We had an unexpected water damage in our home, and we can’t say enough good things about Craftsmen. They responded immediately to our call and had a team at our house in no time. The water remediation process was handled with remarkable efficiency and care. They thoroughly dried out the affected areas, removed damaged carpets and drywalls and shelves, treated any growing mold, waterproofed the space to prevent future water damage or mold growth. The entire process was 100% transparent, and they kept us updated all the time.

But their work didn’t stop there. If you’re looking for a one-stop-for-all kind of service they are definitely the team. They’re very knowledgeable and professional, they provide a wide range of services covering most of home improvement needs. We found water damage/mold issue on a few spots of the subfloor and cabinet, they helped inspect and treat the spots free of charge. They also have team to install bathroom vents for us, and gave advice on any questions we had. Full 5 stars for everything.

Phil and Tricia Zona helped us through a very stressful mold issue that was discovered in our basement. They were beyond professional and responsive as they helped us understand the process of mold remediation. As the job continued, Phil and Tricia paid close attention to detail and found that there was more mold than anticipated. They showed continued professionalism and genuine empathy as they helped us navigate the expense of rectifying the mold issue. Phil promised that he would treat our home as if it were his own and he did just that. The air quality in our basement has improved greatly thanks to the quality work of Phil and Tricia. They educated us along the way and showed how much they value and take pride in their work. We trusted them wholeheartedly and would highly recommend their service to others.

AMAZING!!! From my initial phone call through the completion of the project, Patricia and Phil were incredible. They came to diagnose the problem first and came a second time to walk through each part of the work that needed to be done before I even signed a contract with them. They are extremely knowledgeable and thorough, and can handle the entire scope of your project from cleanup to reconstruction.
Once the work had begun, it was a smooth and stress-free process. Phil explained everything he was doing and was ahead of schedule. He went above and beyond what I was expecting. This is a family business and everyone works cooperatively with each other. They are meticulous with everything from managing the work area to the upkeep of their equipment, not to mention personable and respectful towards their clients. I highly recommend the decking team from Craftsman Home Remodeling. The company founder - Phil Sr. - was there from start to finish. He wrote up the quote and he was there every day to oversee the project and make sure both my wife and I were happy as the project progressed. As context, we had a large multi-level deck that had become dangerous to walk on because of weak and rotting wood planks due our upstate weather and direct exposure to the sun. We wanted a complete replacement of the existing PT wood surface with new composite decking material, three sets of stairs rebuilt, as well as solider boarding along the entire base rather than the cheap lattice work the prior owner used. Additional, the team designed and constructed a 12'x20' roof, that's connected to our house over a portion of the deck, so we can now be outside and enjoy the view of our pool and beautiful backyard no matter the weather. It's worth noting that as they progressed, structural issues were uncovered and Phil was extremely communicative and let us know each issue immediately, outlined possible options, and executed the solution at a reasonable cost. The decking team was extremely hardworking and knowledgeable. Bottom line, we are thrilled with the final outcome on this project - we received superior quality at a great price. We WILL hire them again and have recommended them to our friends and neighbors! Their family business will restore your faith and confidence in locally-owned and operated contractors!

Phil and Tricia are the best and easiest team to work with! They were super responsive and willing to get things done in ways that best met our needs. We recently had the pleasure of working with them for mold and water remediation in our attic and basement. From the moment I called them, their team was responsive and professional. Craftsman Home Remodeling did an excellent job on our pool deck.! Phil, the owner takes pride in ownership of his business and told us he would build our deck as if it were his own. And he DID ! The workmanship was above and beyond our expectations. Phil worked closely with the Town to obtain the permit as there are many requirements that had to be met. If we had questions, Phil was very patient to answer and explain anything that we asked. We requested a change to add some additional composite material after the start of the project, and Phil was more than willing to accommodate us. He and his employee Doug showed up every day as promised, were courteous, neat and most of all built us a top notch quality deck that we will enjoy for years. Thank you for a great experience Phil !

The attention to detail and professionalism this company has is underrated. The work is beautiful and one of kind for each project they do. Their ability to tailor their work around the customer’s needs and wants is everything you could ask for in a contractor. When they need to meet with you, they will work around your schedule. They are very family orientated and very personable. I will hire them for any and all future projects for my family’s home.

Can't say enough good about Craftsman Home Remodeling. Phil not only quotes the job, but actually does the work. He and Doug did it all. Very professional, courteous. Cleaned up everything. We are so thrilled with our new deck. Don't hesitate to have them do any improvements for you. Can only speak to decks, but I can't believe the quality of their work would not extend to other jobs. Phil is not quick at responding to calls and texts, but that's a minor thing. They are very busy and worth the wait.

Craftsman Home Remodeling did a really great job on our deck rebuild. They were easy and pleasant to work with. They replaced a 30-year old rotten deck and the results look amazing. Their pricing was very competitive, and they do quality work. I don't have a single complaint, and I'd be happy to have them do work for me again.

I was so thrilled at how my pergola turned out. Brady helped me decide the best outcome for the space that I had. The workers were also very friendly and always cleaned up after themselves. I couldn’t be more pleased with the whole experience.

I love my new deck!

Canyon View just recently finished remodeling the deck in our backyard and we are so happy with the results. The old deck was completely taken out and a new, expanded deck was installed. The new deck is about 30% bigger and has a second set of stairs which makes it much more accommodating for bigger groups. We thoroughly enjoyed working with Brady and his team. Brady was very knowledgeable and took time to explain our options and make sure our concerns were understood. His team worked very efficiently and professionally. When a few issues came up, which always happen with any significant construction project, Canyon View was very quick and proactive to discuss and resolve the issues with us. I’m impressed with and appreciative of their professionalism and commitment to quality. I highly recommend Canyon View Construction!

We had Canyon View Construction replace our decking on an existing deck. There ended up being aging issues with the existing deck structure, which they took care of by reinforcing our joists and rebuilding our stairs. They were incredibly quick and efficient, finishing the job over just three days. The deck is beautiful! My husband, a remodeling contractor and not easily impressed, was very impressed with the crews and their work. Brady was wonderful to work with and communicated with us every step of the way. We would highly recommend Canyon View for any deck work you need done! Fantastic company!
