The Platinum Deck and Patio service and personnel was professional and especially polite. The Owner Kyle Look and Crew Chief Noah Collinsworth (and crew) arrived onsite on time as required and cleaned up appropriately at the end of each work day. Kudos to the entire team.

Very pleased with the outcome. The crew was very professional and hardworking. The whole project took less than 2 weeks. Kyle was great to work with and helped make the entire design possible.

From start to finish our experience with Platinum was seamless. Kyle was amazing to work with and if I could have him run my day to day life I would. Just had our patio completed and it is great! We shopped around a few companies and really felt the most comfortable with Platinum Deck and Patio! Kyle was great to work with! They were very straightforward with exactly what could be done in our budget and designed a great patio to replace the old one that was falling apart (from the previous homeowners ). The crew that put in the patio itself was extremely professional, and very hard-working! We are definitely looking forward to using our new space! I have hired Platinum Deck and Patio 2x for different projects and was extremely satisfied with both projects. In fact, I would give more stars if I could!!!!!
A project manager meets with you and provides very thorough schematic drawings of your project. A project manager is only a phone call away if there are issues or questions. The workers were very friendly and extremely accurate according to the schematic drawings. The cleanup was excellent. I would recommend Platinum Deck and Patio to anyone wanting this type of work done.

Definitely a five star rating! This company is a class act. They took down my old deck and completed a new Trex deck with aluminum railing in a half a day! The team was efficient, polite, and hard-working. They put everything back on the deck and left the place immaculate I couldn’t be happier!

We absolutely love our new patio! It is the perfect space to share food and fellowship with our family and friends. Every member of the team involved was friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeable.

Josh and Kyle were great. We initially wanted to redo our deck, but after talking with Josh he explained how a patio would be a better choice. Josh was very knowledgeable able the product and so we chose to do a patio. After seeing the renderings we were very impressed.

They process was explained throughly and everything went as planned. The workers were great and we are pleased with our patio.
