got. Dummy me I paid them and then tried to get a hold of them via email but no answer. Well a lesson learned just because they treat you and do you right the first time doesn't guarantee it will happen again. Very disappointing I thought I had a good company here. Just look at the final product. Stain over dirt..

Beware! They painted over rotting boards, sealing in moisture and now a few years later I have to replace the entire deck floor.

I've had Adam and his crew clean and treat my deck twice. Their work is meticulous and I am very pleased with the results. We have a very large deck with a trellis over much of the area. Cleaning and treating the trellis, especially the underside, is challenging. The results have been fantastic.

Adam and his team did a great job. It was a BIG project at a good price. Several areas hadn't been pressure washed in 10+ years and it's AMAZING how clean they got it. Work included: Pool patio + sidewalks + back porch + driveway + gutters + house siding.
