I'm extremely pleased with the paver patio Platinum recently completed for our home. The 14'x20' space with integrated seating walls exceeded our expectations in both design and functionality.

Platinum's transparent pricing approach was excellent - they provided a firm quote and honored it throughout the project, which made our budgeting process straightforward and stress-free.

Their pre-construction 3D renderings proved invaluable for visualizing the final outcome and making informed decisions about layout and materials. This level of preparation instilled confidence in our selection.

Despite challenging topography (our property features a substantial grade), their team expertly created a perfectly level installation. Their attention to foundational elements—often overlooked but critical for longevity—was particularly noteworthy. The precision of the paver pattern and craftsmanship of the built-in seating walls demonstrates their technical expertise.

The project was completed within the promised 5-day timeframe by a crew that clearly possessed both skill and dedication. The finished installation, which includes integrated lighting in the seat walls, complements our pond view beautifully.

I don't have photos to attach, but we are very happy with the resurfacing job that was just completed. Josh, Noah, Will, and the rest of the crew, did an excellent job. A bit of weather delays, and some timing issues; all in all, the job was done very quickly and exactly as we expected. Having the longer, wider steps, and the hand rail, makes getting up and down so much safer than before. The deck does clean very easily, glad I can get Fabulosa at Dollar Tree ;) We highly recommend Platinum should you be thinking about a new deck, or just resurfacing the one you have.

Josh was a pleasure to work with. He showed up on time, was very thorough and asked a lot of questions to make sure he was able to design something that we would enjoy. My Platinum Team, Noah and Dennis, just completed the demolition and rebuild of my deck. It was a somewhat complicated project since my screened porch sat on top of a portion of the deck. I was absolutely amazed at how Dennis was able to put the new deck in under the walls of the porch. It came out so beautiful. Dennis also skillfully cut two boards that matched the outline of the stone wall at the back of the deck. He is a master. I was so please with the personalities of these young men. They were so pleasant to work with and very accommodating . I would definitely recommend Platinum Deck and Patio to anyone needing a new deck or updating their old deck.

If you’ve been researching for a backyard deck/patio renovation job, this is the company you’ve been looking for. I spent months trying to find a contractor that would actually listen to my input and not waste my time trying to upsell me on things I wasn’t asking for. Until I spoke with Josh Crews, this guy went above and beyond to make sure he fully heard and understood my vision. He set up a date to review my property, talk me through my options, and then the finished product was better than I could’ve ever hoped for. He explained the building process and how they will make our project last a long time which is important to us. He turned around an estimate in a timely fashion which I had plenty of experience with people not getting back to me. Platinum gave us a great product in the end even if it was rocky throughout the process. First off, the sales team and process of designing my deck was wonderful. Great people and great experience there.
We did have some pretty serious issues with the pace of the construction and the quality of the work and the workers through much of the actual project. But, despite this frustrating portion Platinum came through and eventually replaced the crew and fixed all the issues that we had and made it right in the end and for that I am happy to give them a 5 star review.
You won't always find that in a company. Many companies will try to make excuses or not correct mistakes but everyone at Platinum took complete ownership of the errors and did their best to make it right. That's the mark of a good company and good people. It's how they react when things don't go well. Great job! And we love our finished product.

Excellent service and installation. Grace the sales lead listened very closely to my needs and tailored a deck that fulfilled them. The installation done by Dennis and crew started on Monday at 5 degrees weather and was completed in two days on schedule with a high temp of 13, simply amazing. Noah followed up on site to inspect and ensure all my concerns and questions were answered. I would highly recommend Platinum to anyone for deck installation or upgrades.

I highly recommend Platinum Deck and Patio! Their pricing is fantastic, and they get the job done presto- in and out in a few days, no mess left behind. You can tell they're very good at this because of how efficient they are during the building process, I was impressed!

Josh, Kyle, and the crew were easy to work with. Everything was on time, with a slight delay due to weather, and the crew did a great job. The fire pit turned out better than expected. Just waiting on some fire stone, some furniture, and the grass to grow to finish it off.

My project was a small, but challenging endeavor that included a refresh of a raised wood deck to Trex/Timbertech as well as a paver patio. Platinum Decking was able to accommodate a completely contact free transaction as I have family members who are high risk for extreme health complications due to Covid and available vaccines. The project manager, Kyle, went to the paver supplier and took photos for us of specific paver bricks we were interested in so we could see them in natural light. He came to the house several times to personally inspect and respond to any concerns we posed throughout the project including after completion when we thought there might be a grading problem. Kyle and his project lead came out and tested with a water hose, taking pictures and annotating the water runoff direction which they provided. The crew worked under very hot conditions including several days over 90 degrees. They were able to accommodate a customer bought and assembled pergola, which Platinum set and anchored to the concrete at our request. Additional ad-hoc design changes included creative carpentry to shift the deck rail adjacent to the porch door to allow the door to open fully due to the new, wider post caps as well as shifting the entire patio several inches to ensure the pergola was centered. Overall, I think the solution looks great and complements our existing screened porch and garden areas perfectly. Looking forward to many family gatherings and a new grill! Thanks Platinum Decking!
