Company was great to work with. Trustworthy guys who were great at handling our concerns and did a lot of “extras” to improve our deck without charging us extra. Very professional, responsive, honest, knowledgeable, fair-priced and did excellent work. I would definitely hire them again.

I knew I wanted an updated front porch and talked to canyon view about how to do it. They drew up some plans and so quickly I have a beautiful new porch with custom stair risers so they are easy to get up and down. I am so happy with my new porch which only took three days to finish. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a beautiful outdoor space.

I was stuck in a bind with a complicated last minute deck leveling problem, and the sale of my home, and the purchase of my next home were in jeopardy. I called Brady, he instantly got me an updated quote, and they modified schedules so that I could meet this urgent deadline. They literally saved me, and I’m so thankful for their heroic support.

Brady treated me like a close family friend, even though I just met him when I called in a panic. He cared about my needs, and my situation, and somehow made it all work.

If all of that wasn’t great enough, they also do meticulous work and they did an amazing job leveling out my deck and building a retaining wall. My realtor said “this deck is a dream now” and she is absolutely right!

I could not recommend them more highly, and I would never consider using anyone else to meet my deck and patio needs in Utah.

I would recommend Canyon View Construction. They pricing was really good compared to others, we priced. The only thing I wish was better was the clean up. They left drink cups cut off scrap of Trex and small bits of construction mess. The quality of work was great. I'm very happy with the end result of the work they did. Highly recommend.

Team was priced right, awesome and communicative. Also hit deadlines and were so great with me making changes along the way. We are still finishing off the outdoor kitchen, but we love it so much!

Canyon View Construction demolished about 1/2 of my large wrap around 19 year old trex deck which had an uneven floor, sagging rails, and part of which needed to be removed due to some foundation work. They reinforced the remaining structure (sistering in additional support beams) and rebuilt the railing using the salvaged trex materials and some new posts. They also replaced some vinyl siding and brought in an electrician for moving the deck lighting. Though not a "new deck", the remaining deck now has an even floor and good railing which meets my needs. I expect it to last another 10-15 years, when I will probably be leaving this house. Their workmanship appears to be excellent and they accomplished the work on time for less than 1/2 the cost of the next best proposal to solve my problem.

As a homeowner experienced with renovation projects, I have high standards and a pretty thorough checklist. Most often I find my own subs and work meticulously to keep everything in budget yet high quality. We were SO happy to work with Canyon View Construction on our basement remodel, that we had them return to complete our dream deck as well. We worked directly with the owner (Robert), his project manager (Matt), and their highly skilled team. Everyone was more than willing to answer my millions of questions, deal with my hovering, and communicate well and often. I even give two thumbs up to the electrical and hvac subs they brought in. Their pricing was fair for the superior workmanship and products used. What’s more, they met every deadline without problem. I had a few special requests and change orders which were met with ease and honesty. I usually anticipate a few bumps in the road with projects, but Canyon View was great through the whole process and I highly recommend them.
I’ve included a few “before and after” pictures for reference. We still plan to have them complete my fireplace vision (hidden behind hutch) and when we’re ready to tackle the upstairs remodel, they’ll be our first call!

We remodeled our primary bathroom and Brady and his subs were amazing! They were very professional and showed up when they said they would and made the experience very easy for us! Would definitely recommend Canyon View Construction!

We hadn't planned on doing a deck this past summer. It ended up just being something that lined up with a lot of other projects we were doing trying to clear up the back part of our house and patio. Canyon View does decking in Syracuse and we wanted someone local. Our deck is unbelievably beautiful, the lights are on a timer and it makes it look amazing at night, and it changed the way our big family parties feel now that everyone isn't stuck inside. We loved working with Brady and his team, they were kind and listened when we had a few things we wanted go change or fix. That was important to me. I don't mind if there is an issue or two, that's how home projects go, I just want to know that we can get them resolved. We love our deck, and we loved working with Canyon View.

Crew was very professional. They made sure I got what I wanted. They even installed a new crawl space door without my asking. I would recommend them to anyone who needs any deck work.
