I recently hired dakota elevated to help with a deck rebuild and some exterior updates, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. They were quick to respond to my initial inquiry, provided a clear and detailed estimate, and stayed on schedule throughout the entire project.

What stood out most was their communication they kept me informed at every stage and were always willing to answer questions or make adjustments along the way. The craftsmanship on the finished deck is outstanding, and it’s clear they take pride in their work.

On top of that, the crew was respectful of my property and made sure everything was cleaned up at the end of each day. It’s not always easy to find a company that delivers both quality work and great customer service, but they definitely do. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again for future projects.

From initial contact to end of project, Scott was pleasant, easy to work with and attentive to our needs. Estimated project timing, on-site project management and quality of construction was right on, work sight was clean and orderly and the project moved along timely and efficiently. We ended up with a wonderful reconstructed deck and hopefully will enjoy it for years to come.

My experience with Signature Deck exceeded my expectations. I had an issue with some work done from a previous contractor that needed repair. I called Scott and what stood out was how much he cared and wanted to help me fix my deck. He came in with a consulting mindset and immediate solution. Scott went above and beyond to take care of our deck resurfacing, including being able to squeeze us in earlier than expected. He is extremely professional, responsive and willing to answer all questions before, during and after the project. Every part of the process was explained thoroughly, and he really knows his stuff!! The main carpenter, Caz, is very skilled and did an excellent job. All the other crew members were polite, professional and worked seamlessly with Caz. Cleanup was thorough and our deck now looks amazing!

So, Thankful for Signature Decks and Construction LLC!! During a time of what I thought was a crisis, Scott was willing to assiist with my project. He stood by me through an Insurance Claim and provided the necessary documents needed for coverages provided.. Scott walked me through the process and every step. He went over and beyond to make sure I understood what was needed to complete my project. Installation went well. My house looks beautiful! The crew was professional, timely, tentative and courteous. I would highly recommend this company and will request them for future projects!

Signature Decks did a very nice job, they started on time with removal of our old deck which only took a day and started the next day with holes for the posts. Waited for inspection then started on a Monday. It's Thursday and nearly done. It's beautiful and we are extremely pleased more than we expected, very detailed and very happy we went with Scott and James at Signature Decks. Could not be happier! We would highly recommend these men ! Very pleasant and very skilled. Craftsmen, polite and professional, on time and trustworthy. Thank you very much. They did a great job at very reasonable price. Scott and his crew do excellent work. They took care of all the details like obtaining permits and getting inspections and were most patient with answering all of my questions and concerns. Scott, James, and crew did a wonderful job on a significant deck project for us. Having recently completed a project with a low cost builder at a former home where I had to essentially project manage and QC/point out all of their flaws that needed correcting daily, working with Signature was a dream. Great communication, great expectation setting, cleanly worksite, and great delivery of a wonderful product. Project was completed on time and it was an overall good experience from the initial handshake through project completion. I would strongly recommend Scott and the Signature team and would use them in the future without hesitation.

Scott was absolutely a joy to work with. His attention to detail was second to none. He was always there to answer any questions we might have had, never made us feel like we were being a burden to him like so many other contractors do out there. He was very flexible in the changes that we wanted and even offered up alternatives that we didn't think about.
As great as Scott was, the crew he has working with him were equal to his high standards to details and attention to customer service, which today is a Lost art to most businesses.
I would and will recommend him to any and all people who are thinking about having a deck built or as in our case, a new room added.
The only problem with this review is that the rating only goes to a 5, because in our dealing with Scott, he was definitely a 10+

Scott, James and his team were so easy to work with. An existing multi-level deck needed to be removed and since we didn’t really know what we wanted, we asked for Scott’s advice. As another person said in their review, from the first handshake to the end of the project was pretty much perfect. Scott and James communicated with us every step of the way and asked questions that we would never have even thought of. The team was timely and diligent and the site was clean at the end of every day. Scott made himself available for spontaneous meetings / questions on our end and we felt like our project was the main priority. We love our end product and found it was a pleasure to work with Scott and his team. W would definitely recommend working with the Signature team.
