Signature Decks just completed my new deck last week. Scott and his crew were professional, delivered in a timely manner and offered competitive pricing. The finished product looks great! Can’t recommend them enough!

Scott was very easy to work with, listened to what we were looking for in the replacement of our old deck and came back with a competitive bid for a composite deck that was actually lower than the other companies we had received quotes from. Scott and his crew are very professional, easy to work with, very easy to get in contact for any questions we had and kept us informed throughout the whole deck build process. We are very happy with our new deck and would recommend Scott and his company Signature Decks and Construction to anyone who is looking for any type of deck work.

Scott and his team were great to work with. Not only were they able to give multiple options at fair prices, they also worked with me on balancing affordability with necessity. The work was great quality, and they too their time to do things right, and even fixed multiple mistakes our previous deck installers made many years ago. I would definitely recommend Signature Decks, and wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.

Scott, James, and crew did a wonderful job on a significant deck project for us. Having recently completed a project with a low cost builder at a former home where I had to essentially project manage and QC/point out all of their flaws that needed correcting daily, working with Signature was a dream. Great communication, great expectation setting, cleanly worksite, and great delivery of a wonderful product. Project was completed on time and it was an overall good experience from the initial handshake through project completion. I would strongly recommend Scott and the Signature team and would use them in the future without hesitation.

Scott was absolutely a joy to work with. His attention to detail was second to none. He was always there to answer any questions we might have had, never made us feel like we were being a burden to him like so many other contractors do out there. He was very flexible in the changes that we wanted and even offered up alternatives that we didn't think about.
As great as Scott was, the crew he has working with him were equal to his high standards to details and attention to customer service, which today is a Lost art to most businesses.
I would and will recommend him to any and all people who are thinking about having a deck built or as in our case, a new room added.
The only problem with this review is that the rating only goes to a 5, because in our dealing with Scott, he was definitely a 10+

Scott, James and his team were so easy to work with. An existing multi-level deck needed to be removed and since we didn’t really know what we wanted, we asked for Scott’s advice. As another person said in their review, from the first handshake to the end of the project was pretty much perfect. Scott and James communicated with us every step of the way and asked questions that we would never have even thought of. The team was timely and diligent and the site was clean at the end of every day. Scott made himself available for spontaneous meetings / questions on our end and we felt like our project was the main priority. We love our end product and found it was a pleasure to work with Scott and his team. W would definitely recommend working with the Signature team.

Signature Decks & Construction is a team of highly competent and experienced building professionals who take pride in ensuring that projects meet or exceed customer's expectations. Scott's communication skills and responsiveness are exceptional. We engaged in many, many, emails, texts, phone calls, and in-person discussions throughout the design/build process - he made sure that every question was answered and every concern was addressed in a very timely fashion. He is very collaborative, patient, and flexible in navigating through the design/build process with you. His crews are very customer-focused, respectful, and driven - they worked late to keep on schedule when weather put them behind a bit, and they washed/cleaned the new deck and patio when they finished to ensure that the space was "ready to use". I would highly recommend Signature Decks and Construction - you will be very happy with both the design/build process and most importantly, the end product.

Scott / Signature Decks did a fantastic job removing our 25 year old deck and replacing it with a new composite deck with aluminum rails. His team started when we expected and finished the work exactly as he described. They were conscientious, while Scott made frequent jobsite visits to check on progress. They removed all trash and excess materials promptly. I am very satisfied with the experience. We love our new deck!

It was a pleasure working with Scott and his team on our new, gorgeous composite deck!!! We would give Scott 10 stars if we could. Honesty, competent, trustworthy and respectful should be this company’s middle name. Scott’s team are as courteous as they are highly skilled. These guys are the best. Scott and his team did an incredible job on a complete tear-down and rebuild of two decks. They were excellent with communication, proficient in their skill, and a delight to work with. Scott was also super creative, helpful in educating us about all of our options, and surprisingly affordable. Can't recommend enough!

Fabulous experience working with Scott at Signature Decks. He was recommended to us by a family friend and I'm so glad they did. Our deck is a very important feature for our house, so we did our research and obtained 4 quotes beforehand. Scott was very professional, prompt and straightforward. He isn't pushy or schmoozy and was respectful of our time. Really appreciated how no-nonsense the process was. This stood out a LOT from other companies I met with who very much treated us like #s and not actual people, with obvious focus on sales and aggressive advertising at the expense of product and customer.

You can tell Signature takes pride in their work and on doing a good, honest job. The crew was punctual, polite, worked hard (long hours, outside in January!), and were tidy and cleaned up everything. They even thanked us for the work. The deck turned out perfect and was done in a very timely manner. We love it! It is beautiful and well made, exactly what were wanted. We highly recommend these guys.

P.S. I also just wanted to add that the bigger names give you a "discount" to leave them 5 stars. To me, that is buying a review and is further evidence of BS (plus, they inflate the price in the first place). So, for the record, I was happy to leave a review and chose to give 5/5 because the deck and experience was really that great!

Can't say enough good things about our experience with Scott and the crew. Responsive, patient, and really showed some great customer service throughout the project. The guys were always nice and polite. They really wanted things to be right and exactly how we wanted it. The finished product is awesome. We really can't wait for spring to spend tons of time out there. From start to finish, these guys delivered and I'd recommend them for any deck project!!

We LOVE our new composite deck by Signature Decks & Construction! There was a beautiful variety of materials from which to choose, and we feel the pricing was competitive. Scott was very responsive and courteous throughout the entire process, and so was his crew. We are so happy to be enjoying our deck again, after it was destroyed by storms last year. Scott just completed our new deck, and it was built precisely to the plans I had provided to him. We really enjoyed working with Scott on our project, he communicated with us very well from start to finish. The same goes for the crew he had building our deck.
