Lee and his team were great to work with. He came right out to provide an estimate on the work and broke down everything step by step. The porch came out perfect and he even fixed a broken board on our back porch without me even asking. I could not recommend him enough and will be using him for future work at our house!

Lee and crew exceeded our expectations and brought our vision to reality. We wanted a new wooden deck to replace our old one, and that’s what we got. Plain and simple. No pushy sales, no gimmicks. These guys have been building decks for a while and it shows. It’s very much a family operation. They work well together to get the job done efficiently and professionally. In July I had my 16 year old deck evaluated; I can’t believe how good the remodel looks — BRAND NEW.

After getting 3 bids, it was a no brainer to use LHC Services. My first choice out of the 3.

Exact instructions on what was going to be done was clear and concise. No surprises.

His workers were on time, polite and even gave me a helping hand with my groceries. I watched there workmanship and noticed that the cuts were precise with no waste of materials.

They finished on time and clean up was immediate and owner came for final inspection. I feel that I got more for my money. YES, I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!

We needed our garage stairs remodeled to give us more space in our garage so we contacted Lee Peck of LHC. He did a fantastic job. He was fast, effecient, and gave us a good price. He even was able to use some of the materials from our original stairs to save us money!

We were beyond impressed with LHC! I contacted 6 other contractors before deciding on them.
The first thing that struck me was Lee Peck's level of professionalism and knowledge. He and his crew were able to build a deck in a week. His prices were much lower than the competition, and the quality far exceeded my expectations. We have received so many compliments! We will definitely use this company in the future.

I'm very happy about my experience with this company. They responded quickly for a quote and just as quickly to complete the job. We used LHC for a deck replacement and they were timely, efficient and thorough. After removing the old deck, they took the time to clear out the debris that had accumulated below even though they could have added the new deck without doing so. They cleaned the worksite completely when finished and, though I was having to work from home, their work was quiet and non-intrusive. I will not hesitate to recommend them.

During this experience, this builder was a true professional which made the process very easy and at a reasonable price. I definitely recommend Lee and his crew. I also found a friend in him who is also a fellow veteran which he will make sure everything is taken care of and done well.

We finally got around to replacing our old deck. We were glad to find Lee to hire for the job. We replaced with half deck half screened in porch. After demo we discovered what we already suspected the ban board was rotten and need to be replaced. I braced myself for a huge cost but he was very reasonable and the job was done right with the proper inspections and permits. Toward the end of the job when we were going over what was left I realized the gutter never made it on the contract, no problem Lee had said before the contract the gutter was included and he honored it. Lee is a man of his word I don’t think you can do better than a small shop with a hands-on owner.recommend LHC services.

LHC moved and rebuilt our deck stairs and poured a large stamped concrete pad. Lee went above and beyond, was knowledgeable in dealing with our specific project needs; including a sloped yard that had grading issues and the need to pour part of the concrete pad for a hot tub. Lee and his crew did a great job and we definitely recommend LHC.

Lee has done several jobs for me which speaks in itself the trust I have in his work and quality of his service. I can always rely on his team to put together a solid project and no need to explain anything to him as he understands exactly what i need from him and his crew. You can’t go wrong hiring Lee and trusting him with your home or investment project. He will deliver an outstanding product. Hands down one of the best contractors out there.

My porch was falling apart and I wanted to get it fixed. A few contractors told me they could fix up a few areas and apply paint and I'd be good. Lee came in and actually cared about my problem - we found out that my porch was rotting in both the floor and the ceiling. He explained that if he patched it up, then it would eventually rot. An entire replacement was necessary. He was very honest with pricing and the work that needed to be done, and I trusted him to do the job.

From day one, Lee was on site to supervise his team and ensure all work was done properly. He would always call me with updates or let me know if he came across anything else of concern. The finished product was way beyond my expectations! He went above and beyond. His prices are very reasonable - I highly recommend him. If I ever need anything the future, he will be the one I go to.

Lee and his team did great work. We were impressed with the final product of the work that he did. They had the whole job done in two weeks, including the demolition of our old deck. They kept the cost down and generated good work. Can't say enough good things about the final product we got.

I could not be happier with the work that Lee and his team did. They demo'd our existing deck and replaced it with a 12' by 22' deck. The steps off the front of the deck are 10' wide. The craftsmanship of the deck is top notch. I appreciate when the owner of the company works with his team on the project. We live on a corner and see a lot of our neighbors as they walk by. We have received numerous compliments on the deck for the way it looks and for the speed at which the project was completed. We also had Lee install a small concrete walkway between our fence gate and the smaller set of stairs. We would absolutely hire Lee again and recommend him to friends and family.

We have used LHC to complete multiple projects, small and mid-size. Projects included porch wood rail replacement and repair, installing a new concrete pad, landscaping, deck repair and deck stain, and porch door replacement.

Lee was knowledgable and well informed. He would offer consultation as well as guidance on our various projects.

Lee and his crew were all also highly professional, responsive and attentive, prompt, and demonstrated care about the quality of their work.

We had a stamped concrete patio put in to replace our deteriorating deck. Lee was quick to give us a quote and get a member of his team out to look at the area and discuss what we wanted. Lee was also spot on with how far out on the schedule we were. He answered every question (no matter how dumb I felt asking it) along the way. We also had a septic tank close to the area and his team was very thorough in digging in the area to ensure we would not get too close. My wife and I were very satisfied with our new patio and would strongly recommend LHC Services for any home improvement projects.

LHC services did renovation of my 2 decks built in 1990th. And I can recommend them to anybody who is looking for reliable and quality contractor with realistic prices. After contract was signed passed just several days and they started their work. Always on time, always listening what customer ask and with excellent craftsmanship. It took just around 1 week to complete all job and I am very happy with result.

I hired this company to build a screened porch and deck, and the entire experience was incredibly frustrating. The project started off with vague timelines, which quickly turned into weeks of delays with very little communication. When the crew ( Alexis & Lee ) finally showed up, the workmanship was inconsistent—some parts of the deck looked fine, but other areas had uneven boards and poor finishing. I also noticed that a few materials used weren’t what we had agreed upon in the contract. Attempts to get issues resolved were met with excuses or just ignored entirely. For the amount I paid, I expected a professional job, not something that feels rushed and unreliable. I would not recommend this company if you're looking for quality or accountability.
