Love our new deck! Blue Vista was great to work with and the attention to detail is like no other. Their prices were very fair and the materials are of great quality. Great team to work with, would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful experience working with Blue Vista Landscape & Design. From the beginning, they worked with us on a design that would best function for what we needed and look beautiful in the process. The craftsmanship and attention to detail was amazing. They extended our patio and built a beautiful pergola. The staff worked hard and they were great about communicating while onsite. I was able to make small changes during the project that resulted in a space that perfectly meets our needs. Highly recommend!!!

Due to sinking, we needed our front walkway and grass pulled out and reinstalled probably.
“By accident” we found Marcus and his crew working in our neighborhood. It was the first week of November and we were getting discouraged in finding someone to do our “small job”!
Marcus was AWESOME and came to our rescue!
He was able to start his guys sooner than he thought! They came, pulled out everything, put in proper footers to support the walkway, leveled the front yard and put in new grass! The guys were meticulous and it was a price we could afford! We would highly recommend Blue Vista Landscape and design! We were beyond blessed!

Brian, owner operator of Dakota Elevated Exteriors is very knowledgeable and a professional craftsman. Brian had great communication skills in all of the projects we have had him work on. I have used these guys for small handyman stuff like a broken window repair to bigger jobs- a bath remodel and some landscaping work. It’s been really handy to have one company for all type of projects and if they don’t do it, they have provided a great referrals. They’re professional and clean.

I received many bids on my deck and Brian walked me through each of them when the other contractors just sent it by email and never followed up. The attention to detail in the quoting stage reflected on their workmanship as they built the deck. Now I’m thinking of having them do a pergola later this summer. Thanks Brian and your team!

I recently hired dakota elevated to help with a deck rebuild and some exterior updates, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. They were quick to respond to my initial inquiry, provided a clear and detailed estimate, and stayed on schedule throughout the entire project.

What stood out most was their communication they kept me informed at every stage and were always willing to answer questions or make adjustments along the way. The craftsmanship on the finished deck is outstanding, and it’s clear they take pride in their work.

On top of that, the crew was respectful of my property and made sure everything was cleaned up at the end of each day. It’s not always easy to find a company that delivers both quality work and great customer service, but they definitely do. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again for future projects.

From initial contact to end of project, Scott was pleasant, easy to work with and attentive to our needs. Estimated project timing, on-site project management and quality of construction was right on, work sight was clean and orderly and the project moved along timely and efficiently. We ended up with a wonderful reconstructed deck and hopefully will enjoy it for years to come.

My experience with Signature Deck exceeded my expectations. I had an issue with some work done from a previous contractor that needed repair. I called Scott and what stood out was how much he cared and wanted to help me fix my deck. He came in with a consulting mindset and immediate solution. Scott went above and beyond to take care of our deck resurfacing, including being able to squeeze us in earlier than expected. He is extremely professional, responsive and willing to answer all questions before, during and after the project. Every part of the process was explained thoroughly, and he really knows his stuff!! The main carpenter, Caz, is very skilled and did an excellent job. All the other crew members were polite, professional and worked seamlessly with Caz. Cleanup was thorough and our deck now looks amazing!

So, Thankful for Signature Decks and Construction LLC!! During a time of what I thought was a crisis, Scott was willing to assiist with my project. He stood by me through an Insurance Claim and provided the necessary documents needed for coverages provided.. Scott walked me through the process and every step. He went over and beyond to make sure I understood what was needed to complete my project. Installation went well. My house looks beautiful! The crew was professional, timely, tentative and courteous. I would highly recommend this company and will request them for future projects!

Signature Decks did a very nice job, they started on time with removal of our old deck which only took a day and started the next day with holes for the posts. Waited for inspection then started on a Monday. It's Thursday and nearly done. It's beautiful and we are extremely pleased more than we expected, very detailed and very happy we went with Scott and James at Signature Decks. Could not be happier! We would highly recommend these men ! Very pleasant and very skilled. Craftsmen, polite and professional, on time and trustworthy. Thank you very much. They did a great job at very reasonable price.
